Draconia: Pokemon Roleplay

Congratulations! You've finally reached your 100th year; and you are being allowed to leave the Hatchling Perch of your Tribe! As a fully-grown adult dragon pokemon, you have left the Hatchling Perch and made your own lair in your Tribe's territory.

One night as you sleep, you are visited in your dreams by a mysterious figure.


It introduces itself as Kyurem, and you remember the name from a list of dragon-type legendary pokemon. It states that its ancestor was Rayquaza -the same Rayquaza that had once led the Dragon Tribes when they had been united as one. Kyurem then proceeds to ask for your help; for he is trapped in a pure location by an ancient evil. He states that he has chosen seven other dragons to help you; and that you are to meet them at the Spires of Truth during the next full moon.

When you awake, you realize that you only have a few days until the full moon if you are to make it to the Spires of Truth in time. You know that the Spires of Truth lies at the center of the Dragon lands, where all the Tribes' territories meet.

Now its your decision. Do you ignore the call of Kyurem or do you go to meet the other dragons at the Spires of Truth? The fate of Draconia may rest in your claws (if you have them).

Feirea woke up with a start from her strange dream. She took in a few deep breaths as she calmed her racing heart.

"I wonder if the dream was true?" She wondered out loud.

"I think it was," Silvia said quietly.

Feirea turned to look at her left head. "Hmm. I suppose there is no harm in going to the Spires of Truth. If no one shows up, no one shows up. However... I wonder why there? Are we going to have to put up with other dragon pokemon?"

"I don't know why you don't like other dragons... I think it would be cool to see other species..." Silvia whispered, quailing at the angry look Feirea gave her.

Feirea sighed. "Because, you dolt; it was the OTHER dragon species that caused Rayquaza's death in the first place, remember?"

"B-but... I'm s-s-sure it was an... accident." Silva stuttered.

"Hmph. Well; we'll just have to show them why the Hydreigon Tribe is the best! And you'd better not embarrass us; got it?!" Feirea said sternly.

"O-ok..." Silvia acquiesced; bowing her head.

"Good. We'll set out for the Spires of Truth in the morning." Feirea said, flapping their wings experimentally, before laying their body back down and shutting her eyes. "You may as well get some sleep while you can. We have a long way to go."

Archae woke up from the dream in a cold sweat, nervous and uncomfortable, thinking over what had just happened.

"There's no way I was contacted by a legendary Pokemon. Why me? I'm not worthy, I haven't even left the perch! I--I didn't even evolve, or anything..."

"Wh--what would that make me? Finally someone important that no one can pick on? But with so little time--I can't possibly..."

"No, of course I can! This is for the sake of evolution and freeing Kyogre."

"Now it's still pretty late, so it's best I get some shut-eye. I'll set out tomorrow."

And so the little squishy dragon flattened herself and returned to her slumber until the shining sun would awake her.

Thetis woke up with a start, her heart thumping hard. She breathed in, and out, trying to calm down.

'That dream felt too real. I have had lucid dreams before, but they never felt this real. I wonder, was it real? Was I really contacted to help Kyurem?', she wondered.

She freaked out a bit. 'It couldn't be... right? Of all the other dragons out there, I'm one of the dragons that were called out to for help!?'

She calmed herself down again. 'I guess I'll go to the Spires of Truth tomorrow. At least then I will know if it was just a dream.' And with that, she listened to the rushing water of a nearby waterfall to fall asleep, until the light of dawn would awake her.

Ooc: Spires of Truth, huh? Something tells me that place has something to do with Reshiram.... Because, you know, Reshiram sides with truth while Zekrom sides with ideals... And the waterfall thing, Dratinis are said to hide behind waterfalls when they shed their skin, so I said, why not have Thetis live in a cave near one?

Aithne sometime after the dream had occurred finally awoken. The Dratini stretched, before remembering the contents of the dream.

Aithne smirked, of course Kyurem, one of the great Dragon legendaries would call on her for help. She was one of the strongest Pokemon around, and despite most Pokemon would look down on her for not having evolved yet, she sure showed them! To excited to sleep, she slithered out of the dark pool which she resided in, and headed towards the Spires of Truth. At the same time, she scoffed internally. Surely Kyurem didn't need seven other dragons when she was worth at least twice that?

