Old Passage.

Noel sat near one of the cave walls with her eyes closed, after randomly shifting to this strange passage Noel and Jak both decided to take a small breather, no sense in overworking yourself. After a bit Noel stood up and stretched her arms. "Alright, you ready to keep going?" Noel asked looking at Jak, Noel wasn't too sure where they were, it was nothing but a long passage and the way behind them was closed off, sorta made her wonder how they wandered in here in the first place.

Noel glanced up at the long passage, staring she silently thought to herself what was down there, and how strong it could be. "No, I'm strong enough to handle anything." Noel thought shaking her head in slightly anger and waited for Jak to get back up.

Energy 40 (59-19)

Jak had been sitting against the wall. His tail bent towards him as he put his paw in and out of the fire that was on his tail. Just sitting there to get some rest before they continued through the passageway.

Noel had then gotten up to stretch and asked Jak if he was ready to get going. "Yea, I should be good now..." he said as he rubbed one of the scrapes he had previously gotten from a bunch of rocks. Despite the slight sting when he did that. It had been starting to itch...

"Let's get going then shall we. Time to get to the root of this..." Jak said as he stood up. "The faster we get this done... The better... This place is creeping me out... All this crazy dungeon flipping crap happening silently... -huff- Every dungeon I been to had something that showed just as it was changing... The worst of them being quakes..." he mentioned.

Noel looked at Jak for a moment before looking back at the passage. "Ya we should get out as soon as possible, i don't like this place one bit." Noel said calmly, she didn't look it but she was afraid of this place. "We need to find out what's causing this and stop it." Noel started walking after she said this, best to get a move on right now. Noel reached into her bag and pulled out two small sitrus berries. "You want one?" Noel questioned eating one of them, they were her last ones.

If Jak decided to eat it or not Noel would't say anything and place the berry back, if he did accept it she'd give it to him and still say nothing.

Once that was done with Noel looked ahead and grabbed the pieces in her bag, while resting she was messing around with them but it would appear she was missing some pieces.

Energy 55 (40+15)

Jak looked towards the passageway that had recently formed. "So... we going into this... ugh... thing?" he said as he rubbed the scrapes on his arm again. This time a little too hard as he winced at the burning.

"I take that as a Yes." he said as he followed her into the passage. He seemed to have asked the question a little late as they were already going through it. As they continued to walk, Jak noticed noel reaching into her bag for something. Eventually she pulled out two sitrus berries and offered one to Jak. "Oh, that would be a good idea!.. You save yours. I have one myself." he said with a smile as he reached into his bag. He eventually found a sitrus berry and took it out. "Thanks for the offer. I think we need to try and safe each other's supplies while we are here... In case we need them badly." he said with a smile as he bit into the berry.

Noel nodded, they had no idea what was in this passage but whatever it was couldn't be good. "
There doesn't seem to be a way back, passage just changed on us, while we've been waiting the passage hasn't changed so i think we can assume that the only way is forward for, however long this passage is." Noel said assessing their current situation, how they got here was beyond her but even with her Aura sense she didn't see a passage back.

"Ring Trice in a chamber, do i don't think we need the music box here, this doesn't look like a chamber." Noel said putting the box pieces away for now.

Jak looked back at the comment about the passage changing. Crap! It did it again?! he thought as he looked. It indeed did, the passageway was sealed on that end. "Hmmm... It would seem that way." he said as he continued to walk. This place was definitely going down as the most messed up dungeon he has been to.

"That is what xatu said... Wonder how many pieces go together for that box..." he said as he thought about it.

Noel shrugged, she had two pieces that was clear, maybe there were more in this passage. "Maybe we'll find more if we keep going, i can't make anything with these pieces." Noel said but then got a idea, she fished around in her bag for a moment before pulling out a small blue orb. "This is a Trawl Orb, one of my last ones, maybe i can get the item to come to us." Noel suggested and walked a bit away from Jak.

Noel then chucked the orb at one of the far walls and it smashed against the sides, Noel waited for a moment before items started to appear.

Jak nodded as he started walking along the pathway. However Noel stated she had an idea, which caused him to stop. "Yea?"

She pulled out an orb and explained what it was. Maybe the items would come to them? He waited as she threw the orb at a nearby wall. Shortly after, a small pile of items started to travel across the floor in the hallway towards the spot the orb shattered. "Hmm... Not a lot of items here... That sucks..." he said as he approached the pile. He immediately spotted an odd item out of the bunch. "What is this thing?" he said picking up the Music Box Piece... He brought it over to Noel held the item out to her.

