| Enzu walked through the edge of the trees and over towards the lake that was being fed by Monochrome Falls. Enzu paused near the edge of the lake and took a deep breath. He was happy to be back here and was already feeling calm from the confrontations that both he and Victoria had encountered on their way to the waterfall. Enzu turned to Victoria, "Are you ready to learn how to meditate?" he asked. Enzu wasn't really that willing to teach Victoria how to meditate, but he made a promise and he intended to keep it. |

| "Sure, I don't see how I wouldn't be," the tyrunt huffed, approaching the rather loud waterfall. This one seemed to be of moderate size, but it didn't seem to impress her at all. She looked at the falling waterfall, beyond it lied a cave, but the tyrunt knew nothing of that cave. Victoria held her head high despite her weariness as she followed the pawniard. Her legs were sore and in reality she just wanted to flop over and relax, luckily this "meditating" thing seemed somewhat similar. "So...what do you do?" | |

| "Well first we need to find somewhere that we can rest comfortably." Enzu said. He walked around the edge of the lake, looking for somewhere he could sit. There were some small lily pads and tree stumps, but none seemed to be big enough for either him or Victoria. Eventually Enzu's eyes settles on some large rocks that were piled up closer to the waterfall. "Here follow me," Enzu said as he made his way over to the rocks. Hopefully there would be enough of large flat surfaces in the pile for him and Victoria to sit on. |

| The princess followed the former dojo master, her heavy feet stomping along and leaving clear imprints of her footsteps on the grass before the grass managed to slowly spring up and fade the print slightly. Her bored eyes rested on the pile of rocks the pawniard had guided her towards, it wasn't something at the quality she was used to, but she wasn't going to whine since this was found on the spot in the wild and not properly set up just for her. She favored taller and flatter rocks, usually they would've been carved by pokemon with sharp blades, but the pawniard didn't seem to have blades that would hold the capability of carving a perfectly straight boulder. | |

| Enzu climbed up onto some of the rocks and looked around now that he had a slightly higher height. He didn't spot any better spots for meditating, so resting on the rocks was definitely the best choice. Enzu then turned to Victoria and began to speak, he had to slightly shout because of how close he and Victoria were to the waterfall and the sound was making it hard to hear. "This spot will work for meditating!" he shouted, "Just climb up onto the rocks and find a suitable spot to sit, then I can tell you how to get started." Enzu sat down on the rocks carefully so that he wouldn't slip. They weren't directly underneath the waterfall but there was a large amount of splashing so the rocks had some spots of water on them. |

| The roar of the falls pounded into the tyrunt's ears, it was difficult to hear the Pawniard, but she understood him enough perform his request. She hopped onto the rocks, only for her large feet to slip as she almost fell into the pool of water that the waterfall formed. She cried out, not wanting to fall in due to her lack of ability to swim. She managed to pull herself back up with her tiny arms out of sheer fear. She shivered as she crawled to the center of the rock, she would have been too heavy for the pawniard to pull her our of the water, and she would have sank like a rock. She sat down on rock, a bit unnerved by the fall. | |

| Enzu noticed Victoria almost slip off of the rocks and into the water. He was glad she regained her balance because he might not of been able to help her out. "You okay?" he shouted so that he could be heard over the falls, "Sorry I should have warned you the rocks were slippery." Enzu was starting to get annoyed with having to shout over the falls, perhaps he should have explained meditation to her before they got too close to the waterfall. |

| The tyrunt nodded instead of speaking, still a bit shaken. She looked around a bit, the roar almost deafening her ears. Her loud voice rang out as she attempted to speak with Enzu, "So what now?" She didn't know how this whole thing worked. Was she supposed to perform some kind of flexibility excersises? She wasn't quite the flexible type, being a rock type along with being naturally stocky in build. Her tiny arms wouldn't be able to do much either, making her wonder why her arms weren't bigger anyways. | |

| "Well I guess you could say that from here on out things will be both more difficult and easier." Enzu shouted to Victoria. He sat down into the lotus position and turned his head to Victoria, "Just simply take a seat and listen to whats around you. Let your breath fall into its own pattern and pace." Enzu then turned to face forward and closed his eyes and shouted out one more tip to Victoria, "If you have any thoughts it helps to not dwell on them. Just let them fade into the sounds of everything around us."
Enzu then began to follow his own advice and began to clear his mind so that he could begin his meditation. This was something that he had been doing since he was a child and he had started training with his father and grandfather. |

| Easier and harder at the same time? How was that possible? The tyrunt hadn't quite attempted the pawniard's advice before questioning his first statement, "How can things get easier and harder at the same time? Its either easy, hard, or somewhere in between." The tyrunt's confusion was as confused as her ferocious face with massive jaws that are said to bite through steel. Victoria waited for her answer, the roaring waterfall not once letting its volume down for a moment. If anything, it was growing louder.

| Enzu wasn't completely sure that he had heard Victoria correctly. The roaring of the waterfall made it difficult for him to be sure of what he heard but he spoke to in response to what he had thought he heard. "It gets easier because all you have to do is breathe and listen to your surroundings," he said, "But it gets more difficult because it is a challenge to simply not dwell on your thoughts." Enzu answered Victoria's question without opening his eyes. His focus might have been broken by Victoria's question, but he wasn't going to completely lose his focus by opening his eyes. |

| "And what is the point in this?" the tyrunt asked, this entire process completely foreign to her. The pawniard seemed to be reflecting the things the odd Alakazam in her kingdom used to do. The elderly pokemon was a retired adviser for her father, having been forced into retirement due to being declared insane after "predicting" the fall of her father's kingdom. The tyrunt wondered if this pawniard was actually insane like the alakazam as well, he seemed to be quite sane, but this strange things he's asking her to do had her question him once more. | |

| Enzu continued to keep his eyes closed as he responded to Victoria, "It helps clear your mind." Enzu took another deep breath and tried to focus more. He was really starting to regret bringing Victoria along. "It makes you see things for how they truly are and accept them."
OoC: Sorry short post. not sure what I could say >.< |

| "How do you know that's what they truly are though? Aren't what you see with your eyes what truly is? How can you even see things when your eyes are closed?" The tyrunt continued speaking to the pawniard, likely to be disturbing his meditation without quite knowing it. This pawniard just seemed to be spouting absolute nonsense now, ramblings that seem like something the alakazam would say. Was he going to say something like she was going to die tomorrow or something now? She came to a decision that if he did say something more of the sort, she was likely to just leave and declare this entire trip as a waste of her time. | |

| "Well that is where things get complicated," Enzu said. He took a slow and deep breath to try and calm himself down, he was definitely going to come back here at some time in the future so that he could meditate in peace. "I can't say I truly know, things just feel right. And our eyes sometimes see what we want us to see, so meditation can help us see past those illusions and see reality better." he said as he explained further. Enzu knew that the more he explained the more he would confuse Victoria, but he didn't want to lie about any of the parts of the meditation process. |
