Enzu walked through the woods and looked at his surroundings in Shadowhue Forest. There was a light wind that was whistling through the trees and rustling the leaves that hung above Enzu's head. There was not much light in the forest, but there was enough for Enzu to be able to see his surroundings and move through the forest with little difficulty. The grass underneath Enzu's feet was tall and soft, as it bent easily when Enzu would step on.
As Enzu walked he found the tree with knot that he had told Victoria to meet him at. Upon reaching the tree, Enzu turned so that he could lean back on the tree while he waited. He wasn't exactly sure why he had agreed to have Victoria come along with him to Monochrome falls. But none the less he had agreed to it and he never went back on his word; so here he was, waiting for her 'highness' to arrive for their journey deep into Shadowhue Forest. |

| ((Enzu's Energy: 10))
Enzu began to hear the buzzing noise at just around the same time that Victoria was. Enzu knew that most bug pokemon made a buzzing noise when they flew, but the volume of the sound indicated the it was very close, which was not a good thing since bug pokemon were faster then most other pokemon, and in the woods they were even more difficult to fight. "It's definitely a pokemon thing," Enzu said, "So be careful, there is a good chance that we might be attacked soon." As Enzu said this he was scanning the trees above them for the bug pokemon, however it was well hidden enough that Enzu couldn't spot it.

| Victoria was still looking around on the sides, becoming more wary now that the pawniard had explained the strange noise. She backed up a bit, attempting to get closer to the pawniard so that they could warn each other if something had been coming from their backs. It was a common tactic her father had taught her, she was not sure if the Pawniard knew what she was doing, but she hoped common sense would explain it to him if he did not know. Above them the buzzing stopped all of a sudden. A large cloud of strange purple dust erupted from the clouds and was carried by a Silver Wind towards the duo. The pawniard might have been able to see it, but the tyrunt was oblivious to the sudden burst of purple powder. | |

| Out of the corner of his eyes Enzu saw a hint of purple appear above them. Normally he would have placed something like that with paranoia, but since the two of them were looking out for a bug type, he immediately took it as a problem, especially since the buzzing stopped at the same time. Enzu quickly shoved Victoria to the side so that she wouldn't be effected by the possible poison attack. Once Enzu had shoved Victoria, he was surrounded by what seemed to be a cloud of purple dust. However that was something else in this cloud of dust, because Enzu felt something hard hit his body as he was surrounded by the cloud. Enzu needed to wait for the purple cloud to clear before he could begin to attack, but he shouted out to Victoria, "Be careful Victoria, its above us, and make sure to avoid any poison powder." |

| "poison...powder?" the tyrunt blinked, wondering if that was some kind of poisonous powder one puts in food. Her mother and father had always cautioned her to sniff her food for any strange ingredients. They explained to her how sometimes pokemon do not like their rulers, and would often slip something into the food that would kill the ruler if eaten. So what would that have anything to do with here? There was no food around? The tyrunt decided to keep quiet about it and merely watch the skies, she had no ranged attacks, and no way to make her attacks ranged. So all she could do was glare at the trees from the forest floor, waiting for the foe to show itself, even though the smart thing to do at the moment would be to run. | |

| The buzzing began again right above Enzu, perhaps their enemy was confused about why it's attack had failed, but Enzu couldn't be sure. Enzu then began to try and come up with a solution, it was going to be difficult to fight an enemy that they couldn't see. So Enzu figured that if he launched two Psycho Cut's upward, they would drive the bug pokemon out of the trees. Enzu then quickly charged up two Psycho Cut's, he didn't put so much power into these, as they were meant to distract and draw out their opponent. Once Enzu figured that they were of proper size, he launched them upwards into the trees, hoping they would complete their mission and draw out the hidden pokemon. |

| One of the two cuts of psychic energy had gotten a lucky strike, and slammed into the Venomoth's wing. The venomoth screeched in pain and had to stop flapping its wings for a moment, causing it to plummet through the tree leaves and towards the earth. It managed to stop just before it struck the ground, and tried to gain altitude once more with furious flaps of its wings, but a certain tyrunt was quick to act against this menace, and had attacked the Venomoth with her icy fangs, puncturing the wings and causing the moth to flinch as some ice began to weigh down the wings. | |

| Enzu was glad that one of his Psycho Cut's was able to hit their enemy. And now that they knew what their enemy was, he and Victoria could begin to fight it. Enzu started to charge up two Psycho Cut's again, this time he put more focus into them so that they would have more power. Since the Venemoth was weak to psychic type attacks, Enzu hoped that they would be able to defeat it quickly, and that it wouldn't cause any trouble like the Flabebe did. |

