Lilly of the Night

Nocturna slowly padded around the darkness of Shadowhue Forest. She couldn't go to the town, everyone thought that she causes disasters. "Just because I warn everyone about them." She mumbled. The darkness was comforting though, so she just let her worrys float away in the forest. Her goal was to get to Black Mist Mountain someday, everything about it suited her. But for now this would have to do.

(Obviously Lilly is a psykic....or is Nocturna really that easy to read |D)

Lightly Nocturna jumped away from the tackle, and waited for Lilly's next tackle.

"Oh. And I forgot to mention, you can use any other move to restrict their movement, but the one has to be tagging." She used Rock Tomb to stop Nocturna from oving any way except forwards. Then she Tackled into her and raced away.

"What?" Nocturna said as Lilly tackled her. She shook it off, then dashed after Lilly, then her claws sharpened and lengthened, getting ready to pull off a scratch attack. She jumped, then attempted to claw the little Puppy Pokemon.

"Well, you can use them to restrict movement, block, whatever, but the tagging is for the actual selected move." With that, she used Rock Tomb to create a labirynth in the clearing. She raced along a passage and into the surrounding trees.

"So...That's how you want to play hey..." Quickly Nocturna closed her eyes, then stopped for a moment. Suddenly she redirected herself and started following Lilly. Once she saw the Lillypup, she started moving to the right, and was covered in a dark aura.

"Well. Making a maze doesn't fool you... But I can move it at my will!" Lilly moved all the rocks, making another arrangement of the maze. She then used Fire Fang to set fire to the twigs on the ground, making a huge cloud of smoke.

Nocturna coughed, and jumped reaching the top of the maze. "Now your maze-" She was interuptted by another cough. "Is useless." The problem was that the smoke was very effective in stalling her. Suddenly she closed her eyes, and used Leer. It missed, so she turned a bit to the left, and leered again. She continued Leering until Lilly was hit. Nocturna used the Smoke as an advantage, consealing her location.

Lilly was hiding. Without making the slightest noise, she shifted the rocks so that Nocturna's Leer was returned back to her, every time. These rocks were so smoothly polished that they almost hurt to look at. She herself had forgotten hoe to Leer. Now she knew how to Bite. Anyways, nobody would ever fine her, not unless she betrayed herself. She piled some more rocks on top of hte pile, sure to leave a tiny crack so Nocturna could breathe.

Nocturna smirkd. "Did you really think that simply moving your rocks would stop me?" She asked then jumped on top of a rock, and continued bounding up. What she thought was that her horn could detect disturbances in the environment. "Hehe." she giggled, and nimbly dodged every rock that tried to imprison her. She detected the center of the power, and used faint attack uncovering Lilly. "Found you!"

'Well, you're still it." Lilly noticed that Nocturna almost became a different person when she was battling. She dodged behind Nocturna, knowing that she had a new attack. "Take this!" She Bit Nocturna on the leg.

Nocturna winced slightly then shook it off. Nothing really hurt that bad, nothing has not not been hurt yet. Even so, it hurt but it was a dark attack. Dark vs Dark wasn't very effective. She pivoted, and turned slightly so that she was able to face Lilly and attempt to scratch her.

"Ow much?" Lilly winced at the scratch but then again it was a scratch. She grinned. "Well then. how do you like this?!" She rolled between Nocturna's forelegs and used her Fire Fang to set flame to the fur beneath.

Nocturna quickly dashed away, feeling the flames curl at her fur. still you're it Nocturna had the adantage of knowlage. She knew the forest like well...the fur on her paws. Soon after she felt the flames burn through her fur, and start burning her (skin?), she reached a lake that was darkened, never seeing the sun. Nocturna doused the flames, and turned back to see where Lilly was.

Where was Lilly? Quite the question indeed... Lilly was swimming in the lake, waiting for an opportunity to arise. She Tackled Nocturna and dashed off into the woods. She then used Rock Tomb to create a hiding spot.

Nocturna shook her fur out after being tackled. Lilly by changing the earth all the time, was practicly revealing herself all the time. Nocturna walked slowly through the woods, her fur now dry and not so heavy, when she sensed an item.

Nocturna ran to the item picked it up, and since she was all warmed up, ran over to where Lilly was hidden.
