| Acro sighed, his wings spread as he soared towards the Sky Pyramid. Linus was behind him, reluctant but following along with ease. His newest team member, Oya, had disappeared off the face of the earth it seemed. He had asked around town, and some pokemon pointed him towards the Sky Pyramid. Linus sighed, keeping his woes silent from Acro. He really did not want to be here. At least if they found Oya then he would not have to be alone with the cursed Archeops. All team mates this first bird pokemon had, had met with a terrible fate. What was so different about him and Oya? He would need to tell the emolga, perhaps save her. Linus was too scared to leave the team himself, he felt trapped. Especially with that Glaceon the archeops seemed to hang around sometimes during missions. The archeops and the Honchkrow spotted the small electric squirrel. She was near the entrance. "Oya!" Acro called, relieved that the little squirrel was not harmed. Acro: 44 Linus: 5 - Spoiler:

| Oya smiled widely as the Archeops called out to her. "Acro! Linus! Where ya been? We got an outlaw request to do!" the Emolga said, holding up the piece of paper with the picture of a Drifblim. The Emolga continued to smile. She had no idea that she forgot to tell Acro and Linus about the mission before flying off to the Sky Pyramid.
"Come on, come on, let's go and get 'im!" the Emolga said, jumping up and down, flapping her arms around in excitement. She couldn't wait to do her first mission as a member of Team Roark. Especially an outlaw mission!

| The archeops sighed, what had he gotten himself into, however smiled, "Oya," he begun, "You didn't tell us, I thought something had happened to you for a moment there."
Acro was afraid Oya had learned of his previous experiences with teams, and fled the town in attempt to get away from Acro. The archeops would not blame her, but he did not think that she was the type to do so.
What if something bad had happened because she was trying to get away so quickly? Acro would not be able to forgive himself...again. The archeops landed two or three feet away from the emolga, giving himself space so that he would not crash into her if he messed up his landings again.
Linus remained silent as he landed, landing gracefully and less clumsily like Acro. He was always a bit confused as to how that bird could not fly well, an injury to the wing? Mental handicap? Linus had been flying his whole life, however he did not know that Acro was still quite an amateur to this whole flying thing. The Honchkrow looked to the pyramid as the emolga spoke. Greeeeeaaat. They were going to have to go through that thing. Just fantastic.
He sighed, though it was one of defeat. There was no way Acro was going to let him go home, so he would not bother even asking. The archeops would pull that 'but we're a team!' crap that he always did...well he didn't ever actually say that, but Linus could just tell that would be the type of thing Acro would do.
The honchkrow kept a distance from Acro, putting Oya in between him and Acro. This was going to be a loooong mission...Linus could already tell.

| Oya blinked at the revelation that she had completely forgotten to tell Acro and Linus about the mission. "Oh, um, sorry!" she said, scratching the back of her head. The Emolga blushed the more she thought about how idiotic she had been at not informing her teammates. What if she ended up waiting all day? What if Acro never figured out where she was!?
If she thought about it, if it weren't for her swooping around in town singing about going to the Sky Pyramid, Acro may have never been able to come! Then they wouldn't be able to do her first mission! Oh the horror of the thought! Oh and she could have ended up hurt and all, but that's not as bad as not being able to do her first mission!

| The archeops felt the urge to say 'it's fine' but resisted to, things were indeed not fine. Running off like that to someplace so dangerous was a bit too much, "Just, be sure to let us know when you want to do a mission, ok?" the archeops smiled. He had heard of the mission that was taken from a guild member who had seen Oya take the mission, a drifblim. He figured it should not be too difficult considering he had rock type abilities and Oya had electric.
"Well now, how about we get moving then? For all we know that Drifblim could scaring another pokemon as we speak!" The archeops turned and started to go up the steps that led to the doorway into the pyramid. The structure was massive, he wondered just how this pyramid was even built up here...
Acro had gone ahead first, Linus waited for Oya to go ahead of him. He'd tail behind for a bit, that way if there was an ambush he would not be the one to be struck out cold. The honchkrow looked to Oya for a moment, the temptation rising to warn her, however Acro was still within earshot. The powerful bird might get upset with Linus, and possibly even kill him for all he knew! Now, Acro would not actually do this, but Linus's own paranoia was eating away at him. For all he knew, Acro had purposely killed his teammates, or harmed them in some way to make them leave. He was just too afraid of the archeops skipping straight to the point and ending his life. Though then again this could all just be some curse the unfortunate Archeops was put under...
The millions of possibilities raced through Linus's mind, remaining silent as he waited to follow the team.

