The roleplay is set in a world where none of the main cast exist, that means you can make any character you want! You could submit a bio to be a kage. Or a Genin/Chunin/Jounin of any village (But as always Leaf village will be the main one) Just a few rules though:

1. No god modding or overpowering, unless ofcourse its a jounin vs a genin, then its understandable if the jounin is overpowered.
2. There is a rule on how many chakra natures each rank can have:
Genin: 1
Chunin 1 (Possible 2)
Jounin: 2 (3 If in rare cases)
Kage/Higher ranked: 3
3: If you're making a team it has to be 3 people and a leader of a higher rank. I.e. 3 Genin with a Jounin or Chunin leader

Bio:

Name: Rui Windbreaker
Age:17 5/8
Rank: Chunin/Jounin (Her skill level is in between, and being a Rogue she doesn't have a formal rank.)
Clan Jutsu or Specialty (If any): Forgotten Bamboo Sword Art, Horoki(Winter in Japanese) Centered Strike. Hidden Windbreaker Art. And Focused Whispering Wind Style.(All four are made up by me. Mainly to be her own personal Jutsu. Hope that's fine... ^.^')
Personality: Shes quiet, and acts according to her heart, even if it goes against her friends, or anyone else. This has marked her seemingly cold when paired with her quietness and tendency not to talk that much.
History:
Rui was a small child in the Land of iron, and from her birth she was marked for the Anbu of that land by its leader, Mifune. Early on she was trained in their samurai fighting style, while simultaneously taught the basic ninja techniques, and wielding of Chakra. It was a given that she was gifted at the arts of stealth and combat, but she surprised everyone by passing the Chunin exam with ease in that same year. Her Chakra by 16 was the size of a ninja of the age of 25. But, on her third mission, one for the Anbu, she started to question if the assassinations were to any affect, and this hesitations cost her a deep scar over her right eye, caused by a Opposing Samurai Clans Leader. Now 17, she has gone rogue, and with all her teammates disabled from the disastrous year previously, the land of iron could not send any more Anbu after her at the present time. She no longer wears her headband, for that she never got one, only the tattoo of the Anbu, and a porcelain mask. She now wanders alone, taking the odd job here or there, and she has tangled with more than one squad of Ninja by accident, when she was doing a job, that was the same, or opposing the ninja squad's goal.

Tools (Anything unique or in particular): A Bamboo Katana, with is actually a sheathe for a real Katana, double tantos, and a large case across her back containing a double bladed Katana.

Appearance: White or gray clothing, usually long sleeved clothes or armor to hide her Anbu tattoo, 5'7.5", Blue-Green eyes, and long brown hair, sometimes kept loose, or tied back in a ponytail. She has a scar over her right eye, and wears a head band with the word 'Hidden' inscribed on the center of it in black on a beige background.

Name: Seiro Tairetsu
Age: 13
Rank: Genin
Jutsu and Clan Jutsu (If any): Tairetsu are admired for their Oil type ninjutsu, which Seiro uses with her Fire jutsu too, she also had earth jutsu. She s currently trying to learn the summoning technique. Can use kage bunshin

Personality: She is competitive and smart. Not one to shy away from confrontation, and a happy and positive person in general. When in battle she will not want a one-sided battle, going as far as riling the enemy up for a fun battle. Seiro is also proud of her clan and wont take anyone insulting her, her techniques or her clan
History: As a child her clan was wiped out by ANBU from the rain village, causing her to have a grudge for them. For a short while she wandered on her own, having to fend for herself which lead to her competitive attitude as she had to compete with barely everything. Although she did always keep a positive outlook on things, she ended up enjoying these kind of things. Soon enough she was found by Leaf Jounin and adopted by an old couple, offering her cooking skills in return

Name: Harvey Arden (Harv)
Age: 20
Rank: Jounin
Jutsu and Clan Jutsu (If any): Wind and Water Jutsu are his specialty. He combines them to make ice frequently. His clan jutsu is actually a summoning technique that summons an icy pack of wolves to either track down a target, or battle a target and assist Harv.
Appearance: White hair and red eyes. His hair isn't long but it also isn't short, he brushes it and that's about all he does with it. He is just above average size and is fairly skinny and seems to have almost no muscle.
Personality: He loves to joke around and pull pranks. He is open to new ideas, but if it's a stupid one he'll use his sarcasm attack on you. Once he's angry he'll either not speak with you and ignore your very existence or yell at you at the top of his lungs. He's usually passive about things though, and generally carefree and forgetful. He only remembers what he deems important. He loves to pull pranks.
History: He was found in the forest one day. He remembered little. about his past, other than a man forcing him to learn about the summoning jutsu and different Ice type Jutsus along with water and wind by threatening death and giving beatings with the bottom of his scythe. He remembered the old man forcing him to learn rasengan but he failing horribly and killed the man by accident. He remembered running away, stealing the man's scythe, then nothing. He woke up in the leaf village, being found in the woods. His legs had been scraped to heck and his muscles were unable to move from running so much. He knew he had traveled a long ways, but he couldn't remember where he had ran from.
Tools (Anything unique or in particular): A long scythe(MARCUS RETURNS! *shot*) that he carries around at all times. Only uses it when he's serious though. The scythe has grooves on it that write something in a foreign language that nobody knows.
Other: Teacher of Seiro? Also: OLDEST GUY SO FAR!!!

