- Low Temperature: Snorunts are able to withstand a very low temperature.

» Personality: Felicity is a happy-go-lucky type of person. She is very energetic and enthusiastic, ready to do anything that she likes so she tends to get jumpy and fidgety. She can’t stand to just sit in one place for a long time. However, Felicity tends to be naïve and doesn’t know how the world works in the correct way. This leads her to trust the wrong people or do something at the wrong time. Her naivety makes her very outgoing, friendly, and trusts people easily. However this leads her to being gullible, occasionally trusting the wrong people and putting herself in trouble. Although Felicity may seem cheerful and happy on the outside, she is very insecure on the inside. She thinks that some people don’t like her for her over-enthusiasm or cheerfulness and tends to have second thoughts.

- Winter: She sees snow as food and something to play with.
- Other Pokemon: She likes everyone, but if someone betrays her, she won't be happy.
- Moving around: As said before, she can't stand still.
- Art: She is simply fascinated by art.

» Dislikes:
- Silence: Felicity doesn't like silence at all because she just likes to talk.
- Sadness: She will do anything to make Pokemon happy, if it'll work or not.
- Fire: She is a Pokemon for the cold, not the heat, so she tends to go away from it.

» History: Zehyrine Felicity Roux was born into a rich family, but strict family. Her family was a line of people experienced in sharpshooting, and everyone expected her to be one of them. Felicity had no choice but to follow and meet their expectations. The moment when she learned to walk properly, her parents (The mother being a Froslass by the name of Kalypso and the father being a Glalie by the name of Greyloc.) immediately hired a tutor to help her learn the basics of sharpshooting.

Her childhood was full of getting good grades, making friends, practicing sharpshooting and repeat. It was a dull and boring life, doing the same things every single day. Her sharpshooting skills were gradually getting better over time and her parents were happy. Eventually, Felicity’s sharpshooting skills were amazing for one so young. Although Felicity acted happy and enthusiastic at every new day, her life was boring and dull once she learned everything she could about sharpshooting. There was nothing that truly interested her anymore.

One day, Felicity’s friend asked her to accompany her to the art room of their school, this friend was an Aipom by the name of Jerry, he... was a pretty happy Aipom, much like Felicity and was a really good artist. Anyway, Since she took a break from sharpshooting lessons on that day, she agreed. She watched her friend paint a beautiful sunset on a hill on a canvas. Felicity was mesmerized. She had paintings around the walls of the mansion her family live in, but none of them amazed her like what her friend painted. Felicity finally found a drop of color onto her monochrome world. She desperately asked her friend to teach her how to paint and her friend agreed to teach her.

Eventually, Felicity’s sharpshooting lessons were moved from a daily to a weekly schedule. The days when she wasn’t sharpshooting, she was busy painting. Although her friend taught her how to paint different sceneries and objects, Felicity only focused on painting skies. This went on for several years.

One day, Felicity’s friend told her to show her paintings to her parents. She agreed, with the mindset of her parents adoring her paintings and being proud of her. Felicity was completely wrong.

Felicity’s parents were in complete shock and rage. They shouted at her and told her that painting was a waste of time she could’ve used for improving her skills for sharpshooting. Her mother even slapped her, completely blinded by rage. They left her alone for the rest of the day. For the first time in her life, Felicity cried.

A few days later, Felicity was back to her normal cheerful self. However her parents became stricter about her curfew and made sure she would focus all her time and energy on archery. Felicity hated the new rules set for her. But due to the fear of being disowned, she had to follow them.

One day, she decided to run away, and did so, leaving her friends and family behind, as she then went to go live in Grassveil Town.

List the level at which each move was learned. For an egg move, label it as such.

2.) NATURAL FEATS

Check Pokédex entries from the games for potential feats. If you already have, there's something you missed.

3.) LIKES/DISLIKES

I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume this was just a grammatical mistake. May wanna fix that, as it is currently a bit hard to understand. And while you're at it, you should fix your spelling of "Sadness" in the dislikes.

4.) HISTORY

...Archery. Why would a Pokémon with godlike powers want or need archery? Not only is a bow ineffective compared to... pretty much anything most Pokémon are capable of, but there's also the issue of holding a bow. How would something with stubby arms such as a snorunt manage that? And if there are any glalie in your character's family line, well, they don't even have arms. It's clear that you're trying to portray a character with a stereotypical "miserable rich kid" life, but I would suggest trying to think of something to replace archery as a trade skill. Try to think of something more... reasonable in this scenario. If you're dead-set on keeping the inclusion of archery, you're going to have to think of a very good reason for it being there. If you're dead set on your character's boring life including her shooting at things, I would personally suggest replacing the archery with "sharpshooting" with any moves that can be used at long range. In this case, potential options for long-ranged attacks would namely be "Powder Snow" and "Avalanche."

Aside from that, Felicity's parents and a particular friend are rather important parts of her history. Elaborate a bit on who they are. Names, species, personalities, etc.

That's not quite what I was referring to. Eating snow isn't really a feat, and I presume the entries referring to its diet simply refer to the fact that snorunt have no other options for food in their preferred environment (since they are perfectly capable of eating berries and other food items). Your bio's good otherwise, so I'll just give you the answer: a Pokédex entry mentions Snorunt being able to withstand a very low temperature.

2.) OTHER

Now that your character has a proper skill, why not mention in the "Other" section that she is more accurate than an average snorunt with ranged attacks due to her training?
