As Arc listened, he found himself walking slower, not out of need to distance himself from Zorre but simply because he'd never met a feral-turned-civil Pokémon before. Those were two states of being which Arc had viewed as completely separate and inescapable, and yet here was Zorre, having moved past his feral nature like a Butterfree evolves from a Metapod.
Realizing he was lagging behind slightly, the Axew hopped forward on his small legs to catch up. There were some things he didn't understand, but he didn't want it to sound like an interrogation, so he said simply, "That's amazing, I've never heard of a feral Pokémon changing its nature. But how did you recognize what you were doing was wrong while no one else did?"