| "Alrighty!" she said in response to Acro's request to be informed of any missions Oya wants to take. She continued to smile, sure that they could take out this meanie of a Drifblim. "Hehe, let's go beat 'im up!" the little Emolga said. She herself knew that her Thundershock would be pretty good against this Drifblim. However, she took no consideration to the level of the outlaw. Being only level 11, the little Emolga was far from powerful, even with her type advantage over many of the Pokemon here.
She began to march behind Acro, picking her feet up and swinging her arms back and forth in exaggerated motions as if she were a little army 'mon.

| The archeops entered the pyramid, taking a good look around in case any pokemon decided to jump out at him. The pyramid seemed rather old, as if nobody had traversed it for years. The entrance was a rather large one, opening up into a large room with strange encriptions on the wall of past events and tall pillars that told of strange monsters Acro had never heard of. "Be careful," he warned everyone out of habit. Acro was relieved to find that there was rubble everywhere from crushed pillars and ruins. This meant that he would be able to use Ancient Power successfully. Despite the dust everywhere and the lack of being cared for, rubble and rocks were always a good thing for Acro. Linus's eyes were drawn towards the walls. There were various images crudely drawn onto them. He parted from the group to study for them closer up. He began to think aloud, "Seems like there used to be a dangerous pokemon that lived here years ago..." he mused. The honchkrow saw a bunch of pokemon running from a strange mist with eyes, all the other pokemon seemed so terrified and the eyes of the mist seemed to pierce right into him...it made his skin crawl and his feathers ruffle... | Oya nodded and "Hmphed" in agreement with Acro. She curled her fists and began to shadow box, her face turned into a serious frown. Well, at least for a moment before it turned back into her usual smile. She didn't pay much attention to the inscriptions on the walls, instead focused entirely on finding their target. "HEY DRIFBLIM! COME OUT SO WE CAN BEAT YA UP FOR SCARING THE POKEMON HERE!" she yelled out at the top of her lungs.
However, She didn't quite get the Pokemon she expected. Instead an Altaria suddenly jumped up from behind some fallen pillars, angered by the interruption to her nap.

| Acro and Linus both jumped at the sudden yelling of Oya, the echoes reverberating through the spacious area and piercing the still as death silence. Acro was tense for a moment, as was Linus. Acro was about to relax when it seemed as if nothing would happen, when an Altaria suddenly flew up from behind on of the fallen pillars. The altaria glared at the group, bags under its eyes. The archeops figured it was trying to sleep, and had not been able to get any, thus getting angry with the group and standing on its last nerve.
The archeops took flight, flapping his wings as hard as he could to gain altitude. The archeops gave a screech while the ataria's wings flapped once greatly, and it began to be cloaked in a rather harsh light as it began to glow. The archeops suddenly began picking up speed, an after image being left in his place as he began to utilize Double Team in preparation for the attack.
Linus remained on the ground, hiding his body behind a pillar that still stood tall. There was no way he'd be able to square off against that. He looked to Oya and called out to her, "I'd advise that you stand back, that's an Altaria, they may look fluffy, but once its starts singing we're all going to be in trouble.."
Linus was referring to rumors and whispers he had heard on the street. He had heard of many pokemon, especially those in Sky Pyramid. Some said their songs were as if they were sirens, any pokemon would immediately become enchanted by their music, and be helpless to the siren.
Linus figured it was best to let Acro handle this, after all he was already setting up a double team.

| Oya waved at the Altaria, "Oh hi there! Sorry for disturbing your nap, we're just looking for a meanie outlaw Drifblim!" she said, smiling broadly. The Emolga seemed oblivious as Acro flew up, using Double Team in preparation of a battle. However, once the Altaria took flight itself, Oya's ears lowered. The Dragon type's body began to glow in a harsh light, causing Oya to squint her eyes.
The little Emolga jumped back, beginning to glide away as the Altaria dove at her. "Ah bad Altaria, bad Altaria, bad!" the little electric type yelled out as she attempted to outspeed the larger Pokemon.
