IO Selection - Help Needed for Powar

As the name of the thread mentions (and those of you on Discord may know), I would like to make Powar the Turtwig a member of an IO. I simply don't know which IO to lean toward, and would like user opinions. Here's my list with brief explanations of RPer and character motivations:
Peak Academy, because Powar not only likes to learn but is good at it,
Blacktooth Kingdom, because Powar wants to be in a peaceful and welcoming environment,
Steamrise Inn, because Powar is hard-working and knows how to get jobs done,
Grassveil Guild, though not an IO still a fully functional calling that seems to have more ways to receive rewards than other IO's.

Unless you have your heart super set on Blacktooth, I can recommend a pretty good compromise as I think at the very least, Peak Academy and the Guild are not mutually exclusive. You can join both if you so wish. You might even be able to join Steamrise as well, but I’m not sure.

Peak and the Guild though are pretty logical for one character to be a member of both, as the academy offers majors that could be useful to Guild work, or you could reason it as a way of helping your character pursue a hobby or interest of theirs alongside their ‘day job’ of the Guild.

Thanks a bunch, Solilo. I have applied Powar to be a Peak student, and may hold off on Guild work until I have a better grasp on roleplaying on a forum, or at least until Powar has made friends in one or more OCs. Again, thanks for the tip.
