- Floatation Sac- This allows for an indefinite amount of time floating in water due to the floatation sac on the neck.
- Two-Pronged Tail - This allows for a relatively quick swimming speed underwater by rapid rotation of his tails by rotating them rapidly.
- Swift Swimmer - When it's raining, Xeno's speed is doubled.

» Personality:
Xeno is pretty scared of other pokemon. When he's in large masses of people, he has to back out quickly. Even with one or two people, he struggles to talk and interact with others. Though he never shows his emotions to other pokemon, he likes to remain detached from others. Timid and shy, he thought that he wasn't able to fit in with the other pokemon properly.
After drifting apart from the other pokemon, Xeno created an imaginary friend out of loneliness. While he does enjoy reading and learning, he enjoys talking to his imaginary friend more so than real pokemon.
He's an analytical sort of pokemon at heart though, he likes to have a grasp of a whole situation before deciding what to do. Even then, he can make decisions quickly, especially when things get stressful. However, if he’s put on the spot, he gets flustered easily and messes up.

» Likes:

Water - Being a water type and all, Xeno prefers expanses of water and precipitation which makes himself better in combat.

Games - Xeno has a tendency to make a game out of his daily activities, more or less because he believes it’s a better way to pass the time.

Friend - Unlike most pokemon, Xeno doesn’t have a tangible friend, rather, instead he talks to his imaginary friend. Xeno has a high preference for his imaginary friend, and would rather talk to him, than to the other pokemon.

» Dislikes:

Attention - Although occasionally, Xeno can do something interesting, he has an extreme distaste for attention towards him, and would rather be left alone.

Arguments - Usually, Xeno tends to fight with himself often. Even he himself finds it a bit ironic that he argues so much with himself, but the problem is that he can’t help it.

Abuse - Xeno was abused and hurt by his own parents, he’s grown to absolutely hate it. Coincidentally, it’s also the reason of why he had to create an imaginary friend.

» History:

For a while, Xeno’s been by himself. He used to live a life with his parents. However, his parents fought a lot, and took out their anger on him. Having felt lost and betrayed, Xeno sought for an escapism from the hell he was receiving almost daily. Xeno never really thought he fit in with the rest of the pokemon, so he created an imaginary friend whom he could talk to. Xeno would talk to this imaginary friend all the time, and literally, the two were inseparable. However, he started to grow even more distant from the other pokemon as time went on.
As time went on, Xeno was tired of the same abusive and secluded treatment he received. After pondering for a while, he picked up a bunch of books and started studying about the outside world. After a while, he started studying up on general knowledge and learned to be analytical of his surroundings. As he learned more, he realized how much was going on around the world, and how he was only confined to his scary life.
After learning all he could, Xeno ran away from home to wander the world.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) MOVES

Please list the ways in which the moves were learned. List the level for naturally learned moves and label the egg move as such.

2.) NATURAL FEATS

"Swift Swimmer" seems to be intended to reference Pokédex entries as well as your chosen ability. Since Swift Swim boosts speed in rain, also specify that in some way. I'd suggest describing it how you did in the like for water. If that feat was only intended to reference Pokédex entries, then please add on another feat for the ability.

3.) PERSONALITY

"Coming across other pokemon, they think of him as rather an odd case, he has no friends, strangely has conversations with a person who isn't actually there, and prefers to be alone."

Please change the wording of this, as it seems as if it is saying others must have their characters view Xeno in this way. Someone could consider him the opposite of odd, or even entirely miss all of the things about him that could be considered odd. Speaking of which, you briefly brought up a few of this character's quirks, yet one of them deserves a bit more clarification. Talk a bit more about the imaginary friend, as that seems like a rather important part of the character. Is he childish? Is he just very bored and lonely? Is he insane? Currently, that last one seems most implied, and if that is the case, you really need a bit more detail and thought put into his mental issues.
