A little break.

Noel kept walking towards the next area, she searched around looking for anything that stood out, something like a landmark that would tell when they'd arrive. Noel then saw it, a giant door at the end of the hall sitting there, Noel felt strange seeing the door, she knew what was behind there was most likely not good in the slightest. "Guess this is it." Noel said staring at the large door, she then sat down legs crossed and put her bag in front of her, she opened it and took out the pieces they found along the way.

"Guess we should start putting this thing together." Noel said opening the case and looking inside, she stared at it for a moment before looking at Jak. "So, you have any idea how to put a music box together?" Noel asked hoping he had some idea.

As the two walked into the area. Jak stared at the large door that was in the center of one of the walls on the opposite end of the room. This room was fairly large to be rather empty looking. Just this single door was there?

Even the path they took before seemed to vanish. "Um, I guess so..." he stated as he turned around. Seeing the path had vanished before them. "And only one way out..." he added after spotting the new issue.

He then turned towards Noel as she stated that they should probably start putting the thing together. Taking out all the pieces and the case on the side. She then asked him if he knew how to put a music box together. "hehe, sorry... I don't." he said as he held one of his paws in a twisting motion. "I can look though." he said as he approached the pieces and sat down next to them. Each piece seemed to look almost the same as each other. The exception being the box itself. He didn't quite see a discernible way to distinguish where each piece fit into one another.

Noel sat crossed legged looking at the box, picking up one part, she had no idea what it was but she noticed the case seemed to have letters on certain parts, Noel looked at the item she had seeing it had a similar letter. "Oh, seems the parts have letters on them, well that makes this a lot easier." Noel said as she started to assemble the item. "It might take a bit but I don't think we have to worry about getting attacked here, I have no idea why but this area it vastly different from where we came from. It's a weird calming feeling I'm having, like nothing bad is going to happen or like nothing here can harm us." Noel said staring at the box.

"That didn't make much sense did it?" Noel asked with a small laugh, she didn't know if that had made any real sense. "Sorry I really should think before I talk." Noel said looking back at the box and putting it together

Jak continued to watch as Noel sat cross legged as she examined the box and other pieces. As she did so, Jak made note of the letters on each piece. Before he had a chance to mention the letters, Noel had beaten him to it.

She then mentioned that she thinks they don't have to worry about being attacked there. Something being different about the area then earlier. He seemed to have this odd feeling of calm himself, ever since he entered this area.

"heh, it's fine... Something is different about this room... It feels... calmer, if that makes sense." Jak added as he watched Noel put the box together.

Slowly, the pieces seemed to fit together. Despite looking like the same piece but with a different letter on each one. They somehow seemed to stick in certain spots of the box. Once the pieces were aligned just right, the box would make several clicks and quickly seal itself. Forming the whole music box.

As Jak saw the music box seal itself. His eyes widened as he looked towards Noel and then back at the box. "Music...Crank thrice.... passageway..." he thought out-loud for a moment in silent tone.

"Let me see that..." he stated as he went to grab the box. Once he had the box, he looked for a lever on the box... At first it wasn't there. After another click, a lever folded outwards from the box. "This is either going to be good... or bad..." he mumbled as he grabbed the lever and started cranking it. At first it was rather hard to move, but after the first turn, it became easier to crank. The music immediately started to play from the box, and by the second turn, the tone had changed. Third tone, he released the lever and waited as he listened to the song.
