I found this out and I can say...it is a brilliant idea
Yet,I have a question...can someone request to become an admin after meeting all the conditions?(Yes,I read the whole post and nowhere there was an admin section)
Still...is it possible to happen?

It is possible to become an admin, but the chances are very low because I need to put an immense amount of trust in a person to be able to make them an admin. If I do ever feel like I can trust someone enough to be an administrator, I will ask them. Not the other way around.