Name: Sarana Rei Hankyou

Age: 13

Jutsu and Clan Jutsu: Hankyougan- An eye technique that changes the holder's eyes red upon awakening while dormant, but adds one to three black rings depending on its level on activation. At its most basic form, it allows the user to she chakra echoes, imprints of chakra left like a fingerprint that stay after a ninja uses chakra. Higher levels allow the user to see the echoes in more detail and even determine the chakra formula to replicate the jutsu used.

Personality: Sarana is a bit sensitive about her strange eye color, often hiding them behind sunglasses. This stems from being teased all the time for them since she was four. Sarana is pretty dedicated to her training due to pressure she receives from her parents. As the heir to her clan, she always watches what she says or does to make sure her family name isn't muddied. She wishes she could leave those worries behind and just be herself.

History: Sarana was born into the strict Hankyou Clan, the only child and heir of the head. From birth she was brought up on a strict regime made to make her into the future head of the clan. From manners and decorum to ninja training, she was taught all her family thought she needed to know to fulfill her role. She didn't have many real friends growing up.

The other kids were jealous of all Sarana got and when her Hankyougan awoke at age four, they started teasing her about her red eyes. Sarana often hid those eyes, feeling like a freak because of kids that always teased her about them. So she was alone in classes in the academy and got more independent. She now just focuses on her training now and not much else.

Tools (Anything unique or in particular): She uses two katanas from her family's personal armory, the metal from ores pulled from a meteorite.

Other: Sarana is a precise sketch artist, able to draw anything with minute detail.

Name: Yuki Shiro-Ookami

Age: 14

Jutsu and Clan Jutsu (If any): Wolf Summoning Jutsu: like the name states, summons a pack of wolves. Ookami no me: The eyes turn Amber Yellow, or Blue. On rare occasions they turn Green. This technique enhances the eye sight and heightens the hearing.
Appearance: 5'6. Only with shoulder length silver hair, and Blue eyes.

Personality: Loyal to her friends. Yuki will risk her life to keep those closest to her safe. With a small temper, she is a force to be reckoned with. Often Yuki acts like a wolf. She loves nature and animals.

History: The Shiro-Ookami clan is “Scattered in the wind” Yuki was found alone near the Village Hidden in the Mist. A young couple took her in and raised her as their own. As time passed Yuki found that she was different from the other people. If she ever got angry at something she would growl almost like a wolf. The other kids teased her, calling her the “Dog Girl”. Soon her world was going to change. At age 13, a man with dressed similar to an Anbu came to the village looking for Yuki.

He finally found her, playing by herself. The Parents were close by and saw the man approach. Asking him what he wanted the man only said that he was a friend. Of course being protective, Yuki started growling at the guy. The man only looked at her as Yuki’s parents scolded her about growling. The man knelt to Yuki’s height and stared at her. Yuki stared back unsure of what to do. That was when she felt something placed around her neck. Looking down she saw a wolf howling. The man told her that it was the crest of the Shiro-Ookami clan. He told her of the past of the clan.

The man left, never to be seen again. A few days later, Yuki was walking through the forest playing with the animals. Staying out all day it was getting late. Returning home, she felt something was wrong. Running home she saw the door was wide open, that was when she caught the scent of blood. Slowly walking in she found a horrible sight. Her parents laying on the floor in a pool of their own blood. Seeing a pair of eyes glowing in the darkness, Yuki fled her home. She will always remember those glowing eyes and the wounds on her parents bodies.

Name: Nicholas(Nick) Cage Konak
Age: 20
Rank: Rouge(evil guy)
Jutsu and Clan Jutsu (If any): Has a special ability to "steal" ONE jutsu from every ninja he fights, he can't steal more than one from one ninja and he can only use it as well as the original ninja, the effect on the victim results in either mass chalkra loss OR they're not able to use the jutsu stolen again for an hour. His own jutsu specializes in Genjutsu(illusions) and he's going to steal Harvey's Ice Wolf Summoning Jutsu at some point. Attacking jutsus are Lightning based when they are his own.
Appearance: Brown hair similar to Harvey's and emerald green eyes. He doesn't wear any capes or cloaks or anything fancy like that, he does have a pair of goggles that he wears though. He wears normal pants and usually stuff to help him blend in.
Personality: He doesn't take orders from anyone unless it has some kind of benefit to him. He takes bribery but it had better be big. Nick prefers being the head of things, but he will take responsibility when needed. He cares for his subordinates, even if they're idiots.
History: Being born in the sand village, he is used to heat. He grew up normally and suddenly developed a hate for hokages. He was told by a trusted friend that hokages were dictators, and they would make mistakes and blame it on the village. He was told that they only took glory, and were all selfish and only looked out for themselves. He believed every word. Now his mission is to destroy every village and every person tainted by the hokage's words. He will stop at nothing to do so, even if it meant becoming public enemy number one.
Tools (Anything unique or in particular): Favors long distance battles so he carries various items that can be used from afar, like a grapple hand that can puncture skin and he can throw the victim around.
