What a nice afternoon it was. The air was cool in the shade of the trees, even though the sun was still high in the sky. Sofie had a basket of berries in tow as she walked quietly along the path back to Grassveil. She was ready to join the guild, team or not. So far she had battled an outlaw on her own and met a few new faces. That was enough for her to believe that she was able. "Confidence is key," she said softly to reassure herself. Since she knew she needed confidence, she would do her best to make sure she had a bunch. Even though joining the guild would be exciting and all, she wished she could have at least met a few pokemon so that she would be with faces she knew. She let out a sigh but kept her head held high. Sofie wouldn't let that prevent her from following her mother's footsteps. This mareep was now a few steps closer to making it and being the best explorer there ever was. |

| "This is looking like a magnificent friendship! We're so close to finally beggining the adventure of a lifetime." Div'et said. Div'et and Soft we're just passing the bend in the path, when Div'et asked, "Hey Soft, have you ever been to Grassveil before? What's it like there?". He took a quick look at what was down the bend. It seemed clear, only the wind rustling the bushes. | |

| "I live in Grassveil actually. I was just out for a bit of berry picking as you can see," she said holding the basket up higher."And Grassveil is a wonderful place full of friendly pokemon. The crowd barely has any outlaws with the guild being right in town so it's also a safe place. There's also a bunch of shops to stock up on all the things you could want. " she said, finishing her little summary. |

| "That sounds perfect! Have you moved to Grassveil sometime in your life, or we're you born and raised there?" Div'et asked Soft. He was asking these questions to learn more about his new companion, and to pass the time.
As they walked down the path more, it seemed to become more and more used. There was less leaves and plants growing over it than the path further down. Div'et took this as a sign that they must be close to Grassveil. His legs had begun to tire, but he wouldn't stop walking knowing that he was so close to the guild.

| "I was born and raised in Grassveil, and its been a nice and peaceful life so far. How about you, where do you come from?" she asked. He didn't seem to come from Grassveil with all of the questions he asked. She didn't really know of any other towns and it wouldn't hurt to learn about a new one. Before Dez could answer, Sofie spotted the outline of what looked like a building, maybe a shop."Hey look, there it is!" she exclaimed, picking up the pace. |

| Div'et matched her pace, turning into a moderate jog. "Well, I come from a town farther east from the desert. I lived there for a lot of my life with my family. For a Sandshrew it was a nice place, kind of secluded. Explorers would pass through fairly often to explore local ruins and temples. That's why I wanted to become an explorer, hearing about all these fantastic adventure those explorers went on. It was a long journey to get where I am now, but I had help from a friend." | |

| "In the desert? That must've bern harsh!" she commented," Oh, hurry, we can make it before sun down!" she added. Now Sofie was about ready to explode with excitement. They were so close. She could see the guild by now and her excitement only grew. Soon enough, they had entered Grassveil and it was busy. There were many unfamiliar faces walking on the paths around the town."Welcome to Grassveil," she said to Dez. |

| "I like the desert, Sandshrews are built for that kind of environment," Div said. Div'et followed Sofie into Grassveil. It was very busy, more busy than Div had expected. There was many shops with assorted merchandise neatly placed. He could make out what seemed to be the guild from the crowd of people. Div'et was finally going to do, his long journey would payoff. "This is great! It's better than what I imagined, but is it always this busy?" Div said, while he and Soft made their way through the crowd to the guild. | |

| [OOC: Should we wait for Glace and maybe bump into her while escaping the crowd?]
"Not exactly," she said in reply, weaving through the crowd with unexpected ease,"Most of the time, everyone is out on missions or busily attending to their shops. The square can get pretty empty at times. But that's simply because everyone here does their best and works really hard." This was actually the most pokemon she's ever seen running around in town, maybe there was some kind of event going on. |

"Hm, I wonder why everyone is out and about then." Div said, slightly getting caught up in the crowd. He managed to make his way through the assortment of pokemon back to Soft. "It must be something special for this many people to be around." Div wondered what could have been so special. Perhaps there was an accident, or someone famous in town.

| "Who knows," she said with a slight shrug as finally, they exited the mass of pokemon,"it could be a lot of things. So, are you ready?" she turned around to face Div'et. They were at the gate of The Guild and by now, Sofie's heart was racing. She wondered how Div felt, but didn't ask. |

| ((OOC: After this post we'll create a new topic at the guild, unless you had something planned to happen.))
As Div'et made it out of the crowd to the Guild's gate, he took a sigh of relief. Here he was, hundreds of miles away from his home, at the doorstep of the next chapter in his life. The journey was difficult, and Div hoped that it would all be worth it. It was much more than exciting, it was difficult to stand without shaking. He hardly heard what Soft said.
"Uh, yeah. Lets go in." Div'et said.
