Stairs to the Bottom

Kira inspected the tunnel, it wasn't like the one that she and Stryke went through. She looked to Eve and said, "Ohhh I think I know what this is...it's a path...that leads to the bottom of the mountain." she grew annoyed, they could have just taken this path up and hiked down to the bottom on the mountain! It would have been so much easier that way. She sighed and mumbled, "Well...can't do anything about it now, and now we know." she started into the cave. Her Joy Ribbon was wrapped around her neck, it was cold in the caves but not as cold as outside where they were close to the peak. She didn't want to go to the peak though, it was probably nothing but cold and nothingness. Most likely it didn't even have a view with the black mist that enveloped the mountain all around it.

"Sadly, I don't. I'm assuming you don't either." Kira sighed, "We'll have to go searching for it...how about we go do that after making a team with Stryke?" She had spoken without noticing she was even speaking. Her eyes widened, "Uh-That is if you want to make one..." Kira swallowed nervously. She laughed uncomfortably and turned to keep walking forward.

" Well um..." She was stunned by the sudden question "U-um I-i guess, I mean if you want to" She laughed nervously as she walked beside her, she had thought of asking that question, she was also relieved that she asked first "And if Stryke wants to too"

Kira brightened up instantly, "COOL!" she exclaimed. She calmed herself down and said, "We should try and find him after this. If I remember correctly, I think he already wanted to make a team with me. Since he knows you, he'll probably be fine with it right?" Kira's tail wagged with excitement. She was going to be in a team, a RESCUE team! "What about a name though? We'll have to discuss that with Stryke...."

Eve giggled at her new friends excitement, she was just as excited too, although didn't show it "Hmm... looks like its getting lighter... but the way out isn't in sight though.." She kept her pace until she came to a binch of rocks blocking the path "Darn... could you lend a... paw?" She chuckled as she moved a rock away with confusion

"I GOT DIZ"
Kira nodded and helped move the rocks. She picked up the larger rocks for the ralts, luckily she was a fighting type which were stronger than most types. She hefted up the rocks and tossed them in a pile behind her. She wondered if the exit was behind the large pile of rocks, she voiced her thoughts to Eve and awaited a reply.

(Brain dead...)

"I'm not too sure.. I hope so" She continued getting rid of the rocks one by one, Kira was a bigger help than Eve herself, but she tried. They got rid of the rocks and saw ANOTHER PILE OF ROCKS that it was still more cave systems "Damnit..." But at where the rocks were was a single item on the ground

"Finally!" Kira sighed in relief once all of the rocks were gone. She was beginning to grow tired, moving those big rocks was hard even for her. She noticed an item on the ground and asked, "What is that?" She couldn't see the item in the dark. She turned her attention ahead and and noticed the long cave system ahead of them, "Ugh...Well, which way do you want to go? I think we should take the one going down, but the one that goes up a bit looks like it bends and goes down again later on.

"Hmm some kind of ribbon... no wonder we cant see it easily, it's dark but... has a strange feel about it... maybe its because im psychic type I can feel it... " She picked it up, and wrapped it around herself, it was extremely warm under the ribbons and scarves but she didn't have a bag "Phew... so warm, anyway how about down? I think that would be our best bet"

Kira nodded, "yeah." She took a step forward and felt a wire under her foot, "Wha-?"just as she spoke a rope tightened around her ankles. She was dragged into the air and into a hole in the ceiling. She screamed as she was dragged up into the hole her scream faded into the distance.(SO SHORT I'M SORRY! T.T)

"Kira!" Eve ran up to the hole, looking up into it "Hello!"? She tried to reach her with her confusion hopefully dragging her down but she was already out of range "Anyone!? Kira!? Can you hear me!?" She was panicking now, she was even out of range of her telepathy, she thought of turning back to go upwards, but she remembered kira said the other path would turn and go back down

THere was a loud rumbling noise that shook the tunnels, it grew louder and louder, until finally the ground erupted from behind Eve, an Excadrill leaped up from the hole it had dug with a loud holler. A sneasel leaped out behind it with a sinister grin along with two drilburs. The excadrill bellowed at the ralts, "Why hello there! I See your friend was caught in our trap! If you want her back you'll have to hand over every item you have and 4000 poke!"
The sneasel snickered, "Yeah! You have 24 hours to do so!"
"Or Else! Or Else!" The two drilburs sang in unison.

Eve gritted her teeth "So... thats how it is" Eve muttered, she wasn't scared, she was angry, angry that these ruffians (Yes I said ruffians like a Baws!) would do such a thing, she wanted to read there minds to see if they were lying, but the boss was a steel type, and she wouldn't be able to read his mind, and the sneasel she would struggle with too, the drilburs she had already read there minds, nothing important "Fine.. I'll do that just... just dont hurt her ok?" She thought maybe, with her focus blast she could take them but... she needed to know where they were keeping Kira.

The excadrill smirked, "We'll meet you here tomorrow, be here with the cash and items or else your friend dies" he held up his claws and smashed it into the nearest rock for emphasis, utterly crushing it.
"Yeah, and come alone. We don't want any unexpected company" the sneasel replied.
"Drrrriiiilbuuur~" The two drilbur sang in unison they dove into the ground and dug there way to the struggling riolu in their temporary base.
"RELEASE ME DAMMIT!" Kira demmanded.
"Nope Nope!"
"Stand guard~" they replied

"Kira was- no IS the only person I can trust right now anyway, ofcourse i'll come alone... and with everything I have" Eve couldn't get that money, she only had the items she had with her now, and she couldn't sell them for money either, they'd think she was trying to rip them off, she would have to find another way but how? Maybe gather people up? She knew that Wynaut... the few people she met in shadowhue was it? But who could she trust? Aha! She knew the exact person that would help her
