A Scyther, Chimchar, and Gallade walk into a Bar...

Zorre looked up at Pricklemist Hill nervously. The last few times he had been to this dungeon, not-so-good things had happened. But Zorre was nothing if not determined to overcome his fear of the place. Though the pit of bones still haunted his memories, Zorre knew that he had to keep coming back to Pricklemist until he lost his fear altogether, lest it cripple him when a pokemon was most in need of his skills as an explorer.

Zorre looked around the area. There didn't seem to be any pokemon around, which disappointed him. He liked to have companions when he went into dungeons, as it made it easier to confront enemies, and he did like companionship, though he wasn't that good at talking, more of a listener than a speaker. He adjusted his bag's strap carefully with the blunt edge of his scythe, not wanting to cut the strap with his blade; as he walked into the dungeon and the mist closed around his black-colored carapace.

Zorre diverted his eyes as an explosion of light forced the two pokemon apart. He opened his eyes just in time to avoid the large rock flying towards him from the gallade's Stone Edge. He glared at the gallade, agreeing with the chimchar's words, noting at least two fletchling that the rocks had knocked out. He growled under his breath, deciding that once the chimchar was done with the gallade, that he would take his own shot at the jerk. His pride had been hurt, and now the gallade was not only hurting him, but other, innocent pokemon. It was clear that this gallade had no respect for other pokemon, and Zorre was ready to beat some respect into the psychic type, even if the gallade was stronger than him; he had to try.

Akuroma chuckled, "It's their fault for being in the way," the Gallade said as he repeatedly slammed his fists into the ground. Soon a large area around the two battlers looks more like a miniature mountain range than a small hill, with the stones slamming into Pokemon, uprooting trees, and tearing the ground apart. The Gallade jumped onto one of the many stones, balancing himself on it sideways by holding onto the tip. "C'mon little Chimchar, if you're so angry at me inadvertently hitting other Pokemon, I suggest you try and beat me quickly."

What went from a normal battle to prove how strong the Chimchar was turned into a contest of destruction that the Gallade was playing with himself. It barely seemed like he was focused on Brian, like his only goal was to hurt as many Pokemon and destroy as much landscape as possible. "They're just trying to watch the battle, not interrupt it! This isn't how a good battle should go!" Brian said before jumping to the nearby rocks, each jump getting him closer and closer to the Gallade. One he was fairly close, he shot out a large amount of Ember's at him, trying to do as much damage as possible.

Energy: 1

Zorre snarled at the Gallade's words and subsequent actions, losing his temper and any control he might have had over his feral instincts. His dark pupils, previously slightly rounded in shape, contracted into a sharp triangle shape, and the light disappeared from his eyes, going completely black. He raced towards the Gallade, swinging his scythes viciously, clearly aiming to kill or at least permanently maim the Gallade by aiming one scythe for his throat and the other for his stomach. Zorre was no longer aware of his own actions, lost to the anger and the feral instincts that screamed at him to rid his territory of the threat of the Gallade.

Akuroma smirked as he tightened his grip on the rock he was supporting himself on. He waited as the Chimchar grew closer, his hand beginning to glow a bright white as he tugged on the rock. As the Chimchar fired off his embers, Akuroma swung his arm forward, ripping the top part of the rock at the embers and the Chimchar.

The Gallade climbed to the flattened top of the rock left in the ground as the pointed end flew towards the fire type. He would have continued his attack, if not for the black Scyther suddenly coming at him. Akuroma brought his arms up, his elbows extending out into his species signature blades as he blocked the Scyther's attack. "So the bug want's to play?" the Gallade said with a smirk, pushing his blades against the Scyther's.

Brian's plan with his Ember attack failed as the Gallade used part of the rock as a makeshift shield. Despite the amount he shot out, that rock piece was able to block all of them, rendering that plan as useless. Afterwards, something unexpected happened. The black bug from before which got shocked and knocked away by the Gallade before now rushed at him with it's blade like blades. It's blades and the Gallade's blades clashed as they interrupted the battle. While this was annoying to Brian that the battle was being interrupted like this, it gave him time to eat an Oran Berry to get some energy back.

Zorre shrieked in anger as the Gallade parried his attack with his own blades, pushing him backwards as he did so. He narrowed his eyes at the Gallade and then shrieked with even more ferocity, focusing his inner power upon bringing about his signature technique. The vibrations from his magnified shrieking trembled and then rushed at the fighting type with a surge of power from within the bug pokemon.

Akuroma brought his fist back as the Scyther rushed him. The Gallade threw his arm forward, grabbing the Scyther by his shrieking face before slamming him head first into the ground. The ground underneath the bug type partially collapsed, cracks racing away from the impact. The Gallade straightened back up, letting the Scyther lay there as he began to walk towards the Chimchar who had apparently decided eating was more important than battling. Akuroma frowned, a green psychic energy surrounding his arms. "Hey, who said it was snack time?" the Gallade said as he stood there, the stone on his glove beginning to give off a pulsing glow.

While he was eating the berry, Brian could see the Gallade take down the bug type who tried to attack him as well, despite seeming to be using a powerful attack. Now the fighting type turned to the Chimchar once again, seeming to taunt him about eating the berry, which just caused Brian to smile. "Well, I needed to get my energy up. Wouldn't want this battle to end so soon, ya know?" He said, getting back into a fighting position as he saw some kind of glow on the Gallade's arm. "What the heck...is that?"

Zorre shrieked as his face was forcibly grabbed and then shoved violently into the dirt. He collapsed from the pain of cracking his skull against the ground -a web of upheaved soil spread in a wave around his black carapace. Zorre could feel his consciousness slipping in and out, a warm, welcoming darkness lapping at the edges of his mind. He struggled to stay awake, to get back up and show that gallade a thing or two about an enraged scyther, but the harder he pushed to stay awake, the stronger the pull from the darkness became.

Zorre eventually gave into the rushing black after a few moments of helpless struggling. His head, which had raised slightly in his struggle against unconsciousness, hit the ground with a dull thud, and he was out like a light.
