| First topic message reminder :- equipment:
Defence scarf → upper part of right arm, like it'll do much anyway... (negates 1 point in pokemon rolls. and some physical hits, which it looks like it shouldn't
Midnight Purple Ribbon → wrapping entire tail except the tip. Not much to say about what it looks like... it's just a ribbon that is linked to the owners aura...
Guild bag → AKA: Purple Kecleon Guild Backpack → for Yooka, its in the shape of a Mini-Kecleon and it seems to be holding on to the shoulders while situated inbetween the mini-ridges Kecleons have. - bag holds:
-Sitrus Berry -(spare)Sitrus Berry -apple -(emergency:) Blast seed -Chipped Grey Guild Badge - - - - -
- energy (10):
25(17Base+8level) - 15(entry cost) =10(current)
[starting type= Normal] A lone Kecleon was walking on a path through the swamp, she'd rather not get into the swamp directly unless she has to. This is one of the few places she doesn't like to be, but there was a rumor that some mythical pokemon was at misty mire in trouble. She didn't care to help the thing, she just wants to see it. She's currently not on a mission so this was a perfect opportunity to see if she can find it. It's been a few minutes and the swamp's path seemed to start to fade, leaving Yooka in a state of anger. Why couldn't there be a clean direct path to misty mire...? She got over the muck as she started to go off-path. It's not as bad as she thought. only minorly slowing her movement. Not many trees to pull out on. She'd hate to get ambushed right now by ferals. Would they be in the same boat as her or would they be able to move unhindered... she shuddered at the thought of a handicap fight. She'd be relying on her ability to recover alot which would tire her out. regenerating cells takes time and if she were to fall unconscious she wouldn't be able to use it as properly. She went tense considering how deep she is in the dungeon. A feral could be anywhere in the muck at any given time. She decided to focus her attention on her surrounding more then her movement forward, ending up moving really slowly. (( - ooc:
I did say it wasn't going to be easy, but it's not actually a true fight anyway. :P we'll have fun as soon as we get it out of their systems. heheheh... σεσ ))

I kindof figured something like that happened. Either IRL weather or 'must do' stuff.
I wouldn't say 'worryingly' but more of 'disappointedly' and for the group of pkmn... somewhat. I was thinking they could have had some form of hate towards Goro due to his 'territorial needs' x3
She noticed the Croagunk's sudden movement and gave him another pat on the knee before getting up and putting her backpack away. "You were wide open, but I'm not one to finish off pokemon that have no bad intentions and I also have rules to follow, considering i'm part of the Guild..." As she said that a few more heads popped up. She also held out a hand to help him up. If it wasn't for the number of them and the minor coughing, Yooka would be laughing at all the basic stage pokemon. {Well, no wonder it was easy to hold this place alone. but now, I'm exhausted and he's somewhat injured, probably... maybe...?} She decided to focus on the surrounding pokemon more than the Croagunk, for the bigger threat was blocking her exit. "...and I can't exactly leave an injured pokemon alone surrounded by... well, look... we're practically surrounded." {There's at least six around us. Probably more still hiding. will he notice?}- ooc:
the two 'illumise?' wont be part of the 'mob'. They wouldn't be that aggressive for all they do is float around looking pretty, lol. (aaaanyway. think of this like a monster house in pmd games.)

10 energy + 2 energy (2 new pages) = 12 energy
Yeah, that's a great reason for them to attack! And the bit about Illumise makes a lot of sense. So, we've got two Poliwags, a Goomie, a Froakie, and a Lotad. Five total is a good reason for them to team up haha. I can roll some more if you want them, though?
Goro looked around the area dumbly, taking her hand to help him up absently. Her words washed over him in a distracted haze as he tried to process what had just happened to him in the past half hour. This Kecleon had shown up, they'd scuffled a bit, he chased her up a tree once she smacked him with a shadow-- of all things-- a few times, and after they took a fall together, it seemed they were fine with one another. He shook his head in an exasperated manner, coming to terms with his situation. The berry had helped, but he still felt a potent ache all over his body, and the Kecleon beside him seemed no worse for the wear, except for a telltale cough. She'd started talking again, and belatedly he started listening to hear, only managing to catch the word "surrounded," before casting a glance around himself. Indeed, there were several basic Pokemon approaching their little patch of uprising land and the tall tree beside them. They were basic, weak Pokemon that he'd vaguely recalled beating on several times before in order to establish the general area as his. An' they just seen me fall out of a tree chasin' this thing next ta me. Here fer revenge, I reckon. He kept silent, however, save for the pained breaths he was taking to refill his lungs with air. He raised his fists doggedly, a determined expression forming on his face. "If yer from that goody-two-shoes guild in Grassveil, then I figure ya won't shy away from this kinda fight. Ya got my back on this, lady?"