With his head still feeling as if a mountain had fallen on it, Tepor finally managed to rise again from his sleep. Just...what exactly had happened tonight? And had that really been...? No, it couldn't have, could it? And why would he be chosen in the first place? Tepor was one of the last Pokémon who would ever fight. Now if this mission would just be about taking care of someone, that would not have been the slightest problem. But something including ancient evils was much more likely to include "taking care" of someone. But it was him who had been chosen. If that dream was more than a dream at least.
But if the situation really was that dire then that was a risk Tepor was not willing to take. After all the worst that could happen if it actually was a dream was that he'd travel somewhere for no reason.
And thus the Charmeleon began his travels...

(Please correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't savato be a Charmeleon instead of Charizard? Going off what you said about having only evolved once, charizard requires two evolutions)

For the most part, Sirius had slept peacefully that night, at the very least till that sudden dream involving a Kyurem... Help? Other dragons? It was all so relatively sudden to Sirius. He woke up as soon as it had finished, completely unsure of what to do. "That was the strangest one yet... But it felt more so real than a usual dream. I guess... It'd be better to be safe than sorry, I should in the very least check this out, be it a mere waste of time or not, it's no big deal" Sirius mumbled, admittedly he was still half asleep, but that didn't matter at the moment.

Sirius slowly got up and started walking, of course he did have a general idea of where the spire was, it was just more awkward to reach considering he was unable to fly as of yet... But he'd just have to put up with that for now.

Kyuuki woke up quickly, obviously startled. "What the? Selected to... wow...." The Fraxure tried processing this slowly, but found it nearly impossible. Her, out of the whole Haxorus tribe, was chosen to be one of the 8 dragons? But how? She wasn't worthy, was she?

"I think I'm over-reacting......" Kyuuki thought aloud. Sighing, she stood up, and looked into the moonlit night. So far, tonight had been a bit too exciting for her taste, but the Fraxure finally came to a decision.

"Alright. I'll head to the Spires of Truth right now! I can't waste any time..." Kyuuki told herself. She gathered up her courage, and started walking out of the cave and towards the Spires of Truth. This'd be a long journey, but the Fraxure knew she could make it. Or thought she could, anyway.

After several days of travel, your dragon finally reaches the Spires of Truth, just as the full moon rises from the sky. From the shadows emerge other dragon pokemon, and you realize that most, if not all, of the other dragons are not from your tribe. This will make the journey far less easy as tensions are often high between Tribes; as each dragon is taught by their elders that it is the other Tribes who were responsible for the fall of the great Rayquaza.

Feirea looked around the Spires of Truth as the full moon began to rise overhead. She gritted her teeth as she saw the other dragons and saw not a single other member of the Hydreigon Tribe. "Arceus help us all; there's two babies here even!" She muttered as she noticed the dratini and the goomy.

"W-well, maybe they have a r-reason for not evolving," Silvia offered, stuttering. "I... I mean... i-it's not like a-anyone would have l-let a hatchling out of the n-nest."

"Well then they are fools for not evolving immediately when they could!" Feirea snapped. "Any pokemon who doesn't want to become as strong as possible as fast as possible is a fool in my book!"

"O-o-ohhh... O-oh... kay.." Silvia stuttered; not really agreeing but not wanting to risk Feirea's wrath pointed towards her instead of the other dragons. Feirea already got most of the food; Silvia didn't want to give Feirea a reason to attack her too.

Feirea nodded, seemingly satisfied at Silvia's agreement. She looked around again and then leapt to the topmost spire and looked around at all the dragons.

"Well, since I'm obviously the chosen leader," Feirea started out, feeling confident that Kyurem would never have chosen any other tribe to the the leader, "Looks like I'll be calling the shots. For some unknown reason he decided that there needed to be more than one tribe to save him," She paused to roll her eyes. "So I guess we'll just have to get along somehow. I'm Feirea, and my second head is Silvia. We're obviously from the Hydreigon Tribe; and we just reached our 100th year several moons ago; but don't let that fool you; I'm as dangerous as any Hydreigon in my tribe," She finished off proudly.

