| Once again, Crysel was finally back. She tended to take a lot of trips, but she was sure there was some rule where you had to do work in the guild to stay a member. And she did enjoy having a roof over her head waiting for her. So she was back. Still the only member of a criminal tracking specialist team called Team Magna. She was looking at the wanted posters on the job board and sizing up the targets based on their experience. Crysel couldn't read. Being alone, that was a bit of a problem. But she could always ask around. The guild was filled with friendly helpful pokemon. Right now she needed a decent job, so she was trying to decide on a poster. | |

| Cana had heard a lot of rumors about the guild. A lot of pokemon came here when they needed help. There were teams in the guild who took on the requests for those pokemon. Those requests could be anything. From finding an item to catching criminals. She was kind of curious.
Although she still wasn't good around people she decided to go take a look. The place did seem a bit busy. She was hoping she wouldn't stand out. She walked further into the building. In a second room she found the bulletin boards. She walked to one of them and noticed it was full with posters of pokemon. Those must all be outlaws. Some seem strong...

| Crysel did not recognize the fox pokemon, but that wasn't saying much. She herself had been away for a while. Others most probably joined the guild in that time she was away. However... this one did not seem to have a badge, something needed to show permission to access this floor of the guild. Her own was attached to the Joy Ribbon tied to her wrist, still the lowest rank. She decided to speak to Cana. "Hey... I assume you are a visitor? Without special permission, non-guild members are not allowed on this floor." | |

| Cana looked at her side to the pokemon. She seemed to be a guild member. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't know." Cana felt a bit bad about doing something she wasn't allowed to do. "I'm not from around here and I never saw a guild before." The Fennekin backed away a bit.
Cana wasn't sure how much she could tell the Sneasel. She had no home to return to and no place to go to. She had just been traveling around. She shouldn't have come to the guild. Maybe she was secretly hoping to find some kind of help but nobody could help her here.

| Crysel scratched her temple and shrugged. "Well I guess its no harm done if it was just a mistake. It happens. Like getting lost OR BEING KEYAMI THE FRICKEN MEOWTH YOU CRAZY MOTHER FRICKER. Anyway, name is Crysel. What brings you to the area stranger?" | |

| Cana looked at the sneasel in front of her. She introduced herself as Crysel. It sounded like she had a few things happen to her in the past. At least she didn't seem angry. Cana wasn't sure how to answer her question.
"Well....I have been traveling around for a while. I don't really have a place in mind and I somehow ended up here? I'm not sure why I came here."
The Fennekin was telling the truth. She really didn't know. She was a bit shy and the next thing she said was barely audible.
"...And my name is Cana."

| Crysel shrugged before replying. "Well Cana, you are free to ask the guild master to join the guild. You can travel all around and help others on missions while having a place to stay. The only price is 90% of your earnings, but you still get good pay. It's not too dangerous and you get to pick and choose your missions. This is my first real home really." | |

| "Join...The guild?" The Fennekin never considered joining the guild. And seeing how she was so shy she wasn't even sure how to ask. Cana actually didn't even know how a guild worked. There wasn't one in the village she lived in. Then something else the Sneasel said sank in.
'Wait, 90%? That is absurd. But is that also because you live here? Like that is your 'rent'? That sure is a lot."
There was no other way Cana could see it as. She was a bit shocked at it. Still, it seemed like the guild members could chose what missions they did. The Fennekin didn't know if joining a guild was something for her. She was hesitant about helping others. But there are also outlaws...

| "Guild organizes everything and gives rent. Its fair." The Sneasel shrugged a bit. "In any case, if you are worried about being a good guild member, don't. There are all types of pokemon in the guild. Take me for example. I was born in the wild. I can't read other than numbers and I'm pretty sure some of the stuff I did to survive would be frowned upon around here. I started travelling thinks to a Scraggey and met a Snivy who convince me to join Team Magna. Though right now that team is only me. In any case, I choose to specialize in hunting outlaws. My ability to track makes me perfect for it and I am much more acclimated to fighting in the wild." Crysel turned back to the outlaw board. "In any case, I do want to find a job. So do as you wish." | |

| "huh...? That sure sounds interesting. Isn't it dangerous though? Hunting outlaws?"
Cana was pretty impressed by this Sneasel. She used to live in the wild and is the only member of a tracker team. To be honest, the idea of joining the guild did seem interesting. The Fennekin did want to settle down somewhere but on the other hand, she did enjoy traveling too. She came to meet a few interesting Pokemon because of that.
Cana glanced at the bulletin board. Something Crysel said was bothering her. "You can't read? Isn't it difficult to pick out a job then?"

| "You wanna know what is dangerous? Living in a wood where there is always snow and the night only brings the promise of frozen death to those who can't stay warm. Fighting for your life and your territory everyday. That is dangerous. Compared to the everyday pokemon at my old home, outlaws are scared children." At the mention of reading, Crysel shrugged. "I can recognize pictures and I know numbers. All I have to do is have someone tell me the location and then I set upon my way. Reading isn't necessary. i was never taught and I'm fine now." | |

| "That does sound harsh..."
Cana couldn't help but think Crysel had a difficult life. How was it like? Fighting for your territory, fighting to keep warm, having to scavenge for food,.... Cana couldn't imagine it. Of course she did have to look after herself a few times but what she has gone through she couldn't compare to what the Sneasel has gone through. She was a bit surprised she didn't think reading was necessary. It might not be but it does help a lot and is pretty useful.
"Hmm....Some outlaws look pretty strong. Is there any you want to go after? I could maybe help you with this."

| Crysel shook her head at the offer of help. "I appreciate the offer, but I don't really accept help from non-guild members. Outlaws do have an element of danger to them. When running away in desperation, pokemon can do some horrible things. That is why the guild exists. We help the police to capture these kind of pokemon before other pokemon get hurt. I can't take someone who isn't part of the guild or police force with e. That would be irresponsible and... well lets just say the guildmaster can be very intimidating for a grass type when she wants to be." | |

| Cana did mean to read the job requests but it seemed the Sneasel misunderstood her. Her social skills weren't that good. She only noticed later she had worded it wrong. Cana looked down as she started speaking.
"Sorry, I didn't mean it like that. I'm not really strong or anything. There are a lot more stronger pokemon out there than me. You kind of have to admire those pokemon who stand up for the weak and try to protect them. I am nothing like them." And I can't protect anyone. She thought. Cana often came inbetween fights between her parents and her siblings but she often ended up getting beaten up. She never was a match for them. She worries about her siblings at times and she hoped they would be alright.
Something Crysel said caught her attention. "Is the guildmaster that scary?"

| "You think I'm really strong? Ha." Crysel tapped her head. "This thing right here is what wins a fight. Power is nice and all, but enough brains can beat any amount of brawn. I know a Gyrados who I could probably beat by out thinking him. Actually, I could probably ask him what two plus two was and he'd pass out from the brain power it takes. CRYNIVAL KAT" Crysel shrugged at the last question. "Not in a bad way. The Guildmaster earned her place. Strong and smart. She is kind to most, but she can be scary if she wants to be. Usually isn't though." | |