| She felt fine, but something was definitely off. The bruises from the fall were not fading. When she coughed once more from the croagunks question, she realized she had to be poisoned. She ignored that thought for now for what the croagunk asked was practically what she said. "that's what I said, didn't I? heheh, this wont be too hard. Maybe for just one of us... if we were not in our current condition. so yes, I'll have your back." She was practically targeting one of the ferals already.
She started it off by sending out a shadow. However, before it reached it's intended target it seemed to trip over something despite being flat on the ground itself. She did hear the swamp water splash a bit from the shadow's impact with something. She ignored it and sent another one but to a different target. If at any point they were to get close I'll just attempt a bind, but as of right now they are pretty far Yooka looked at the situation in relative terms. Easy pickings, but they were outnumbered. If There would be more she may have to switch to looking for and using items. The cheap way of fighting.

| The Croagunk's eyes scanned in front of him nervously, taking in the sight. Washing up slowly out of the muck, basic Pokemon started to slowly approach the injured fighters in their moment of weakness. He recognized a few of them, namely the two Poliwags waddling out of the muck, and the diminutive Lotad lurking further back in the water. There were a few he didn't recognize, as well-- a bright-blue frog-looking Pokemon (likely a water-type) and some strange lump of goo that resembled a Grimer, or something of the sort. Normally, they'd pose absolutely no threat to him, but the poison-fighting type was anything but healthy and the moment. He stole one last puzzled glance at his opponent turned ally, taking note of her rigid posture and sudden coughs, and hoped she hadn't actually gotten poisoned from him. He didn't have any berries or salves to offer her, even if she was the one who encroached on his territory, but it was only polite to offer. Goro deigned not to grandstand and did all he knew to do. He ran forward, his fist glowing with a radiant light, preparing his most powerful technique, Drain Punch. It had the upside of alleviating damage, and after the hits he took and that particularly nasty fall, the last thing he wanted to do was go home and try to sleep this off. He noted Yooka's shadow flying past them into their ranks, and chose a different target-- the more bold Poliwag of the two, waddling forward quickly. His glowing fist lashed out in a straight punch, catching the small water-type in the forehead and sending it tumbling back to the group of advancing Pokemon. If he had any luck, perhaps the Kecleon behind him would use the shadow to protect him, while he fought in the thick of it. Otherwise, he'd take more than a few hits, if the Pokemon decided to focus on him. - the sunset hero carried out 10 launched of one Cattail Marsh :

| [energy: 1] [current type: Fighting] [current status: Normal Poisoned] Yooka didn't know it but the Shadow she first sent had hit a Barboach that was mindlessly living in the murk. It was just a case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Her second shadow passed by the Croagunk towards the lotad that was watching behind two poliwags. It didn't think a shadow could even cause so much harm and tried to brace it instead of dodging out of the way. The shock of the pain knocked the grass and water type right out, straight into unconsciousness. Yooka could only see a few pokemon in the mob and didn't think they'd have a hard time fending off just this bunch. However, she feared the croagunk may end the truce as soon as its over. Yooka took a random apple out of her bag and began munchin away. She didn't need her arms or even her attention to use her shadow... She wasn't lazy when it came to keeping track of the enemy's locations and forming a plan with what she has but she's lazy when it comes to using her Shadow to attack for it's practically her second best skill before a certain punch... that was stolen from her. However, she needed to see where the Croagunk was so as to not 'friendly fire' while letting her shadow sneak loose. She also got confused by his plan of purely running into the enemy group and punching the first thing to get in his way. Seems like basic brute force logic. Yeah sure, the group was just tiny relatively weak pokemon but in his condition...? She shrugged as she had her apple. - ooc:
Eh, wynaut... but the luck comes with a price.
A Froakie looked at the Croagunk and fired some bubbles or whatever the stuff around it's neck are, It literally just took some and threw it. Yooka's shadow came back from the lotad and formed a crude wall between the Croagunk and the Froakie. She even added some eyes to it just for the effect of 'I saw that' and 'your next'. Yooka also smirked out, "Running into the enemy's side... That just screams 'hit me first'! Don't think I can attack 'and' defend... It doesn't look it, but it's pretty exhausting keeping the shadow out for extended periods of time." The shadow was retracting as she was saying that as if on cue. "and I'm not exactly a supporting-type either."

