Honestly, look at all the other levels. They're lower than everyone else's lowest. And one slot is filled with an egg. An EGG. xD

EDIT: While Im at it, let's get in an extra word or two I forgot.

Absol is LV 100 (and the others very low) to demonstrate through mechanics that he loves his Absol, it's practically the only Pokemon he uses. I can lower it's level if needed but I tried to make sure the other ones were low enough to compensate.

Did anybody notice he has one blue and one violet eye? (again, possible (though very improbable) with albinism) Well, take a closer look. Spititomb is shiny, shiny spiritomb is blue and violet. Hydragon is blue and violet. Sharpedo is blue when normal and violet when shiny. Just a little bit of metaphor fun I decided to have.

Red would be about 28 in this universe, so no grandson.

Hate to break this to you, but the canon of this universe wouldn't really allow for Red to have a son. Ask bronze if you don't believe me, it's here RP.