| The Venomoth screeched in pain as it was trapped in the tyrunt's teeth, which was slowly but surely freezing it over more and more as the pace became faster and faster as time went on. The venomoth was about to release poisoned powder onto the Tyrunt, but the Psycho cuts had slammed into it and caused the powder to fly in a different direction. The venomoth flailed in rage, the ice having coated an entire wing by now and slowly was working across his body towards the other one. Victoria finally released the venomoth, having rendered it unable to attack much more now that its only way of movement and avoiding attacks was rendered useless. | |

| Enzu was glad that the two of them were able to handle the Venemoth with more ease then the Flabebe. As the Venemoth's body was now mostly frozen over, he decided to use a Psycho Cut targeting it's other wing, that way he would make it more difficult for it to fight. He then started to charge up a Psycho Cut as he got closer to Victoria and the Venemoth. |

| "Is that really necessary?" the tyrunt piped up, giving the pawniard a questioning look as he charged up one of the knives on his hands with purple energy, "It's obviously not going to go anywhere and we'll be long gone before it can move again..." Her mother's teachings had been showing through here, spare a downed opponent. While her father usually told her to finish the enemies off, she preferred her mother's route, it was less messy and sometimes pokemon even thanked her for sparing them. She wondered if one would ever grovel at her feet, not that she would like that, the thought of someone kissing her feet seemed a bit disgusting on both ends. | |

| As Enzu got closer, he wondered what Victoria would do about Enzu making one final blow. She seemed to enjoy battling like most other pokemon, however a lot of times she seemed to show some restraint when it came to finishing off an opponent. Once Victoria asked Enzu if that was necessary, he smiled and looked at her, "I'm glad you see it that way," Enzu said, he then launched the Psycho Cut at the Venemoth's frozen wing. He figured that it was the best way to bring the match to a peaceful end. Enzu then said, "You may leave now if you wish to no longer fight," he said, "and please stay away next time, I would much rather not fight."
The Venemoth was beginning to have fear in its eyes as Enzu approached it with the Psycho Cut. It closed its eyes and braced for an attack, when suddenly it felt the ice on its wing shatter. The Venemoth looked at its wing and then at Enzu, it then nodded at ENzu's words and turned to fly away. Part of its wing was still covered in ice so it moved slowly, but it listened to Enzu and left with no plans on fighting further. |

| ((Oh yeah Energy 10 thanks to level up)) The tyrunt watched the venomoth take flight and fly off into the distance, flying a bit slowly due to the frozen wing. The tyrunt could not believe this pawniard, she whirled around to the pawniard and shouted, "Are you a complete idiot!?" There was a hint of her recently obtained Roar move as her voice bellowed louder than usual, but was not the complete attack, "What if it had decided to stay and fight? What would we have done then? It would have eventually thawed and we would have been long gone. For all we know it's going off and getting some friends right this very moment!" The tyrunt gave an irritated huff, her breath somewhat visible due to the traces of her Ice Fang still remaining. | |

| Enzu turned to Victoria and said, "Well as you said, fighting any more was unnecessary." Enzu then took a small step away from Victoria because he was still covered in the Poison powder from before and didn't want to get any on Victoria, they would need to find a river somewhere, or at least get to the Waterfall sooner so that Enzu could wash himself off. "And you might not have been able to see it in the Venemoth's eyes, but it obviously knew that it was defeated. There is a difference between being merciful and kind." Enzu said, "And you need to be able to know when its right to be each, especially if you are going to be a queen someday. And after this match, the best decision was to be kind." Enzu said. |

| Victoria glared at the pawniard, enraged by him telling her how to rule. Was he a king? No. So why should he have any credibility over her own father and mother? "It could have been an act," she mumbled, deciding to let the argument drop with that last statement. The tyrunt took a sniff into the air, not quite realizing the danger of the pawniard still having the poisonous dust on him and not searching for a river of some sort. "Anyways, are pokemon here usually this hostile? That's like two pokemon in the past how long?" she asked. Pokemon in her area were quite obedient and peaceful, except for when it came to times of war or when rogues attempted to steal from the castle. | |

| "Well sometimes they are," Enzu said said as he began to walk in the general direction of Monochrome Falls, hopefully they would run into a river soon. "Sometimes you might get unlucky and wander into their territory, but other times they may just move on past you. It also depends on what kind of Aura you give off." Enzu was considering explaining what he meant by his last statement, but he figured he should only do so if Victoria asked him. |
