| - Spoiler:
The ones I was tasked to look over have gone astray. Lunatone Has fallen to depravity and hopes to take Solrock with them. Knowing that Solrock has come for them, Lunatone is looking for them during the night and sleeping and hiding during the day. Take him out during the night when they can be found.
» Client: Xatu » Target: Lunatone » Place: Scorchfall Desert » Restrictions: Can only be completed during the night » Difficulty: [F] » Reward: 150 Poke » Exploration Points: 10
Sitting among the desert sands, now silver in the lunar light, a small Fox Pokemon waited anxiously for her partner for this mission to show up. Where was Noel? She had some news for the Riolu. Not good news, either. Nervously, she fiddled with the midnight blue ribbon wrapped around her foreleg. She'd put a slip of paper in her Treasure Bag, eyeing it once more. This wasn't good. She would need to wait until Noel showed up to ask how they'd proceed with this. She couldn't go behind the guild's back, especially so soon after joining - she could be kicked out. On the other hand, she had promised the Solrock that they'd save it's friend... "Ugh... where is she?" The six-tailed vixen muttered, this whole situation was putting her in a foul mood. Despite her unsure emotions, however, one thing was for sure. They didn't have all night. Energy: 5

| Noel was walking through the chill of night the cold air freezing her scarf slightly she had remembered that her and lumina needed to save the lunatone but as she had done so she didn't know how to get to the desert cause she was dropped here but she found her way.
Using her aura saw the Fox over and waved though it could not be seen she still did it as she rushed over "sorry I had a hard time getting here" she said as she took note of her nervousness "is something wrong?" She asked worried?

| "Yeah, something's wrong." Lumina nodded, taking out the rolled up sheet of paper from out of her Treasure Bag. She unrolled it, holding it in her mouth, hoping Noel would understand her problem with it. "I found this hanging on the Outlaw Board. Lunatone's is a wanted Pokemon. Probably for threatening Solrock, if I had to take a guess." | |

| Noel read the paper over and hung her head slightly low as she.rolled the paper back up and puts the paper back into luminas bag as Noel just keeps looking at the ground "so I guess this means we have to turn him in" she says meaning the lunatone "and to think he chased after his friend and" she stopped and took her bag and moved it so it was exactly on her back "so what do you want to do?" She asked thinking they should take him in | |

| "That's what I was going to ask you." Lumina replied, shaking her head. If it came down to it, she would break her promise rather than break the law by letting a criminal get away. But right now, she was looking for a loophole - some way she didn't have to break either. Unfortunately, this wasn't an easy task for her.
She bit her lip, giving this some more thought. "We could try to talk to the Lunatone, but I'm not sure what we'd be trying to get across." She suggested, closing her brown eyes. "Maybe we could talk the Lunatone into turning itself in... but let's be honest, that's wishful thinking. I'm not a big fan of that." It just wasn't in the vixen's nature to give in or give up, but she could see no compromise to be had here.

| Noel looked down this was a really hard decision it must of been harder for lumina because it could impact her guild membership but on one hand the solrock seemed to think he cause be saved on the other the lunatone was wanted so it was a really hard call no matter what they did Noel didn't want to break the law nor a promise
She listened till lumina was done thinking it over that did sound like wishful thinking they could try but what would happen Noel took a little bit to find her voice once she did "let's find him and try we can't just choose we will try to help but if he won't listen then" she looked down at the ground "we take him out agreed?" Noel wanted nothing but for this to have a happy ending but she knew better then most that things like that don't happen

| After a moment of hesitation, Lumina glanced back at Noel. "Agreed." She murmured, once more adjusting the Midnight Blue Ribbon wrapped around her lower right foreleg, as if she hoped to find some sort of answer within her present from the guild. And while she received no reply, she felt somehow calmer. More sure of herself, more in touch with her aura, perhaps. With a steely sort of determination, she looked back at Noel and nodded.
"Sorry if I got a little emotional there. I'm ready." The Vulpix confirmed, her paws dipping into the sand. She retrieved a pair of Sitrus Berries from her Treasure Bag and placed them on the ground, their yellow colour gaining a silvery hue in the moonlight. "Feel free to take one, if the trip here tired you out." She offered, shortly before picking one of the berries up and eating it herself.
She felt a burst of energy rush through her, or was it just in her head? She couldn't be certain. "Like you've probably seen in the job request, the Lunatone only comes out at night. This isn't as urgent as the Solrock mission, since we can always come back here tomorrow if dawn breaks, but it does mean that we shouldn't waste too much time." She explained quickly, stepping into the moonlit desert before her.

