| Lapis held her antennae back as she slid out of Grassveil town. It was much more bustling with Pokemon than Rainfront ever was, and it made the poor shy Goomy afraid. How ridiculous she was, wanting to form a team, yet too shy to ask anyone. The lake was much calmer and less packed full of strangers, and made her feel much more comfortable. Maybe she would just wait here until someone who looked trustworthy came by... After all, it had everything Lapis needed to survive. Water to keep herself moist, a small tree for shelter, and a large area to sludge around for such a small, slow Pokemon. Hooray. | |

| Very similar thoughts were on Arc's mind as he waddled towards the lake, as relieved as a parched Pokémon in a desert. Not because he was thirsty, but because Grassveil Town had filled his ears with noise and chatter to the point where he could scarcely hear his thoughts, and as determined as he was to form a team with someone, everyone just seemed to be so bursting with energy or into what they were doing that they were unapproachable.
Fortunately, Arc knew the lake was a getaway from that, and so, with a great sigh, he stopped by the lakeside, taking in the relative silence. Biting his lip, he tried to keep himself from thinking about what a failure his visit to the town had been, and instead occupied himself, by inspecting the lakeside and the Pokémon present.
Most of them seemed to have an evident purpose here, but his crimson eyes fell upon a Goomy who seemed to be ambling aimlessly. Curious, Arc watched for a while. |

| Bullwinkle sat on the ground next to the the pond, getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. He tried dipping his toes(if he had any) into the water, quickly pulling them out and away from the pond. He shivered, not because of cold but because of his dislike for going in the cool clear liquid. He sat down, his legs spread in front of him, messing around with a couple of stones, worn smooth by the water. |

| Lapis turned her head after she climbed up onto a rock, and noticed a green, similar-sized figure just nearby. He appeared to be a dragon-type, just like the Goomy, even though she appeared to be a water type. She acted as if she didn't look to him, and continued staring at the water. Male figures often gave her a bad feel. Then Lapis corrected herself,
No, not all males are bad. There was that gentleman I met in Rainfront, so surely that proves my stereotype thoughts incorrect. Besides, if I came here to form a team, what good would sitting around do for me? I'll talk to him and see if he's suitable.
After a while, she slid down the Rock and across the field, indirectly towards the other dragon, trying to appear as though she were headed back to Grassveil so he wouldn't think she was approaching him. Before she passed, she stopped and said, "Oh, I'm sorry, sir, but do you know your way around here? I'm looking for the guild so I can join a team."

| Arc jumped a bit, having indeed resigned himself to the Goomy passing him by and leaving. And now that she was suddenly right next to him, no doubt expecting an answer, the Axew opened his mouth but found himself speechless and blankly staring.
"Urk, no, I must look like a fool," he chastised himself internally, cringing and shaking his head. Hastily, he forced himself to stand normally, and tried to shrug off the situation with an embarrassed grin.
"Ah, sorry, didn't see you there," he said, rubbing the back of his neck. Only then did he actually register what the Goomy had said, and his heart skipped a beat. Could this be the opportunity he'd been searching for? It was too soon to tell, so he continued obliquely but with an edge of excitement, "The guild, you say? That's along this path, but... if you ask me, you're better off searching for teammates somewhere else; it's always so rowdy there."
He stopped for a moment, but realized he wasn't being very clear, so he added, unfortunately unable to keep himself from averting his eyes a bit, "I-I'm actually hoping to join a team, too." |

| Bullwinkle heard pokemon chit chatting a couple of meters away, not noticing him. "Must have mistaken me for a rock..." He thought to himself, listening to their conversation.
"I-I'm actually hoping to join a team, too."
Bullwinkle perked up at the small, lizard-like pokemon's statement. "A team? Those two pokemon want to form a team?" He thought to himself, turning around to peek over the rock he was leaning against at the other two pokemon. "Hi..." He said, shying away, a little embarrassed to be joining a conversation he had been listening in on. "I wish I could join a team..." He said quietly, his symbol glow turning a light pink.(Embarrassed, Infatuated, or charmed-The equivalent to blushing) |

| Lapis nodded at the reptilian dragon. "Exactly... Why do you think I came out here instead? I'm not used to such busy towns..."
The coincidence of the fact that both of these dragon-types were looking to form a team got Lapis a little excited, so she smiled in response. "Really? Wh--"
Her speech was cut off by the approaching Pokemon, who was so huge, it scared the small Goomy. It's shyness seemed like an act--surely a Pokemon that big wouldn't be nervous around such small, weaker Pokemon. Perhaps it was adapting to their own shyness, but either way, it interrupted Lapis's request to form a team. She just didn't have the courage to tell him off.

