A Skyrim RP for Wolfgangthe2nd and I

A breton in personally made scaled armor stood outside of the Candlehearth Hall in Windhelm. "Man it's too cold out here," he said, "hopefully I can find someone to help me get through the dungeon before a storm comes in." He then walked up to the inn and walked into, maybe a nord ale would warm him up.

Sitting at a table, near the back of the inn, sat a High Elf. He was reading a book, enjoying the warmth of the hearth. He wore a Mages robe, as a stereotypical Hig Elf would. The hood wasn't up though, and the the sleeves were rolled up. He barely noticed the squeak of the front door as someone entered. He didn't turn to see who it was, knowing that visitors were frequent in Windhelm and his kind wasnt exactly...well liked here. On any level. He as grateful he as onlyassing through, and had been stopped simply by the threat o a storm.

Tornik scanned the inn as he entered. He took a survey of all the people that were sitting around. There was a group of orcs in heavy armor, they would be helpful in a pinch he thought, but orcs usually asked for too much money. He noticed a wood elf with an elven bow slung onto his back, but an archer most likely wouldn't help him at all when he went exploring. His eyes then came across a high elf in mages robes. Tornik wasn't fond of mixing two mages together, their magic styles and techniques didn't always mix well, but he was versatile and any high elf sitting around in Windhelm must have some bravery and faith in his skills. The fact he may end up facing falmer came across his mind as well, and he figured that a silent attacker would be good.

Tornik first ordered a nord ale and sat at a table nearby to the elf, he wanted to wait a bit before approaching him, maybe wait till the high elf left so that they could talk outside.

(Just saying but Wolfgang needs to use his old account. If his second one is still in use by the end of November then both accounts will be permanently deleted.)

Alcar didn't give a second glance towards the Breton that walked in. His book however...was getting a bit tedious. The history of Atlmer magic doesn't always manage to keep one awake. That and the orcs were drinking their hearts out, and he knew what happened when Orsimers go overboard, and wasn't going to stay around for that wreck. He headed walked upstairs to a smaller table. The upper level seemed a bit more lax, with the bard singing and all the ale being downstairs.

Then suddenly both Tornik and Alcar's expectations turned into reality. The Orsimers started to yell at each and they started to get into a fist fight. Tornik decided to take advantage of the distraction and approach the High Elf, he wasn't sure when he would leave so he figured he might take advantage of the situation. Tornik then went up to the second floor of the inn and sat across from the High Elf at the table he was sitting, and waited for the High Elf to speak first.

Alcar looked up from his book to see the Breton that had came in earlier across from him. "Can I help you?" He said with a raised eyebrow. He wasn't quite ready to trust any man tha walks up because of how Skyrim has been recently. Bandits, rouge mages, corrupt leaders, and most importantly...the situation at Helgen.

"That depends," Tornik said, "How good are you at magic?" he asked.

"Well I'd like to think 'good' after five years of practice and study." Alcar put the book on the table and leaned forward a bit. "Now what was it you wanted?" He asked expectatnley.

"I need somebody to accompany me through a Draugr dungeon," he said, "I would normally do it myself, but I here there is a pretty large loot at the end of it, and my magic might not be enough to get it out. So I need an extra set of hands that will help me fight, as well as carry the loot out."

Alcar sat there for a moment, looking at the man across frm him up and down. "Well... not trying to be sleezy of course, but you and I are both aware that Druagr ruins are exceptionally dangerous, Nords were, and are, quite paronoid. So can my assistance expect anything in return?"
