| Zorre walked through the Pecha forest, enjoying the beautiful day. He was kind of bored, unsure of what to do with himself. He wasn't really paying attention to where he was going, until he realized that he was pretty far into the forest, miles away from Grassveil. He looked around, wondering what kind of situation he would find himself in today. It seemed like every time he went out into a dungeon, he would find himself in some weird situation. | |

| Meanwhile, wandering through the forest was an Axew who was certainly not enjoying the beautiful day. He wished he could, but his legs were leaden from hours of walking, yet the uniform environment yielded no evidence of progress at all.
"For all I know, I could be walking in circles," he sighed, deciding to take a breather, leaning back against a tree, breathing heavily. "I don't think this forest is supposed to be so big, so... I guess that's what I must be doing."
Almost hopelessly, he gazed up into the sky at the streams of sunlight shining in through the leaves. It felt as though it were mocking him; so close yet so far. |

| Zorre looked around. He thought he had heard something through the trees. He walked through a gap in a few intergrowing trees and noticed a green pokemon leaning against a tree, looking up at the sky in an almost sad manner. "Are alright, you?" he questioned the pokemon curiously. | |

| Jolted from his thoughts, Arc slid sideways and almost fell down before he held on to the tree and steadied himself. He then glanced at the Scyther who had spoken, though he wasn't able to keep eye contact for long.
"Uh, fine, thanks," the dragon type said, hoping not to have an extended conversation. Then he remembered his predicament, and although he was hesitant to ask for help from a complete stranger, he didn't have much choice. "A-Actually, I'm a bit lost. Do you happen to know the way to Grassveil?" |

| Zorre nodded cheerfully. "From town Grassveil, am I. Way show you?" he offered the green pokemon. The black scyther looked up and down the pokemon, frowning as he noticed that the pokemon seemed rather exhausted. "Ok are sure you?" he questioned in concern.

| "I'm fine, really," Arc repeated, tilting his head in curiosity at the Scyther's sentence structure - he hadn't noticed before, in his anxiety. The Scyther's unusual color probably hadn't helped that, either. It would be rude to bring it up, though.
Quite hesitantly, Arc stepped closer to the mantis Pokémon, anticipating the walk ahead. But even more awkward then he felt now was the silence, so he said, "What's your name?"
((Well then, I forgot it, too: energy: 19 - 5 = 14)) |

| Zorre smiled cheerfully. "Zorre, name mine is. Yours?" He asked in return, curious as to who this new pokemon was. "Rude if not, pokemon kind you are?" he added, having never before seen a pokemon like this pokemon before. If he had to take a guess, he would think that it might be a ground type or maybe a dragon type, from the lizard-like shape of its head. | |

| "I'm Arc," he Axew said, shifting on his feet as the pads of his paws ached especially when he stood still for too long, "and I'm a dragon type."
It would have probably been polite to reciprocate with some kind of question, but Arc merely waited either for Zorre to speak again or for them to move, not knowing what to say. |

| Zorre smiled at the dragon-type pokemon. At least he had kinda guessed right. "Meet nice you to," he said cheerfully. "Lost you are? Help want you Grassveil to get?" he winced visibly at his jumbled up words. "Jumbled, words be me from, sorry," he apologized, once again stumbling over his words as he tried to explain his situation only to likely confuse the other pokemon even more. | |

| Arc reorganized the words in his head, more out of a personal need for clarity rather than not understanding. Still, Arc thought as he continued to watch the unusually colored Scyther, although this stranger seemed a bit odd, he appeared to be a kind Pokémon.
"Nice to meet you. And, er, yes, I'm lost," the Axew answered finally. It occurred to him that maybe the Scyther had trouble with language, so he nodded in postscript and emphasized looking around in a confused manner. |

| A light-grey blush dusted the black-colored scyther as Zorre saw the pokemon punctuate its words with gestures, as if he couldn't understand the language the pokemon was speaking. He knew the pokemon could only assume this because of Zorre's jumbled words, but it was still embarrassing. He ducked his head in shame for a moment before looking back up at the dragon-type pokemon. "Town there lead you, shall I," he said, hoping the pokemon would understand what he was trying to say.
(Gosh I'm sorry this took so long, my muse has been dead for quite some time.)

| "That would be great, thanks," Arc said, giving the Scyther a smile upon noticing the blush on his face. It was certainly an awkward situation for the Axew, but he was generally receptive of others' emotions, and it was clear to him that Zorre was somewhat embarrassed - really, the dragon type should have realized it might be insensitive to act so patronizingly.
Although Arc wouldn't usually be the one to initiate a conversation, he did feel the need to make up for the aforementioned awkwardness, so he asked, "Are you from Grassveil, Zorre? Are you a member of the guild?"
(It's alright, I'm not the fastest replier, either. And that's my secret - my muse is always dead. xP) |

| Zorre nodded at the dragon type's question. "Team exploration of, am I. Shadow Blade team of name. Guild Grassveil of lives I," he winced, but refused to feel too embarrassed from his jumbled up words. "From not Grassveil, I am. Pokemon feral be used to, I. Words not sometimes right work..." he admitted. | |

| After a moment of reordering the words in his a head, Arc gazed at the Scyther with new wonder in his eyes. All of a sudden Arc saw him as an explorer instead of a stranger; a Pokémon with determination, strength, and kindness, the idealistic stereotype that Arc always dreamed of. But then the Axew did a double take at the second, incongruous part of Zorre's response.
"You used to be a feral Pokémon?" the dragon type asked, tilting his head in curiosity. He associated the word with ferocious, but although the Scyther did look a bit weathered, he certainly didn't come across as rough.
Arc left the question at that, hoping that Zorre would elaborate on what his life had been like and how he changed. |

| Zorre nodded at Arc's question, frowning a little. It was not part of his past that he was particularly proud of. Though he knew it had in no way been his fault, he also knew that before he had gained true sentience, he had done rather awful things, and these things he was not proud of.
Zorre hummed slightly as he wondered what to say to elaborate on his previous sentence, that wouldn't be taken the wrong way.
"Dungeon up grew mystery, I," he said eventually, revealing to the dragon type what few other pokemon knew about him. "Drove violence to us, curse did," he admitted, his grey blush returning to his black cheeks. "Eventually knew I, was wrong, did what we," Zorre said, his eyes fixed on something that was no longer there. "Left family, for pokemon civilized, I looked. Pokemon bad me used by... team of exploration, want me made," he nodded, looking back at Arc.
Not many pokemon knew of his past before he became an exploration team member, but he thought that the dragon type would benefit from knowing what drove him to become what he was today. The outlaws that had used him, used his feral roots to trick him into doing bad things and making him want to become someone who taught bad pokemon a lesson.
Zorre waited for Arc to say something, hoping that the dragon type wouldn't hate him for his past.
