Poke-Human RP

Imagine the world of pokemon in the future. What's different? Humans are being born with varying levels of pokemon attributes. These poke-humans have the abilities of the pokemon they look like and some don't use that power... in noble ways. Purists want to purge them, driving most out of towns and cities. Some fight back using their abilities. Its a bad future indeed.

Why are people born this way? Is there a cure? What secrets are there to find?

This rp will be a one on one, meaning I'll accept one person. Poke-Human or human characters accepted. Each has advantages and disadvantages, so choose wisely. Questions are welcome.

I'll do this. My character will be have charizard attributes. Meaning he can fly and has all the moves a charizard can learn except for HM's like cut.

Personality: Zelda is a street smart woman, having lived on them her entire life. She has no qualms about stealing things for herself and freely shares her lot with other needy Poke-Humans. She uses her still developing illusion ability to get things she wants, but if she could be a normal person, no prejudice aimed at her, she'd give her gift up. She is skilled at smooth talking, but is very secretive herself.

I'd prefer a human partner, but Poke-Humans will work too.