12 energy - 10 energy (roll) = 2 energy
Another Goomie, another Lotad, and a Poliwag, it seems. Do you wanna team up on it? It'd be a good deal stronger than all the basic Pokemon.
Goro wasn't smart in book terms, but he knew his way around a scrap. Even as he charged forward and fought the only way he knew how his eyes scanned the bank where the murky water met land, and kept his eyes peeled for any more Pokemon that wanted to join in. There were more than a few-- counting the one he'd knocked unconscious, he counted at least five, and likely more in the water waiting. He recognized a few of them as well; all of them were Pokemon that he'd driven out of the area when he first arrived at Cattail Marsh. And now that he was weak from a fight, they were closing in for revenge. It was obvious, in hindsight. There was no way he could stop all of them if they spread out and rushed towards the Kecleon behind him, but even as he rushed forward to attack and Yooka's shadow surged past the Croagunk to attack Pokemon still in the water, they lingered around him, slowly surrounding him. He was almost surprised-- he didn't know feral Pokemon were smart enough to hold grudges like this. It's fine, really. Even when I'm broken and bleedin', I'll send the lot of ya back on home. This here's my stretch of th' land. The Drain Punch he landed a moment earlier did him well; whereas before his chest and back were tight with pain from a rough landing out of the tree, after he struck the Poliwag they lightened up and he felt a refreshing sense of coolness wash over some of his aching body. Belatedly, he noticed Yooka's shadow rush to his side, and only for a moment did he register the Froakie launching some kind of bubble projectiles at him. Then her shadow morphed into an unrefined looking wall, blocking the attack while an eye of sorts formed to glare at him. He heard her words from where she was hanging back and felt only a surge of annoyance before he had to turn and deal with the other Poliwag; the one he hadn't punched. It bounded forward angrily before letting loose a powerful torrent of water-- Water Gun!-- and he had only a second to think before he threw himself to the side, away from Yooka's shadow and the Froakie behind it, his fist glowing again in preparation of his Drain Punch attack. He landed cleanly with a roll, and before the Poliwag could attack again, he brought his fist up in a harsh uppercut, launching the Poliwag back towards the one he'd attacked first. The other one hadn't gotten back up; with any luck, the both of them would stay down.

