This is only the sign up, because I would like to see how big of a crowd this will attract before it gets started. The RP will be based off of Attack on Titan, assuming the main cast doesn't exist. This Topic will most likely be rated pg-17, due to swearing and gore (aka the fun stuff). So the character app should look like:

My character
Name: Zane "The Blade's Shadow" Montford
Age: 16
Reason for joining the military/history: Being born from a father that hated him and a mother who could have cared less, Zane looked out for himself, and only one other person. Zane cared about nothing more then surviving and vengeance. Zane had a sister who used to look up to him. Both parents either ignored the children, or just weren't around long enough for them to ask for help. To keep him and his sister alive he took to the shadows of night and stole whatever he deemed useful, whether it be money, food, or tools. Light and agile on his feet he could easily escape and evade anyone who tried to pursue him. Every morning he would place food or money for his sister under her pillow, only to conceal the fact he was nothing more then a thief.
One night his father came home in a drunken rage while Zane was out rummaging through the town. Zane came home to blood and a father he resented holding a bottle and a gun. Zane dropped his bag in shock as his father dropped the bottle to the floor and raised the gun. "Get out of my house you filthy rat." His father slurred as he tried to steady his aim. A door creaked open and a shot rang out. Zane dropped to the floor and just stared. His father had gotten spooked and fired at the door, shooting his daughter, and Zane's only friend, his sister. Another shot burst from the gun and ended his father's life. "You son of a bitch! You coward! You killed her and you don't even have the guts to face me!" Zane shouted as he got up from his knees and started punching his father in a total rage. Tears streamed from his face as he heard his skull and nose fracture under his blows.
Before he could relish in his father's death he turned to see his sister. Tears rolled down his face even harder as he picked her up in his arms. She was shot in the left lung, making them collapse almost instantly. He walked to the door and heard screaming from outside. He gently put his sister down and looked out side. A flock of titans had gotten into the town. A soldier caught a glimpse of Zane and instantly grabbed him and got him away from the fray, even through his protest about getting his sister from his house.
Zane vowed he would return to his town and kill anything that stood in his way, no matter the cost.
What branch, and why: Scouts, he wants to fight head on and get his town back from the titans.
Appearance: (picture will be added later)
Unique: Very agile and quick on his feet, he does free running and knows how to run around, over, and through buildings. Great at scavenging and stealing.
Attitude: Very silent and not very quick to make friends. Trusts almost no one, and relies mainly on himself. Will speak when he needs to or when he wants to.
Story line: Giant humanoid creatures, known as Titans are aiming to vanquish the Human race. Claiming most of our land as their own, we struggle to fight back. Every day we lose people to the Titans. Walls have been put up to keep them from finishing us off, but inside we live horrible lives. Most die to poverty, others die trying to reclaim land from the monsters that rule us. The Titans have only one weak spot that is know, and that it the nape of it's neck. The Titans seem to have little intelligence, and only wish to kill humans. The military will train anyone the from the ages 16 and up. Rumors are spreading about a new branch being set up, but no one in the capitol talks about it. Many people think it's just a way to kill the humans off quicker, but there are some who have hope. The rumors talk about how the new branch will use strategic planning to attack titans during the night to keep numbers low so day troops have an easier time during the day. What will you do? Die to the Titans? Or will you fight for the survival of the human race?