Noel looked at the item Jak brought over, she took it from him and compared it to the other items they had. "Well it doesn't look like anything you'd normally find in a dungeon, so this might actually be the item we are looking for." Noel said putting it in her bag to make sure nothing happened to it, Noel had no idea how many pieces they needed to find, she hoped they found what they were looking for soon, this experience was slightly wearing on her mental health, or that was the outside doing that to her, either or.

Jak nodded in agreement about the item and traversed back to the pile of items. "So... Anything we want to pick out of this then?" he asked as he looked at the pile once more. He then noticed something odd... There was 3 additional items in the pile. "Huh... Can that orb have a delayed affect on some items?" he asked Noel as he picked up some odd looking box. He waited for Noel to come over so he can hand it to her.

He figured this was probably the case to the box the xatu was talking about before they came here.

Noel looked at the glasses and picked them up, she looked at them for a moment, seemed like a normal pair, nothing really looked that special that she could tell. Noel then put them on and looked at Jak. "I wonder why there are glasses in a place like this?" Noel questioned looked at the box Jak picked up, Noel took it from Jak and inspected it, she opened the top of the box and sure enough the pieces of the box were missing. "Something tells me this is what the parts go into." Noel said putting it in her bag, they'd assemble it later.

Noel took one of the orbs and left the weird looking food on the ground, she didn't want to touch it, once she turned to keep going she was face to face with a Haunter. Noel backed up but the Ghost had already started using Hypnosis, Noel stood there waiting for the effect to happen. Though it didn't, Noel was confused and so was the Haunter.

Instead of staying confused Noel threw up her paw grasped it with the other and shot a powerful Psychic wave at the Ghost knocking it backwards

Jak watched as Noel pick through the rest of the items within the pile. Waiting until she was finished. He then took the remaining, except for that odd purple blob of shit that was in the pile. Jak had no idea what the heck it used to be. However, he knew it was not safe to eat... Any food that changes into this stuff... Is never a good idea to eat.

He first bagged the remaining orb that was on the ground. Still unsure exactly what kind of orbs this place has... He didn't want to attempt to use it just yet until he figured out what it does. Last he picked up the two small pebbles and held onto them for now.

Just as he went to turn and follow Noel, they were both face to face with a ghost. However it seemed just a few seconds earlier it had attempted something as he noticed the two pokemon were staring at each other.

However, shortly after... Noel took the chance to strike it with her psychic powers, sending the pokemon backwards. The pokemon started to recover, however Jak quickly send a wicked wisp of flame that glowed a bright bluish white color. The flame quickly wrapped around the ghost type as it.

Noel then dashed up to the Haunter and used Psychic once again, this sent it farther back but still didn't faint it, however instead of staying the Pokemon decided to run away from the two of them, two on one wasn't exactly what he wanted to fight. "That was weird, i was sure he tried to use Hypnosis on me, didn't work though." Noel said before shaking her head, best not to wonder and just be glad she wasn't asleep right now. "Lets just keep moving." Noel said walking the only way they could go.

As Noel was walking she saw a door, Noel quickly opened the door and instantly shut it after seeing what was inside, she really hoped that what was in there didn't see her open the door, mostly cause it was two ghost Pokemon.

Jak watched as the haunter ran off. Apparently, it didn't like the odds from what Jak could tell. Heh... one of the view I've seen that actually play it smart. he thought to himself with a slight grin. He then looked at Noel with a confused look. He was about to ask why she and the Ghost was staring at each other. However, his question was quickly answered before it was asked.

"Heh... that is odd. Has hypnosis ever worked on you before?" he asked as they started moving again. However just before he would get a response they seemed to have stumbled across a door. After Noel had opened the door. Jak was startled by the sudden reaction as she quickly shut the door again.

His best guess? Some more pokemon were in there... Considering the vast majority of the pokemon they encountered here are hostile... It was very likely they were too.

The two pokemon in the room past the door seemed to be occupied by something. Seeming to pick up objects with their psychic powers and tossed the items back and forth between each other. They never noticed the door opening to the room at all as the Lucairo had opened and quickly closed it.

Noel smiled. "Uhh, best to not go in there right now." Noel said before looking around for more doors, it was the only break from the long hallway so best to find as many doors as they could. "Only way is forward, though if i remember correctly ghost Pokemon can go through walls sometimes, so keep an eye out if that happens." Noel told Jak unsure if he knew it or not, better to just tell him in case he didn't know.


"Not really, I've never been hit myself but I've seen other Pokemon hit with the move, maybe I'm immune for some reason." Noel said looking at herself, she had competely forgotten she had the glasses on, those were the only reason she wasn't affected by the attack.