Phewph... We've come so far, and we're almost there, but I've barely gotten to know these other chosen ones. The silence between the tribes has been unbearable... Perhaps I could talk to someone?

This one dragon in particular is taking charge of everything... Surely that's going to cause trouble...

I'm beginning to think this whole thing is fruitless... What if it's all just a trap setup by some crazy psychic Pokemon looking for some Pokemon to bring and defeat? I'm sure all of these others are just gonna annoy me on the way to my death... Kill me now. Gee, I can't wait to see what's in store...

Aithne stretched her long body, looking around at the other Dragons that had gathered there. Yes, like the Kyruem had stated, there were seven other dragons, and she could even recognize a Dragonair from her own tribe, Thetis she believed. But all in all...

How annoying. Aithne didn't really care for teams, and although she was strong, even she knew that against seven dragons she probably wouldn't win.

However, when the Zweilious appeared and started spouting nonsense about her or rather them being the leader and 'calling the shots' as the one who called herself Feirea stated, her expression changed to a mix between anger and strangely a look of excitement. She immediately slithered over to the two and spoke up.

"If you think," Aithne spat, "That I'm going to follow the likes of you then you got another thing coming for you." The Dratini smirked, her tail twitching behind her, "You might as well have said 'I want to fight that Dratini and I can win.'" she laughed mockingly, "So how about it, ' I'm as dangerous as any Hydreigon in my tribe.' Do you think you can fight against me and win?....Do you want to test that theory out?"

Kyuuki looked up at the Zweilous, whose two heads were apprently named Feirea and Silvia. She also saw a Dratini slither up to the Zweilous as if she thought she could beat it. 'I know we're all around the same level... but this is ridiculous.' The Fraxure thought.

Then, she decided she would call the Dratini out on her decision. "I think she was just stating that she was calling the shots. She wasn't challenging anyone, I believe." Kyuuki said firmly, looking the Dratini straight in the eye after walking over. "It's not like when we first meet we immediately have to fight, you know." The Fraxure added irritably.

Kyuuki then backed away, thinking she had gotten her point across. She spoke to Aithne again. "Now if you excuse me, I'd listen to the rest of what she has to say." The Fraxure said bitterly. If this Dratini was going to be-little everyone, then the Fraxure would just have to be bitter back to her. It didn't matter if she was the same age or not; Nobody treated others like they were emotionless beings, no matter what species they were in Kyuuki's eyes.

With the full moon rising into the sky its pale light illuminated the rugged Spires of Truth below, allowing for Tepor to finally let go of his own tail which he had used for illumination when wandering through the darkness of the evening before.
Arriving at the scene he noticed that several other species seemed to be present already.
The Charmeleon didn't think anything bad about this however as - despite what some of their ancestors had done - these Pokémon appeared to be far too young to have had anything to do with this. And thus he wandered over. Hopefully they would be friendly. Then again if these really were Pokémon he was supposed to work together with then they wouldn't have been chosen if they weren't, would they?

Feirea started to laugh when the dratini slithered up to her and challenged her to a battle. "You.... think you can... beat me?" She laughed. "You're nothing but a little dratini! You haven't even evolved yet! How in the Trinity's names do you think you can beat me?"

Feirea turned as the Fraxure supported her. "See, even the others agree with me."

"But sure, you want a battle, you've got a battle. Just don't go home crying to your mommy when I win, ok? It sounds like we need everyone, even if they are little babies like you and Goomy over there."

"Uhhh... Feirea... are y-you sure t-this is a good idea? W-we p-probably s-shouldn't fight..." Silvia stammered.

"Oh shut up, you! We can win this battle; and I'm sure Kyurem wouldn't mind a battle for dominance! Someone has to step up and take charge; and it's going to be me, because I'm obviously the best here!" Feirea snapped at her second head.

Silvia squeaked and lowered her head. "o-ok..."

Feirea snorted and then turned her attention back to the dratini. "Well?" she demanded.