| This time, Arc jumped quite visibly, gaping with wide eyes at the Golett who loomed above him, practically blocking out the sunlight. The green Pokémon stood there for a while before he recovered from the surprise, and then he glanced between the Goomy and the Golett uncertainly. He'd been so low on hope that he'd find a teammate, and now suddenly here were more teammates than he could handle! It was almost off-putting, but the newcomer seemed so earnest that any reservations were overruled.
Considering this, Arc replied, having to to turn his head upwards to address the Golett, "Uh, hello! We were just talking about that - forming a team, I mean. We haven't actually made one, but I guess..." He glanced helplessly at the Goomy for a moment. "I guess we could all do it." |

| "R-really?!" Bullwinkle said, his symbols turning a deeper yellow(Excited). "You guys are the best!" He said, pulling the other two pokemon into a tight hug. "We're going to go on so many adventures together!" He said, pulling them in even tighter, forgetting in his excitement that most pokemon can't withstand the pressure he was putting on the two, putting them in between a rock and a hard place. "I'm Bullwinkle!" He said Gleefully. |

| The intruding Pokemon now pulled Lapis into an unwilling hug. She kind of wished the other dragon hadn't quite agreed, because the tall Pokemon filled the Goomy with a sort of irrational fear. She could just imagine accidentally angering the giant ghostly boulder, and being bashed into the ground. She then realized, once Bullwinkle stated his name, that she never stated hers. "I'm... Lapis..." she groaned, the squishing of her body making her uncomfortable and altering her voice. If she kept being hugged like this throughout the team's existence, she wouldn't be able to survive. She began to wonder if Luna would ever arrive, and make this team slightly better. At least then the Goomy would be more comfortable, being around one of her kind. | |

| "Nice to meet you both," Arc croaked, feeling a bit compressed. Fortunately, the hug didn't last forever and immediately upon being released, the Axew took a deep breath and dusted himself off, as if to encourage his body to regain its original shape.
"I'm Arc," he said finally, and only then, looking at the two Pokémon, did he realize how far the conversation had come. Was this really it? Did he just find team members, just like that? Frowning, he glanced at Lapis, and then at Bullwinkle. The Goomy didn't look absolutely thrilled, while the Golett was radiating innocence and excitement. The two emotions made him feel slightly conflicted.
"Anyway," he continued, wringing his paws. "Just to confirm, do you guys want to do it? Form a team?" |

| "Why do you need to ask?" Bullwinkle asked totally confused at the smaller dragon pokemon's question, "I thought that we already said yes?" He said, putting a finger to his "chin". 'This is great!' He thought to himself, 'I have nice teammates!' He thought, the glow of his symbols brightening slightly. "I'm All Ready for making a team!" He said happily, Rocking back and forth on his feet, excited to finally be taking steps towards his lifelong goal.
The sound of water trickling into the pond from the creek emanated throughout the clearing. The wind rustled gently through the trees.

| ((Coming in now with permission from Mew and Demon. Hope you don't mind, Mystic. New order: Mew, Mystic, Demon, Moon (Me)))
Luna lagged behind, just as Lapis had suggested so it didn't sem like they were part of a team or sisters or something. The silvery purple Goomy sighed, and entered the more quiet and calming area. Seeing Lapis over where there was also an Axew and a Golett, she slided over. "I made it Lapis....." Luna said quietly. It felt odd talking in the presence of two Pokemon she didn't know. Turning to the other two, the dragon type smiled slightly. "As for you two, I'm Luna, a friend of Lapis. Nice to meet you."

| The blue Goomy was finally released onto the ground, free from the giant boulder Pokemon's grip, landing on her side, which covered with dirt and loose grass. Lapis straightened herself, hoping no one had seen her base, or foot, while sideways, and secreted extra goo on the side with dirt and grass to slide it off her body. She quickly tucked and sucked in her extra goo so she wouldn't look disgusting. Boy, I can't wait to grow arms...
Once Arc confirmed he was willing to join the team, Lapis smiled widely with excitement. He was serious about it. Bullwinkle seemed to take the whole thing seriously from the start. The smallest of the three lost her smile, growing uncomfortable as the giant Pokemon rocked back and forth, possible unstable. If he fell forwards, the Goomy would be squished under his heavy body.
Then, suddenly, a familiar voice emanated from Lapis's left, that of a female's, and not mistakable. "Luna!" she gasped, smiling, which turned into a nervous smile as she looked to the others. She pivoted as fast as a slug could to face her future teammates and hesitated to ask, but got to it. "So... I kind of promised my friend here a spot on the team... What do you two think of it? I mean... It's okay if you say no, I guess..." she supposed, glancing at Luna nervously. She felt guilty she hadn't brought up Luna earlier.

| "Hi Luna," Arc said, somewhat weakly as the growing number of Pokémon made him feel uncomfortable. But, he had gotten himself into this, and he knew he wanted to join a team, so he was going to stick through it. Rubbing the back of his neck, he glanced between Luna and Lapis carefully, as if to remember the appearance of both so that he could tell them apart.
Slightly tensing in anticipation of words he instinctively didn't want to say, the green dragon went on, addressing the newcomer Goomy with a smile, "I'm fine with it, why not? The more the merrier, right?"
He then turned to Bullwinkle, whose unadulterated excitement was simultaneously refreshing and, for the likes of a timid Pokémon such as Arc, a bit unnerving. "What do you say, Bullwinkle?" |
