Fairy and Fighting! Two Different Paths from One Start!

Akuroma sighed in relief as he leaned up against the base of a tree, tossing a Sitrus berry up and down in his hand as he looked over towards the direction of Rainfront. The hill was proving to be quite the perfect hunting ground. While the mist hid him from view, the Gallade could attack unsuspecting Pokemon, steal their goods, then just as quickly disappear into the mist.

It was turning out to be quite the enjoyable existence. There was absolutely nothing that could ruin it. Even if Grassveil heard of him being here, who could they send? That puny Chimchar? Or how about that Pikachu? Or maybe even... that Gengar. The Gallade groaned to himself at the thought of having to face William. He had almost completely forgotten about the Gengar. What was he to do if he found himself faced with a powerful adversary? Sure he enjoyed a good fight, but not if it could end with him behind bars...

The Gallade shook his head, ridding himself of that thought. Placing the Sitrus berry he had back into his bag, the Pokemon stood up, pulling his hood over his head as he began to head down towards the base of the hill, deciding to go hunting again.

Clara was walking along the path towards pricklemist. She normally would not go out of her way to such an area. She would rather stay near GrassVeil. However... She overheard that there may be a gardevoir in the area. She had to go see if it was her mother... As she walked she admired the surrounding area. The flora in the area was beautiful. She loved nature. Everything about it made her happy. She would rather be alone with nature then with other pokémon. This is because nature would not judge her, scorn her, or bully her.

At some point she stumbled across a section of the forest that was shrouded in mist. She stopped in her place and looked around. The mist seemed to come from nowhere. She then continued along the path into the forest. It was named prickle mist hill. Mainly because of the mist that continuously surrounded the dungeon.

((Notes: Clara has no items. She had a very small bag with her. To carry the very basic of supplies she ran across for her own survival. Most likely only big enough for several berries...))

Akuroma's chest and back horns twitched as he walked, the protrusions acting like a radar, attempting to sense the emotions of nearby Pokemon. Akuroma would probably be ambushed quite easily without it. His vision was blocked by the mist, his hearing by his hood, and Gallade weren't really known for their noses. This left the Gallade with his ability to sense the emotions of others. Akuroma was glad that this ability wasn't unique to just his pre-evolved and counterpart forms.

At least the mist worked in his favor somewhat by hiding him from sight and masking his scent with that of the mist's. Akuroma was quite amazed at how prevalent it was. It seemed to have no source, and was simply caused by being in the right environment. Just another reason for the Gallade to enjoy this area.

Clara continued to walk along the path. The mist soon obscured all of her vision… She was only able to see a couple of feet in front of herself at this point. She sighed at the thought of getting lost in there. She then decided to focus more on feeling for other’s emotions in the area to see if anything was in the mist. Oddly… There was something present ahead of her. She froze in place when she felt it. She then looked to her side and started to walk off as quietly as possible away from the source.

As she had started to walk away from the presence. It seemed to become alert suddenly. She froze in her spot thinking that whatever was also here with her, might have heard her.

Akuroma looked around, soon picking up on a Pokemon's emotions. Fear. The Gallade smirked, whatever was making this Pokemon feel fear, it could work in his favor greatly. The Gallade lifted his arm up before swinging it back down to his side, the mist surrounding the two Pokemon temporarily being blown away. The Gallade froze for a moment as he found himself staring at a Ralts. What was it doing here? The Gallade's cloak rustled in the wind, his gray arm disappearing back underneath.

Clara looked towards the spot she felt the emotions of another pokemon. At one point the mist blew away quickly and she saw it... A pokemon with a cloak that surrounded it and a grey arm quickly disappearing back underneath the cloak. From at a glance it looked like a Gardevoirs arm to her.

The pokemon's emotion came off to her as one that felt shocked at something it saw.

She did not want to stay there for much longer... She was just about to go run off into the mist but as she turned around she fell down. "AYE!"

She rubbed her head. Unaware of what the pokemon might be doing that was near her.

Akuroma blinked as the Ralts proceeded to turn, trip, and fall right there in front of him. "U-uh, are you alright?" the Gallade asked, a bit unsure of what to do other than stand there. He was still getting over the fact that he had found a Ralts. Was it from Silent Temple? No, that couldn't be possible, not unless it had an ally nearby. He knew himself how difficult it was for Ralts to travel, what with the thick gown-like substance around their legs and low stamina. Was she from Rainfront? He hadn't known of a Ralts living there. Perhaps she was an explorer? Although she didn't have a badge or explorers bag on her. The Gallade's mind was racing with possibilities as he attempted to determine the origin of this Ralts.

