Signup Thread Guidelines

As each organisation is different, each signup thread is also going to be vastly different. As such, the main design is left up to the founder of the IO to design and post, however there is a list of things that must be included in your signup post. That list is as follows:

» The name of the IO
» A link to the approved application of the IO
» The founder user and character
» Link to the founder character's records
» Second-in-command user and character (when one is chosen)
» Link to second's character's records

» An overview of your IO and it's aims
» A list of what features your IO has, if any. (Additional mechanics and stuff not found in other IOs is usually what this means, though you can also interpret it as what makes your IO different to all the others.)
» The rules of your IO
» A detailed description of the entry requirements for your IO
» A form or explanation of how a user goes about signing their character up to your IO (formal applications are encouraged so staff have a record of who has joined)
