Are all the humans dead? the Knights have noreason to seek the protection of humanity if al humans are dead.

Why do the knights wanna overthrow Mewtwo? Obviuosly Mew would want revenge, but....
Is Mewtwo a bad ruler or summin? Like, seiously, please can we have an explanation of this madness?

The Humans are not completely dead ( for the future rp I'm not going to explain everything)
The Knights want freedom and liberty for all Pokemon and
is governing without that . Mewtwo is serving in hate and revenge to humans and Pokemon.
