Draconia: POKEMON STYLE

Welcome to Draconia, a land filled with dragon pokemon of all shapes and sizes. You are an adolescent dragon pokemon just starting out in the world. You have just reached your 100th birthday and the time has come for you to leave the Hatchling Perch of your tribe and make it by yourself. You've spent the last 100 years learning everything you need to take care of yourself as a dragon pokemon: flying, hunting, the magics of your tribe, and how to stay away from humans at all costs. Since these are adolescent dragon pokemon and not babies, your pokemon may be evolved ONCE if you would like.

Unbeknownst to the dragon pokemon of Draconia, an ancient evil is stirring at the edges of the dragon lands. Once, long ago, all the dragon pokemon lived in peace and harmony under the rule of Rayquaza. Upon Lord Rayquaza's death, dragon pokemon turned on each other and began to trust only pokemon of their own species, forming many different tribes of pokemon. Now the evil that had struck down Rayquaza is back, transforming once good dragon pokemon into black, evil versions of their former selves. Your dragon is visited in dreams by a young-looking Kyurem who begs you to forget the prejudices of your ancestors and team up with other dragon species to help him escape the clutches of the ancient evil.

So now that we've gotten that stuff out of the way, let's get some rules down in here. (Don't groan, you knew it was coming.)

Personality:
Feirea is a hot-tempered, arrogant female. She was the first head; and thus acts like the boss, making all the decisions for the body. She acts like she is better than everyone else, but this is due to her personal feelings of being inadequate. She covers her low self-esteem with a grandiose attitude and false bravery. She has an intense desire to prove herself as awe-inspiring so that no one can question her greatness ever again. Her brash actions and arrogant attitude have prevented her from having many friends though, so any that she does manage to make has her complete and utter loyalty to the death.

Silvia is calmer and more kind than her other head. As the second head, she mostly just bows to Feirea's wishes, only trying to calm her down when she gets really mad. She is very kind and compassionate, and doesn't get angry very often, if at all.

Personality: For the most part, Sirius is a calm, collected individual who honestly couldn't care less about the ways of the tribe or that all beings must be seperated, he views it as pointless. He is somewhat of a loner, preferring to remain away from other people where possible, believing that even with his current inability to fly, he doesn't need the help of others to live. However, when push comes to shove, Sirius is surprisingly loyal to his friends, willing to fight alongside them against whatever comes their way, even if they are or a different species to his own, often leading to discrimination against him due to his lack of belief in the old ways of seperation and tribes.

Species of Dragon: Gabite
Level: 50

Personality: Jet is a friendly, selfless and empathetic Pokemon, very different from what one would think of a Gabite.  He finds the good in everyone, no matter how evil they are, and will almost always be glad to give forgiveness to those who ask.  This tends to lead others to the thought that Jet is gullible, but he knows that some do not feel remorse, and he will punish them for their crimes.  He is very intelligent and clever, able to solve most problems sent his way, but he likes to think outside of the box to find solutions.  This is his greatest strength, and his greatest weakness, since he takes too long with solving simple problems.  But what he is most known for is his optimism.  He rarely sees the glass half empty, and even when he does, he starts to see things going better quickly.

Species of Dragon: Fraxure (Shiny)

Personality: Kyuuki is a very outgoing and adventurous Fraxure, whose goal has been to evolve since she was little. In battle, she uses strategy more than actual movement, trying to figure out what moves work best. When meeting someone new, she acts calm and collected, but still doesn't let her guard down in case they plan on attacking. Usually during her adventures, she'll be careful to look out for items and threats really carefully.

Name: Thetis (After Thetis who was a goddess of the sea)

Species of Dragon: Dragonair
Level: 50

Personality: Thetis is very kind, treating others for who they are rather than for what they are (sadly, unlike what most others believe). She is very friendly and gets along with others well. She is very sensitive though, and cries when others hurt her feelings. Of course, she has to try to calm herself down so she doesn't hurt the one who upset her. If anyone is in danger, she will help them. And if that danger is actually someone, cue the dragon's rage at the bad  someone (Not the move of course).

And do Dratinis/Dragonairs/Dragonites live in a coastal area? 'Cause, Dratini... water... you know...

Personality: Still quite attached to her childhood, the Goomy acts younger than most at her matured age. She's naturally curious, as she often feels left out of conversations, and always wants to know what's going on. Whether this is because she's weaker, or a Goomy that can be looked down upon, she doesn't know. She's also quite a dreamer, wishing for the days she can evolve and possibly find a way for her to grow wings, and finally earn some respect as a true dragon. She's one to spend most of her time doing absolutely nothing, whether discovering how she can possibly draw with no arms, or indulging in food. Her birthday is the first time she actually feels like leaving the den and doing something.

She never left her home much, and enjoyed the comforts of being safe. She was always excluded from conversations and groups because of her difference, or even because Goomy was often considered lame and a boring dragon. She finally decided to leave the den when she was fully determined she wanted to evolve.

Personality: Kind and caring despite his rather frightening appearance this Pokémon actually likes cuddling with most anyone else he can find. Trying to make friends with everyone he can find this Pokémon can seem naive at times. Very determined he refuses to let go, believing for impossible to be nothing more than a word. Despite not being too bad in a fight he'd rather avoid doing battle whenever possible.

Haley, maybe you can add dragon-like Pokémon. Like Tyranitar... Aerodactyl... Because, what about the Dragon Egg group? It has Pokémon that aren't Dragon types, yet they look like they should be.

Alrighty! Everyone is accepted; but Mew just change one thing. As stated in the original post, all of the dragons are 100 years old; leaving the Hatching Perch for good to be full adults. Your dragon can be childish, but they cannot be physically younger than the other dragons.

Now; I will be assigning each of the dragons a Special Ability. This replaces their normal pokemon ability; but don't worry, they'll be quite useful on the journey! I have placed the names down here; and as the plot unfolds you'll learn about each as their uses come up!

Name: Aithne (Prounouced ATH-nee)
Gender: Female
Species of Dragon: Dratini
Level: 50
Moves:

Personality:
Aithne is a brash, noisy, cocky and above all a very self-assured Dratini. In fact, Aithne is so over confident in her abilities, that she refuses to evolve outright, believing that a great fighter like her does not need to become a Dragonair or even a Dragonite to be able to take down every Pokemon that comes across her way. When faced with a problem, Aithne shows a tendency to face it with brute force, and becomes frustrated easily when it doesn't work right away. Occasionally she'll stop and think about the problem logically, but only when she's so exhausted from trying to just destroy it when she starts using her brain over her brawn. Always ready for a fight, when first encountering a Pokemon she never met before, Aithne would probably immediately challenge it, or start readying a Dragon Tail or an Extremespeed or just any move that she has. Aithne immediately tries to learn more powerful moves and replaces her old moveset, however she turns her back on all status moves, considering them tools that 'weak' Pokemon use. If you showed Aithne a glass of water and asked if it was half full, or half empty, she'll probably rip the cup out of your grip, drink it all, and then state that the glass is 'All gone.'
