Book recommendations?

Anybody have some good book/fanfic recommendations? They can be classics, recent books, sci fi, fantasy, anything you enjoyed.
Here's my list (as of now)

Lee Raven - Boy Thief - by Zizou Corder
1984 and Animal Farm- George Orwell
The Host - Stephanie Meyer (Shut up, it's a good book. It actually explores some big themes such as the meaning of humanity, trust, death, etc. The love was presented in a believable way, though I personally wasn't a fan of it. Makes me wonder why she decided to focus on Twilight instead)

Hmm, have your tried the Percy Jackson Series by Rick Riordan? They're really good.

Yay! A Darren Shan and Animorphs Fan!

Try some books by Clement-Davies, some how his works are The Sight and it's Sequel, Fell there's also Fire Bringer(it's not related to the other books).

There's also the The Pendragon Adventure, it's a series that has some decently sized books. It's written by D. J. MacHale.

I'm currently trying to read Evil Genius by Catherine Jinks, but Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë(Class assigned book) is taking up all of my check-out time and I wont be able to finish it, but so far it looks good.

The Malice and Havoc series is awesome. Tall Jake is a pretty good villain.

Most books by John Green are good according to my friends. (They have yet to read them all)
I only just started reading The Fault in Our Stars though so I can't personally say much yet.