| Noel had noticed her slight hesitation but decided to ignore it now they had a mission and it needed to be done as she stretched slightly and saw lumina nod "alright let's head out" she says and hears lumina say sorry for her emotion "no sweat sometimes you just need to get a little emotional"
Noel smiled as she picked up the berry "thanks" she said to lumina as she ate the berry she always loved all heresy not spicy ones though as she then took her scarf and threw it once around her neck making it reach only to the middle of her back as she followed lumina close

| Lumina kept her eyes peeled for anything that was even the vague shape of the moon, but the only thing she saw was a silver crescent hanging over both their heads. The slim shape of the moon seemed perfectly at home among the stars, all of the tiny white dots crowding the sky. It was nothing like it would seem in the middle of a town or big city. Here in the middle of Scorchfall Desert, there was no civilization nor artificial lights to be found, leaving the night sky in it's natural state. But the vixen was paying no mind to the sky. Right now, the only thing she cared about was getting this mission over with so she could move onto less morally challenging things. So she continued to scan the desert for any sign of life, yet she saw nothing except the Riolu besides her. At the moment, anyhow. - PhantomSun carried out 2 launched of one Scorchfall Desert :

| Noel had placed her arm right in front of lumina in a attempt to stop her as she looked over as two figures came out two holes one bigger then the other Noel had sensed them as she looks at them waiting for them to make the first strike to see if they were feral or not | |

| For a moment, the Vulpix was puzzled. Noel had put her arm in front of her, as if attempting to stop her from moving forward - was something wrong? She would discover what the issue was when a pair of Ground types burst out from the ground, a Sandslash and a Sandshrew. Lumina briefly wondered if this was the Sandslash from before, but it probably wasn't. This Sandslash had a long scar running down it's cheek to it's chin.
"What are you doing here?" The Sandslash growled, the spikes on it's back shooting up as it tried to make itself look bigger. "This is our territory, our home. What business do you think you have here?" It challenged, making sure to show off it's especially sharp claws.

| Noel decided to at least try to be diplomatic about this situation and coughed once "we are sorry we didn't know but we are on a urgent errand" Noel said as she thought about how to explain this to the sandslash in front oh her.
"We will just pass by and not cause any trouble but we need to hurry" she said trying to make it sound like if they didn't do it the world would explode though if that was going to happen if lumina and her failed she would faint

| "What are you doing that's so important?" The Sandshrew wondered, speaking up for the first time. She tilted her head curiously, unsure of what these strangers were doing. She didn't seem nearly as hostile as the Sandslash - more likely, the young Ground type had a sense of childish wonder and a spark of excitement as she pondered what these strangers were doing.
"... we're on a mission." Lumina responded simply. She would've kept it at that, but it would've only raised more questions among the Sandslash and the Sandshrew. "My name is Lumina, and this is Noel. We're here hunting an outlaw." She explained, deciding to try and see if she could use this to her advantage. "Have you seen any Lunatone tonight?"

| Noel nodded to what lumina had said agreeing with what she had said she also wondered if they had seen the target so she crosses her arms and waits for one of them to answer "any info will help" she adds to luminas statement because she just thought that sounded kinda cool | |

| The Sandslash paused, considering this, before he nodded. "Tell you what, I've seen a Lunatone. He tried attacking us, but we made him regret that pretty quickly." He chuckled darkly, flexing his claws. "We - that being my clan and I - sent him fleeing towards the nearby Diglett and Dugtrio clan. I'll point you in his direction, if you let Sandshrew escort you out of our territory." He offered, waiting to see what the two would think of the deal. | |
