| "Huh? You're not?"
Cana was surprised to hear the Sneasel say she wasn't strong. She did have a point though. Strength wasn't everything in a fight. You also had to use your brain after all. There were a lot of strategies after all. Status conditions and improving your own stats and lowering the stats of others were the first things she thought about. Then you had to pay attention to the personalities of Pokemon. Some you could provoke, others observe and wait for the right chance to attack. There sure comes a lot to battling. Her thoughts went back to the guilmaster.
"She sounds like someone a lot of Pokemon respect."

| "You can't just form a guild. I've heard some stories, most probably blown out of proportion, but enough to know she deserves everything she has accomplished. Where I used to live, I used to run with a pack. We believed that those with the most fortitude deserved to lead. Faye would definitely be of the same old as a leader. Anyway, I should really get a job. I wait any longer and pokemon might forget I am even part of the guild. Its nice once in a while to not have to forage for your food. Plus it gets colder this time of year." | |

| "What kind of stories? Living in the wild sounds hard. I always lived in a village so I don't know how it is like. Don't Sneasel like the cold weather though? You are Ice types, right? Or is it because food is more difficult to find? I know plants die or stop growing during winter so that means no fruit and such. The forest I used to go to always seemed so quiet during the winter while it was lively during the other seasons."
Cana knew a few things but her knowledge wasn't big. She only knew a little of the outside world. She did have a bit of a hard time getting accustomed to traveling so much. She did feel a lot happier out here than at home though.

| Crysel shook her head. "There are two types of pokemon in this world kid. Pokemon like you who were born in a society built on rules are one. The other... you would call wild pokemon. That is where I came from. We hunted. We survived. And we fought off anyone that tried to take our territory while running from dangers we could not fight. I've done a lot of... things you shouldn't ask about. All to survive. Its a crueler world out there than most would admit. In any case, its better to ask the guildmaster about herself directly. She is the friendly type and I am sure she would enjoy having a chat with you." | |

| "I guess both have their good points and their bad points." Cana looked at the Sneasel. Now she was actually wondering what kind of things she had to do to survive. Considering she hunted, she probably had eaten meat of other pokemon. Cana heard there were pokemon who did that, but she never met one before. She also said something about having to fight for their territory. The stronger ones probably got the better territory and a bigger chance to survive. Cana was actually impressed by that. She had no clue what kind of hardships Crysel went through, but it sure sounded like a rough life.
"Ask the guildmaster? I don't know...She is probably busy." Cana was curious but also scared to meet the guildmaster. She was an important pokemon and who knows what she would think of her?
