If you're going somewhere far away from city lights, you should keep an eye out for shooting stars!  The Perseids meteor shower will gradually be building up until it peaks on the night of the 11th.  This year, the Earth is passing closer than normal to the center of the comet trail that causes it, so it's supposed to be really spectacular.

Anyway, have a safe trip.  Camping is always fun, shooting stars or not.  c:
