A Friendly Stroll

A bright day. What more was there to ask for? A bright, clear day was always what Fermata. That was his dream. A time in which he could simply just stroll around, being known as some hero, and be coaxed in the amazing blue sky. For today though, has surprised no one was around.

"Oh, come on! Who wouldn't want to enjoy a day like this? Better then staying inside, that's for sure." He said, continuing his slow, yet merry walk through Grassveil, letting the breezes that came by go through his electric wool causing small sparks be made through it, and giggled a bit since it tickled a tad. Walking around he still wondered where any Pokemon had been, no matter who they may be. As long as someone was around, he'd have some enjoyment. Swinging his tail side to side to the beat of some song that he could only hear, he continued his walk. It seemed usual for Fermata to just simply walk around and nearly cause trouble.

Tallulah signed. She didn't want to hurt Fermata's feelings, but he just bumped into her on the streets a bit ago. Deep down inside, she liked him, and she was being nice to him sincerely now. Still, the Buizel barely knew him. All she did was shoot him a quick smile and a small "Yeah..."

Fermata now seemed to be thinking of a team name, and was asking her for help. "A...name?" Tally paused. She was horrible with names. "I couldn't name something if a book full of names bit me on the tails!" she exclaimed as she collapsed onto the adjacent straw bed. She let out a large breath, eyes closed while sprawled out on her back. Other than that, she was silent, in deep thought about the name that would hopefully be known across the land... and maybe even beyond it!

'I'm a Buizel, he's a Mareep. We're a good bit different, and we barely know each other. Yet we're going to be in a team. Water, electricity. Electricity, water....'

Suddenly, an idea hit her that just might work. She opened her eyes and looked over at Fermata. "How about...Team Thunderstorm?"

"Thunderstorm?" Fermata said. It made sense. Water and electricity. What does it make? A thunderstorm. And that's what they were. In essense, a giant thunderstorm. "Thunderstorm." It sounded amazing. He kept saying it over and over in his head, and out loud, just to remember it. "THUNDERSTORM!" And with that, it was almost completely settled. Team Thunderstorm. It was almost complete perfection. "We are Team Thunderstorm. The best Pokemon Team there ever will be. No matter what!"

Fermata's heroic attitudes and thoughts seeped into his tiny speech. He was always being overdramatic when it came to things like that. In this case it was not only the creation of their team, but their friendship. He was glad to have a friend. He had someone that he cared about and hopefully, she did too.

Tallulah chimed right in, getting back upright. "Heck yeah! Team Thunderstorm!" She paused and considered something. [color=orange]"Y'know, why are we celebrating now? Nothing's official. If we want this to become a reality, we need to get up and head on over to the guild."[color=orange] Brushing straw off herself, Tallulah continued. [color=orange]"Well. I'm ready whenever you are. Lemme just fix the table,"[color] she said as she placed the flyer back and grabbed the book. Moving back over to the table, she set the book down and balenced the table's bad leg on it. "'Kay. I'm all ready Fermata," stated Tallulah. "By the way, are you any good at battling? Just in general, no pressure. I don't judge."

"Oh yeah..." He said, in a bit of a half laugh. He was a bit too rash for situations like this. It was a little bit of nature. "I'm ready whenever."

"Battling?" Fermata said. He was a fighter, only when needed. But he was a good one when needed "I guess. I"m not like super duper powerful, but I can battle." He said, getting away from his lazy position on the straw mat into a more standing position, just in case he had to at least show off what he could do.

Tallulah smiled. "Well, all that matters is that you try your best, which is something I'm sure you can do well," she told him without a hint of sarcasm. She liked Fermata's personality. Kind and with a good sense of humor. She finished brushing herself off and pointed to the door.
"Now we should get going, right? We've got no time to waste!"

"Of course! Let's get going!" Fermata said, without a second thought, and out the door he was. With a slight hop in he step, he headed towards the guild headquarters. They had work to do. A lot of it too.

Today had been a complete sight for sore eyes. After the dreariness of constantly walking around with a friend, or anyone to acknowledge him, he was glad that he had someone. A nice someone. A possibly even crazy someone, but someone nonetheless. With a little bit of cockiness in his step, he was on a straight path towards the Guild, to get his name down, and have his special little spot in history.

Tallulah nodded, smiled and followed along, keeping up and eventually matching Fermata's pace. She was on the offensive, ready for anything coming ahead. Teaming up with Fermata wouldn't be that bad, she was sure. He was a good Pokemon with a kind heart, which she liked, and she knew deep down he'd make a great partner. With him, she knew it was time to start a new life, to rescue and help others, and to explore the unknown! It was time to become Tally of the Seas!