Clara looked towards the pokemon. The voice it had... Definitely not the person she was looking for. However it seemed concerned of her when she fell. "I... I am alright." she said as she slowly got up... Still rubbing her head from the impact. She felt the emotions coming off the pokemon as a mass. It was very hard to tell what exact emotion it had.

It appeared shocked, curious, and other emotions all at once. She simply could not interpret it at the moment. Especially since she hit her head...

The Gallade leaned down, pulling an oran berry out of his bag before handing it to the Ralts. "Here, this should help a bit with any pain," the Gallade said. He sensed some disappointment from the Ralts, as if his voice wasn't what she wanted. However, he also sensed curiosity coming from her. Perhaps she wasn't also expecting him to be a bit worried about her? To be honest he wasn't either. It was almost instinctual for him. At least, he didn't realize his worry over her till now, and he hadn't even learned her name.

Clara looked towards the pokemon. It knelt down towards her and pulled out a berry from its bag. It was an oran berry. She still was not aware of the fact that it wasa Gallade. She believed it was a Gardevoir still.

The pokemon stated that it will help with any pain she had. The emotions she read was of sincerity. She took the berry and began to eat it slowly. Although she did not have much pain other then her head. It did help with the energy she had used to get there in the first place.

"Umm... Thanks..." she said softly.

The Gallade smiled, "No problem. Name's Akuroma," he said as he pulled down his hood. His crest and horns were colored and odd gold, and his hair and arms were a dark gray, quite unlike those of his species. Not only that, three jagged scars lined his left cheek, something he had gained back when he was a Ralts. Other than that, Akuroma looked like any other Gallade. He was glad the Ralts was alright, though somewhat unsure as to why. However, she herself appeared to still be quite curious while also grateful.

He wondered what she was thinking. Despite his evolutionary line having the chance of getting the Ability Telepathy, he would have lost it anyways upon evolution. He wondered if this Ralts had it as well. If she did, she wasn't using it, but it did bring up the thought on if she realized he could sense her emotions as well as she could sense his.

Clara looked at the pokemon. She looked up towards the what she thought was a Gardevoir. "Are... Are you the Gardevoir others had been talking about at grassveil?" she asked lightly. She looked towards the pokemon. She still did not notice the key features that showed that he was not a Gardevoir. He had been in the cloak the entire time.

She began to look around as the mist was starting close back in on them...
She then felt a presence from 3 other pokemon in the area. One coming from each direction. "I.. I have to go." she said in a bit of an urgent tone.

She went to turn around and go off but one of the pokemon had already gotten to that spot. It was full of hatred for some reason. She then extended her shadow past the floating ghost type and appeared behind it. She then began to run only for the haunter to hold her in place with psychic. "LET ME GO!!" she shouted as the pokemon held her in place.

Akuroma blinked, Gardevoir...? Does she not know what a Gallade is? He was quite confused as to how the Ralts wouldn't know one of its own evolutionary line. However, his confusion was soon interrupted as he himself sensed the presence of several Pokemon. The Ralts seemed to have noticed as well, and began to attempt to run. However, just as she was near escape, the Haunter of the group captured her in a Psychic hold.

The Gallade's eyes narrowed, anger filling him as he approached the Ghost type, grabbing a hold of it before his fist erupted into electricity, the Haunter's body lighting up with electricity. With the Ghost type now distracted, its hold on the Ralts lifted.

Clara was struggling to fight the psychic powers of the haunter. After a moment it seemed the psychic power stopped holding onto her. She promptly ran behind the nearest tree. She did not know what to do with all the pokemon in the area. She usually kept away from them. This was not the case this time. She had been caught. She had little fighting experience to begin with.

She then extended her shadow to one of the tree's and went on top of one of its branches. Waiting for the chaos to end. Fear clearly visible to those that can read her emotions.

As Akuroma continued shocking the Haunter, he found himself pounced upon by a Linoone. The speedy Pokemon bit into the Gallade's shoulder, causing him to lose his grip on the Haunter. The Gallade grabbed at the Linoone, trying to throw it off while the Haunter turned around to face the Gallade now. Holding it hands near each other, the Haunter began to gather shadows between them, preparing to use a Shadow Ball as the Linoone continued to bit and scratch at the struggling Gallade.

While the battle began to rage, the final Pokemon began to approach the Ralts, hoping to catch her off guard in order to attack.
