After hanging out a bit in town, Bo was relatively tired. Instead of flying like he usually did, he had walked around with a few Pokemon he had only met and already become best friends with. But he wasn't used to walking; he liked flying so much more. His bottom claws were sore as heck...
He happened to be flying over the border of the town and seen a area off in the distance. It was a relatively big pond, to what he could tell. At least, it was big to him. He hadn't really seen ponds in Aileron before, since most the water was brought there.
He decided he'd land in one of the trees near the spot, and watch some of the Pokemon do various things. There were plenty of Water Pokemon, which still made him question why this was called "Grassveil" if it had so many water types. Other than the fact it was surrounded by forests, of course.
He leaded his head back a bit on the branch he was laying on and took in a deep breath. He didn't realize until now, but the air here was relatively easier to breath than in Aileron. It was crisp and fresh, which he really liked. The place was really nice already, he wouldn't be surprised if he never left. |

| "Silly, we're almost there! Don't you see it?" Coming up with surprising speed ,was a huge, glittery black stone. Lilly held onto the edge, leaving Bo with a chance to get off her back. |

| Letting off a quick sigh of relief, Bo considered flying off as soon as he got onto the rock. But he noticed that his wings were relatively wet; he'd not even be able to get a few feet off the ground before the weight of the water made him fall right back down. He figured he should at least try to have fun, if he's gonna be pulled into doing this.
"A-alright, thank you." He said, letting go and jumping onto the relatively large rock in the middle of the pond. "I-I'll try in just a moment. L-let's just talk for a second, okay?" He said, gulping at the thought of getting in the water again. Maybe he could just delay the conversation long enough to where his wings would dry off. Yea, that'd be good. "So, do you work with Rawst Berries any at your shop? I love eating those..." |

| "No, I haven't found one of those yet. So far I only have a few things, but Burn cream isn't one of those." She jumped up, grabbed Bo, and jumped down again. "Don't worry. If you start to drown I'll come grab you. I can hold my breath for two minutes." |

| Bo tried climbing up the rock but was tugged down by Lilly again. Arg, he wasn't going to get out of this, was he? "If...if you say so..." He said nervously, barely on the rock with his feet hanging in the water. He really didn't want to do this, but as long as she was here at least he wouldn't drown or anything.
Slipping into the water, Bo sort of flails about for a moment. He tried doing what she had mentioned, and it worked for a moment, but he sort of just sank into the water afterwards. He flailed a bit back to the rock and grabbed it, his body mostly submerged in the water. "Blech! Man, I dunno if I can do this. I don't swim, I fly!" He said, giving off a slightly teary-eyed face, though you couldn't tell because of the water dripping down his face. |

| "It's okay Bo. Just try." Lilly could see, it was going to be hard to convince him. "Have you heard an old tale? It's called the little Pelliper that could. Once upon a time, a Leavanny who grew food on a farm had one hundred bags of wheat-flour to send to a big far-away city where there was very little food to eat. So he went to the shipping service. He saw dozens of Pelliper and Rhyhorn that worked there. A big, strong-looking team of a Pelliper and a Rhydon who where really very lazy refused. As did another. Then he saw a small Pelliper, a very junior member, who had likely just evolved. He made to pass on, but the Pelliper insisted on taking it. He said to himself as he took the large basket, 'I think I can! I think I can!' Very soon he came to a large turbulence. But he kept going. 'I think I can! I think I can!' He kept chanting it, over and over, until he came out and into a thermal. He chanted, all through his smooth flight to the big city, 'I knew I could! I knew I could!' And I know you can."she finished. |

| "Yea well, that was flying, not swimming..." Bo murmured under his breath, trying not to let the Lillipup hear him. He sighed, and dropped back into the water. He floated for a bit longer, and though he tried to flap his arms like he was swimming, it only made him sink. Flailing back to the rock, he put on a sullen face. "Can I just fly to the shore now? I told you I don't like the water..." |

| Despite Bo's efforts, Lilly still heard him. "So what? All I'm trying to say is, you have to try. It will be futile to do if you don't. You need to make an honest effort. Or then I will hold you under the water until you figure it out." |

| "Hey, don't make threats to me!" Bo said, gritting his teeth. "I didn't even want to swim! You were the one who pulled me into the water! I was in the tree, away from the water's edge, for a reason!" He said, slamming his claw against the rock. He didn't like to argue, but being soaked really agitated him. It wasn't something he liked to be at all; being dry and in the open air was what he found fun, not being stuck in water with wet wings.
(Sorry for taking so long to post. I've been on an anime streak~) |

| (So was I. And none of the computers in my house would find the site) Lilly was angry that he was so rude... Escpecially when he had no way to get back to shore other than her. "Fine. Be rude like that. But if I swim away, which is quite likely, your wings are still too wet for you to fly. And if I swim away... I think you see the logic in that, don't you?" |

| Bo huffed a moment, but then realized what he was doing. "Err...sorry Lily. I just get really huffy when it comes to water. I've never liked being in it, and it's just riling me up. Can you forgive me?" He looked at her with apologetic eyes. "I didn't mean to sound rude or anything, I just wanted to get out of here."
(All this busy body needs is some more time to post. >:Y ) |

| (It's okay, Tragar. Everyone gets caught up in something once in a while.)
"....Sorry. Sometimes I have a short fuse, too." Lilly admitted. She just hated it when people where rude. Escpecially when it was directed at her. |