| - energy{6}:
1 + 5{apple}=6
- ooc:
And I have the perfect way to project that poli'whirl' into this fight... xD
(btw, maths wrong... your not the one with the defence scarf... but then again drain punch... so nevermind... which would give half your current level... like recover... ;p
it would actually be (12{current} + 3{drain punch}) - 13{roll cost}... totaling to 2{current total}. sooo..... pff... heh. )
Gotta make some Boxing references. :3
Now that Yooka has a view of the fight. She noticed the Croagunk fights like a Professional Boxer. Not only that but his punches are knocking the little pokemon out cold in one hit each. She shuddered thinking back to his uppercut she had to deflect manually. That first Fighting-type attack would have been a critical hit on her Normal-type body, which probably would have resulted in a single hit knock out aswell... If it wasn't for that attack, which changed her typing to Fighting, she would have been hit much harder when she was actually hit at the top of the tree. However, she weakened the attack by deliberately shouldering it, but now that attack may have somehow poisoned her. Perhaps it's because Croagunk secrete some kind of poison with their touch...? That's something Yooka didn't know but she wouldn't be surprised... that would be a typical poison-type for you. Always having some form of quirk in their strategy you wont know till its too late. Sometimes they don't even mean to do it, its that built in to their typing. She watched as the two poliwags were pummeled into each other and practically tossed aside. She did manage to knock the Froakie out and the lotad from earlier had a friend... another lotad. It popped out right next to the other and was already prepping a tackle into the back of the croagunk. Yooka wouldn't reach in time so She called it out, "Behind, it's tackling!"Yooka heard a noise from behind the tree which was behind her. Yooka didn't turn around but she did get up and move, expecting an attack. Which there was one. A rather mild sound that Yooka barely heard, missed her by inches. She saw ice where murky moisture was on the ground but only near the fist that hit the area. She spun fast attempting to hit the target with her tail. She attempted her legendary astonish attack, but like usual, it missed. It was a poliwhirl. The fists of the pokemon where like those of practice gloves some boxers would wear. Yooka smirked, that's funny... I could swear I thought the Croagunk fought like a boxer... and now an actual boxer or...-- She couldn't help but laugh. She even lunged at the pokemon and bound his arms behind itself, before it could react to her previous miss. "Hey, you seem to have a challenger! hahahah...!"She actually forgot about the croagunk, and didn't quite think about how he's doing, but as she went to look at him two purple blobs popped out of nowhere and was sticking to her back. Weighing her down. Aslong as whatever has a grip on me doesnt start to hurt... I can keep the grip on the Poliwhirl preventing it from attacking using it's arms. The Poliwhirl was indeed struggling but Yooka was physically stronger, despite being on the ground in a half kneeling position. Looking like she's having the worse of it. Actually the two purple blobs dont seem to be doing anything, except the whole 'being latched' thing. They aren't even trying to do anything besides being annoying. Yooka looked at her current options... -If Yooka let's go of the Poliwhirl to get the two things off, she'd be open season for the poliwhirl. -If the things start hurting, she'd be forced to let go of the poliwhirl to try and prevent any more damage, but that'll set her back to the poliwhirl haveing a free punching bag. -She could use shadow sneak on the two things, but she'd be even more drained than she is now and once again be the punching bag. She could only think of one word. "Fun." Which she ended up saying out loud in a semi-panicked / semi-laughing tone. Little does Yooka know... The two Goomy, the weakest dragon-type pokemon, are using absorb. Yooka's just recovering as fast as they are sucking. - ooc:
it knows {Ice punch, endure, and frustration} the two obvious blob heads are just annoyances for Yooka to deal with... Recover can't restore energy now that I had used it, but in roleplay uses... It's keeping her from fainting from the two goomy. also, no pun intended. lol
Also I'm not saying that they are the weakest in my opinion... ITS LITERALLY IN THE POKEDEX!! LOL
- Pokemon recap!:
-Illumise (2) (√,√) -Barboach (1) (√) -Poliwag (2) (√,√) -Froakie (1) (√) -Goomy (2) (X,X) -Lotad (2) (√,X) -Poliwhirl{boss} (1) (X) Just the Lotad tackling Goro... the two Goomy latched onto Yooka and the " Boss" character Poliwhirl. Story behind it... a previous poliwag gone evolved and wants revenge. easy-enough. Just more boxing and shipment. ¦3 Ice punch to goro's drain punch... endure for a guaranteed attack 'chance'... Frustration for the 'last resort' thing.

| As soon as he felt the feedback from his attack on the Poliwag, Goro whirled around to face the Froakie that attacked him earlier-- only to find it laying on the ground, presumably knocked out, courtesy of Yooka's own shadow. Goro's eyes scanned the improptu battlefield quickly, taking stock of the situation. One lotad was knocked out in the water, he'd knocked out both Poliwag, the Froakie was apparently just taken care of-- who was he missing?
He heard Yooka's warning from behind him before he made the realization for himself, and threw himself to the side as soon as he registered what she said. Sure enough, the lotad from before had a partner in crime, having just flew through the area he was in with a reckless Tackle attack. Before it could turn around and try again, Goro bounded forward boldly and swung a glowing fist, his Drain Punch attack launching the Lotad back towards the fallen Poliwag, who still had yet to move. Almost had me. Get back there with the rest of the trash.
They'd taken care of most of their ambushers, but there was still a few more that were curiously absent-- where were they now? Goro scanned the area in front of him and to the sides, expecting them to have focused on him, but apparently they'd changed tactics. He stole a glance behind him, seeing Yooka being held down by the two Goomie from earlier. Down, but not out. Her tail was wrapped around the fists of a Poliwhirl, of all things. It seemed one of his victims from before had it in him to evolve-- he was the leader of this ragtag little band of ferals. If they could put this one down, then that'd probably keep any more from appearing.
Resolutely, Goro turned on his heel and ran towards the struggling Kecleon and her attackers. His fist flickered with a white light, charging his Drain Punch once more. He'd used it on three of these ferals, by now, and he could feel the difference. Before their little scrap, Goro felt the pain from his fall harshly radiate all over, but now it was a dull ache that he could safely ignore. "Ditch the goos! I'll take care o' tha big ugly fella!"

