» Personality: Azalea is generally a rather unpleasant Budew to be around compared to other Budews. A real sourpuss for an otherwise happy species. A consistent frown seems to reside on her face instead of the usual carefree, oblivious smile. She's bitter and frustrated with both herself and the world around her, and is especially envious of other Pokemon who are both much larger than her and have arms. Because of this she tends to complain and grumble about a lot of things. She's also easily irritable when things don't go the way she imagined it would, and easy to tease due to her sensitivity about being tiny and armless, and will get loud about it. She desperately wants to evolve but is frustrated that she can't, since her general unhappiness and lack of friends won't let her. If she ever fails at something, she takes it a little personally and will beat herself up over it.

However, if one were to ever get past that negative wall of hers, they'd be surprised to learn that she's quite observant and inquisitive. She's not above correcting every single mistake that will come out of another Pokemon's mouth. Azalea, when in the chatty mood, will definitely question everything and absorb the knowledge she sees and hears. She actually has quite a bit of passion, which shows through whenever she battles. If in a one-on-one battle, she will just scream and charge headfirst, overcome with determination to prove to herself that she's useful. As for other Pokemon, if one gets past her negativity and shows some genuine interest in hanging out with her, she'd probably learn to respect them greatly and do what she can to back them up.

Deep down, she has a dream of seeing what all the corners of the world are like, and growing big enough to tackle it and handle it without life throwing her back down face-first into the metaphorical dirt. But she's unconfident and afraid that she can't achieve it, because she feels like she's not big nor strong enough.

» Likes:
-Azalea is surprisingly a big aficionado of tea. Well, it would make sense, considering her parents' professions. Her personal favorite flavor is a hard mix of Eggant Berry leaves and crushed Energy Root.

-Light drizzles and showers. She finds it extremely refreshing and also quenching, too. She once even when on a "boating adventure" by "rafting" down a large leaf down to the other side of her home forest. That was back when she liked to play a lot of make-believe.

-She genuinely appreciates when another Pokemon listens to her and takes her seriously. It makes her feel valued.

» Dislikes:
-Oh, where to begin... First, she does not like anyone who tries to go for a 'handshake' of any kind with her or makes a comment about it. She finds it personally humiliating and it will infuriate her without fail.

-The specific shade of blue on one of her own petals. She thinks it's too light and if she had the power to change it, she definitely would've made it darker.

-THE COLD. Oh, Azalea hates the cold, winter, chilly wind, or anything that is not heat or room temperature. She dislikes it to the point where she's actually kind of biased to borderline prejudiced towards Ice types due to her sensitivity and discomfort with the cold.

» History: For most of her life, Azalea lived with her parents in a remote forest far, far away from Grassveil Town. Not even today would Azalea remember the exact way to get back. Her parents, both Roselia, managed and ran a rest stop in the thick of the forest for lost and or travelling Pokemon. They also served tea there regularly and managed to farm and grow their own berries, a few of which were extremely rare and made for some very memorable drinks. Because of their location, Azalea had no friends, really.

Her parents and her don't exactly get along too well. They demand perfection in their own work and family, and had high expectations for Azalea to take over their little rest stop/tea shop when she was fully evolved and considered a grown-up. Azalea, though, found it incredibly boring and preferred to explore and collect things she liked instead. Of course, her parents found this extremely worrysome and scolded her for going so far away from their home so often. They tried their best to discourage her so that she'd stay safe and not get lost. However, this caused Azalea to begin to grow distant from her parents and begin to become miserable. Azalea herself would normally help around the stop but one day, while on the top of a ladder, was trying to reach for an old glass jar on a top shelf. Sadly though, she was too short to reach it, and lost her balance on the ladder. She grabbed the shelf instead of the jar and pulled the whole thing out of the wall, and everything shattered and broke all over the fire used to heat the tea, and thus indirectly setting the entire building on fire. The whole place eventually burned down that day, but Azalea and her parents came out unscathed.

Her parents said that they forgave her and that they'd move to a nearby town, but Azalea herself felt an overwhelming guilt and sense of uselessness inside her. She could tell that they were very disappointed with her. It made her clam up around anyone, including her own parents. One day, her parents told her that it would be better for her if she would go out in the world and find out what she wants to do. And of course, she listened, but she hasn't talked to them since that day.

» Other: She has a good memory, and a very good sense of taste. She also admires large Grass types like Meganium for being so... well, large and imposing in comparison to her. She prefers areas with lots of water and likes to wade through it and splash about sometimes.

Also, do I HAVE to add an Egg Move in? I mean... I didn't really see anything too eye-catching Egg Move-wise and both of her parents are Roselia, sooo...?