| - ooc, lotad moveset fail, on my part... this is semi-important but its not serious:
They cant use 'tackle' however 'astonish' isnt exactly explained on 'how its used' so a 'reckless tackle' from a 'mini-ambush' could work. Yooka calling it out just nullifies the moves effects, so it no longer is really making it an astonishing blow. :3 So no need to change anything... whew. that was somewhat close-ish
[type: Grass] Yooka indeed had her tail bound around the poliwhirls arms while she had her own weight holding down the poliwhirl aswell. The added weight of the two actually light-weighted goomy only hindered Yooka from following up on the bind any further, but it did help hold the poliwhirl down despite the added weight being rather miniscule at best. Yooka couldn't see what those two were or what they were doing in her condition as she was kneeling with her head pressed against the back of the poliwhirl. She wasn't being lazy considering she was trying to recover while holding a bind. The Poliwhirl was practically thrashing around rather angrily with whatever it could move. Its struggling was actually making Yooka quite annoyed. It was attempting to tire her out with its violent movement, which wasn't what she needed. When Yooka heard the voice of the Croagunk, she actually laughed gratefully. Sweet relief. She let go of the Bind she had on the Poliwhirl and threw herself away from and backwords rather easily. As she wasn't tired physically and the weight of the Goomy did nothing to hinder her physically... she was just exhausted mentally and the longer this went on the more it started to show. She landed on the two goomy in hopes they would let go. One did. She was also hoping the Croagunk was currently handling the Poliwhirl. She got up and... rather unnecessarily and rather violently... ripped off the other goomy, because it was at the moment she saw the goomy on the ground she realized what they were doing. She became even more unhappy. If the two goomy regretted doing whatever they did then. They were on the ground regretting to be alive now. Yooka didn't like the aspect of her life being drained from herself and made it quite obvious by slamming them into the dirt. Twice. All before looking back towards the two fighters. Yooka calmed down rather quickly as she watched the two in action. She even managed to find a pink gummi from one of the unconscious, and mangled, goomy. She put it in her bag for later and sat down to see if the fight was still going. She just didn't want to stay in the fight anymore and thought it a good idea to stay back and watch the two duke it. Unless he wanted help... but something told her he wasn't going to get it. Especially now that she was both physically and mentally exhausted. She already started to recover her new wound, of lost life, but that isnt really easy to recover when one does the recovering for as long as they did. She has to relax a bit, just for a few moments. She isn't thinking straight or that's what she was subconsciously thinking. She was already passed out aswell, right next to the two Goomy. She was out of it and practically asleep, but very much aware of the fight. - editing after so long (6/2/2017):
reworded and edited some parts. I'd like to do it to everything but heh... also apparently I made Yooka look more of an ■■■ by making her eat an apple innthe middle of this with that mind-set. The memories... Also, I relaughed to that Goomy being the worst dragon type using absorb. They definitly do suck. :3

| Goro didn't think he'd ever been this angry.
He knew what it was like to be furious. Anger during a fight was one thing; it was a motivator and if you learned to use it, it could make you stronger. He was very familiar with that type of anger-- he lived with it every fight, every job, every day of his life. But this anger was of a righteous sort-- he wasn't mad at his opponent for fighting back, he was mad at these punks that had been stalking him, waiting for him to slip up. When he fought against the Kecleon, they were waiting to see if he'd lose, and they were going to gang up on him afterward if he did.
He recognized all of these Pokemon as ferals he'd beaten out of the area before, but it never occurred to him that they would band together this way and wait for an opportunity to get him while he was weak. It suggested a sense of cunning that he'd never found in feral Pokémon before, and despite himself, he felt a tendril of apprehension as he surged forward to meet the Poliwhirl that Yooka had previously bound. It was still kneeling on the ground after the Kecleon had thrown herself off of him, probably jarred by the strange fighting style she'd shown and still gaining its bearings. Goro didn't intend to let the water-type gather itself.
"Remember me, punk?!" The poison-fighting hybrid let loose a vicious snap kick at the Poliwhirl's midsection, prompting a startled cry and sending the Tadpole Pokémon back to the ground hard. Goro immediately leaped onto his opponent's round body, straddling the feral as he started whaling on the injured Pokémon. "Ya think you're hot shit after evolving once, do ya? Yer gonna need more than a few baby goos and your little Poliwag lackeys if ya wanna put me down!"
This, too, was another reason he fought. Part of his was his aptitude at battling and the thrill of the fight, but perhaps less virtuous was how Goro loved the feeling of power it gave him when he won like this. Hurting other Pokémon that genuinely deserved it (... sometimes) was a sensation unlike any other. The Poliwhirl put up a meager, token resistance that Goro easily bat aside with furious fists. After dispatching the weaker ferals with so many Drain Punches, the Croagunk was feeling refreshed and eager to put this conflict to bed. He lost himself in the rhythm of punches, rejoicing in the dull thwaks resounding through the air as his poisonous fists smacked against the Poliwhirl's body.

| Only the noise of fists hitting air with the occasional sound of an impact filled Yooka's senses. She was really out of it. She did too much today in such a short time with adrenaline active. The feedback of her body when it ended came in waves. First it was just tenseness, then she felt weak, and then she felt like she was breathing sleeping powder. Most of this was due to how much damage she took while under the poison status from the Croagunk. She did more action than she did recover and now she's paying for it. It doesn't help that she's nearly exhausted from using it as much as she did.
She managed to moan, "...This sucks..." as she was laying on her side. How much time does she have? She didn't really like to think in that way but she guessed as long as she doesn't get into another fight she should be fine indefinitely. Looks like she's back to trusting and having luck. The two things she wished she didn't have to rely on more so than her birth move Recover. How did she look? Probably pitiful. She was moaning, no, she did moan and she is laying on her side. Was she in pain? no, just the bodily aching telltale signs of physically exhausted. Can she move? Probably, she doesn't feel like it right now but if she has to she'll find out. There were other questions going on in her head but she couldn't know the answer to them all. She continued to only concentrate on just keeping up the recover when she felt like she was about to faint. Take a breather and relax a bit, even if the fight isn't really over.

| "Aah... haa... After t'day, I needed that." His opponent had long since gone limp with unconsciousness, but Goro still stayed straddled on its round body, his chest heaving with palpable physical exhaustion. Though his breathing was heavy and his torso was bent over on himself, the Croagunk visibly weary, the tension in his shoulders had long since faded and the irritated expression he wore before fighting was long since gone. Goro turned his head side to side, taking in the battlefield and all the unconscious Pokémon scattered about, pausing when he caught sight of Yooka. His eyes crinkled and a sly, teasing smile flittered about his face before he croaked loudly.
The Croagunk rose off his opponent, childishly kicking the unconscious body to the side as he made his way towards his temporary ally. "Yer still alive, over here? Or did the big bad goos suck all tha life outta ya?"

| It wasn't long when she heard signs that their fight was over what with flat out hearing Goro's voice. What he said she couldn't quite understand. It was probably him either checking on her or insulting her for looking this way after what she's been able to do. Pff, matter aswell see if she can move. Surprisingly, it was easy. She thought due to all the aching she had. Her body would be at least somewhat stiff. That was not the case. The only thing she found difficult was to stay level headed. She wasn't dissy, just her vision was just blurry and her mind was fuzzy. Like she has too much blood in the head. She was only able to sit up before something happened.
She quickly clasped her head as a headache insued. "argh--gah... Aye. I... ow." she gave her head a quick an single shake then blinked a few times. She ended up squinting as she looked at the Crougunk. "Surprisingly I'm fine. But I can guarantee that I have been poisoned by something. Nearly had me..." On that thought she looked at her hands and clenched them into fists and just as soon unclenched them. Testing her grip. It was weakened. She'll be fine to continue a fight with the Crougunk, but definitely not for long. At least he sees her contently for the time being. Maybe she could get some type of assistance. "I have to hand it to you. Your definitely a better fighter. I'm almost at my limit with what I have to offer anyway, I used to know a move and if I had it... Things would be different. Question though, you being of the poison-typing... wouldn't by chance know the differences of poison? Like which I have? In any case... ..."
She physically cringed to what she just said and to what she was about to ask. Her gut was telling her he may not be the type to forgive. her heart however is always open-minded to pokemon that mean no real harm. Her mind will always choose the better sounding approach. "...Could I stay for a bit?" She was hoping he's a decent person as he was fighting. These assumptions tend to get her into more trouble than she wanted. The most common case being she was misunderstood or she took a step out of line. With that little fight they did and her natural talent to insult without trying due to something not very understood by many... Her odds looked slim to her.

| "Oh. Oh. Poison, huh. Well." Normally, the Croagunk would carry a healthy supply of Pecha Berries, in case he'd accidentally poisoned someone with his Poison Touch ability... but, well, he'd only been on his own for a short time out here. He hadn't actually had the chance to stock up yet. Goro felt an unfamiliar thread of guilt run through him at the thought that he was probably the one who poisoned her-- probably before they got ambushed. "Uh... A Pecha Berry'll fix ya right up, but... I ain't got none on me, so... yeah, yer gonna have to bear it. Poison'll fade after a bit of time, I reckon."
And there was a scary thought. Apparently, she'd been fighting while poisoned the whole time. Suddenly, Goro didn't want to face this Pokémon again if he didn't have to. He shifted uneasily, aware that it was his fault she was in so much distress. The wise thing to do here was to help her recover, so as to not attract her ire or revenge whenever she eventually recovered. She was plenty skilled... not as much as him, but she more than made up for that with her strategy and quick thinking. Something he lacked horribly. Uncomfortably, he croaked, clearing his throat before speaking again. Damn this lizard for making him do the right thing here, and damn himself for going through with it. "I hear it hurts plenty bad. You kin'-- uh, you 'kin stay a while. I got a shack aroun' the bend, with a straw bed and blankets n' everythin', if ya want a place to ride it out. Ferals stay away from my place-- I defend my stretch of th' swamp pretty vicious, so..."
He trailed off uncertainly, peering at the Kecleon with a trace of concern. Could she even walk? He'd be damned if he had to carry the thing back to his hovel.

| Ah, thank my luck. even though the chances were grim, he was forgiving. She secretly hated having to force someone into doing things her way. Giving them an option... relieves this hate. I was right to judge him the way I did. He's a decent peep so far... "Easy enough... I suppose. I can stave off a normal poisoning indefinitely if I'm not pressed into heavy action. This just got close to knocking me unconscious. I shall be fine if I were to take it easy for a bit before heading back. Thanks." When she got up the aching proved to be a rouse as she found it easy to move naturally but she indeed felt very weak overall. She cringed as she thanked him again with a slight nod. "I know this may sound a bit useless, but... here." She handed him a little card stating her Guild information. "If by whatever reason you feel, I'll be willing to do what it is you need aslong as it's within my power and reason." she tilted her head a bit to the side as she mumbled a bit too loudly. "Which isn't much I suppose." she paused and doubled checked her thought. "Uh, so... yea. I'll be there if you need me for anything."She looked inside her bag to check the contents... nothing to help this situation her recover couldn't handle. She growled to herself. She WILL be toughening this one out. She's not looking forward to a poison filled trip back to town. At least she won't have to worry about having to take it easy in the middle of the wild... - ooc, not much to say other than... ...:
This thread can be called over. as we can time skip assuming everytning went fine and dandy. If you want to continue into his place I have a few ideas I could do, but from here on... I may start to sound like the newer Yooka.
If you want to RP elsewhere just send me a PM. I wonder what will happen then... :3
