| » Name: Ivirar(Ivy) Wolf » Gender: Female » Species: #133, Eevee, the Evolution Pokemon » Affiliation: Zealot » Level: 5 » Energy: 19 » Ability: Anticipation » Moves: -Helping Hand -Flail (Egg Move) -Growl -Tail Whip » Personality: A religious zealot who normally won't take anything or anyone seriously. She loves to relax and just take it easy. This attitude is partly due to her believing Arceus will protect her and partly because she does not fear the unknown; she has Arceus to light her way. Even if she were to die, there would be no reason for her to fear it, she has no doubts that her afterlife is in good hands. It's also simply in her nature to care about most things much less than she should, much like her sister. Though she doesn't have the burning hatred for all things living dead or other that her sister posesses. If something does manage to kill her mood, she is liable to take to whining until it goes away. She has absolutely terrible battle instincts and strategic thinking abilities. She prefers avoiding fighting if she can, though if she HAS to fight.... well.... she'll.... try? One thing going for her is that she has a higher adrenaline release rate than normal; if she's pushed to the point that her body starts pumping adrenaline, it'll benefit her more than it would most. She has the Dimensional Scream, though because of this she thinks she has been chosen by Arceus to be a prophet. However, she doesn't necessarily like this as she thinks she is a prophet of doom, due to the ability sometimes warning her of oncoming disasters, some of which are things she simply cannot stop. » Likes: Arceus: She worships Arceus. She isn't interested in forcing others to convert, but she's not shy about her religious beliefs or vocalizing them. If she comes across another Arceus-worshipper, whether they are as zealous as her in their beliefs or not, she automatically likes them more. Helpful individuals: She hates having to do things for her self, so if someone else will do things for her, that's a real easy way to become very good friends with her. She isn't bossy, though she isn't shy at all about asking others for help.... maybe even begging or whining. Singing and dancing: Especially with a partner, she loves to sing and dance. She will sometimes start singing when she's bored, even if she's with someone else. If they join in, that's fantastic. If they get annoyed, too bad for them. Krikka: Despite having their fair share of disputes, arguments and even fights in the past, Ivirar loves her sister and only wants the best for her. She wants to help her sisterregardless of what Krikka may have done in the past. » Dislikes: Torment: Though she’s not afraid of death as she firmly believes she is destined for a happy afterlife, she IS afraid of physical and mental torment. Regardless of whether or not she dies, this is not pleasant in any way and it is one of her fears. Work: She doesn't care if it's for someone else, for her self, for the sake of the world; she hates labor of any kind, mental or physical. She'll do it if she's got a good enough reason, but she will reserve the right to complain, complain and complain. Evolution: She believes "evolution" is Arceus rewarding those he deems worthy with a blessing of power and new form. She dislikes the fact that so many pokemon completely neglect to thank Arceus for the newfound advantages of their "evolutions", instead selfishly attributing it all to themselves. Most of all, she dislikes that it is called "evolution" instead of something more crediting to Arceus. Giratina: The legendary deity-beast known as Giratina is viewed by her as a figure of evil. In stories her father told her, Giratina was often portrayed as a source of evil in the world, directly opposing Arceus' good will. Discrimination: She believes one should be judged by their actions, not their beliefs, appearance, first impression or even outward personality. It's what's inside that counts. What one does when forced to choose between good and bad, selfish and selfless. » History: Her father is an umbreon named Drake Wolf who preaches of Arceus to random pokemon and claims to have met Arceus himself who blessed him with two beautiful daughters. Of course, this is complete and utter bull shit and he just got stuck with two kids due to bad decisions in life. Ivirar is the younger of the two daughters of Drake Wolf the Umbreon, the elder sister being Krikka. From a young age, all she had was her sister and her father. However, her sister was constantly mean to her, when she wasn't flat out ignoring the poor eevee. Her mother died when she was very young, too young to remember, so her father always told her she was given to him by Arceus, along with her sister. He talked a lot about Arceus. She would always listen to the stories he would tell and believe them, though her sister completely ignored it all. Her sister seemed to be so much better off than her self, being allowed to do what ever she wanted, being better than her at pretty much everything, she even LOOKED better, due to being shiny. One night when she was feeling put down by her sister using the color difference to claim superiority over her, she decided to ask her father why her sister was differently colored than her. Her father simply said, "You're both special. She is special on the outside, but you're special on the inside." This made her feel a lot better.... her father always knew how to cheer her up.
On a night no different than most others, her sister was being her usual self, coming home late as usual and immediately harassing her. "Hey Ivy, you do anything important today? No? That's too bad.", Krikka taunted. She'd gotten fed up with her sister always being so mean to her, she just couldn't take it any more! She waited until her sister walked past her and tackled her as hard as she could. Actually, it was more like her pathetically throwing her self at her sister.
Normally she would have been more hesitant in attacking her older sister, but her thoughts had been clouded by agitation. Besides, she knew her father was nearby, so there was no way she could get hurt too badly. She managed to knock Krikka off her feet, but the older eevee used her back legs to kick her younger sister off her.... into a wall.... rather hard. She shut her eyes and gritted her teeth in pain.
Ivirar was too distracted to worry about the pain in her body from being knocked into a wall, however. She was struck by a sudden severe dizziness, followed by hearing a ringing, which quickly escalated into something like piercing screaming in her head. It was like some horrible headache. For a moment, she was worried, then the sound stopped. However, the dizziness persisted, keeping her on the ground.
Directly after the painful sound had stopped, the eevee began seeing and hearing things in her head. Her sister getting into an argument with a skitty who she recognized. Then the two getting into a fight, with her sister winning. Then.... her sister attacking the skitty while it was down. She'd seen short flashes of these events over the span of a few seconds, but she'd managed to piece it together.
When Ivirar came back to reality, she realized she was holding her front paws against her ears. She'd done this in an attempt to stop the headache and it seemed she'd just kept her paws where they were throughout the confusing event. She could hear voices, but it was a bit difficult to make them out at first....
"Why would you hit your sister!?"
"Hey, that little brat jumped ME! Besides, I didn't even hit her that hard, she's just a wuss!"
"WHAT is WRONG with you!?"
"You!"
Ivirar couldn't handle hearing them argue, all because of her. "It wasn't her....", she finally spoke up.
The two stopped arguing and both looked to her. "She didn't hit you?", her father questioned.
"N-no, she did.... but that's not what hurt me. I got a headache.... A-and I DID start it.", Ivirar replied, perhaps a bit dishonestly considering her sister had actually hurt her, the headache was just worse. But she didn't want them to keep fighting.
"See? Now how about an apology for blaming me?", Krikka demanded to their father.
Her father simply shook his head and replied, "First tell me why she would want to start a fight with you. What did you say to her?" He gave a stern glare to the elder eevee, awaiting a response, but no response came. She couldn't think of an excuse. Ivirar was gentle and kind, not one to attack without reason and both Krikka and Drake knew that.
Krikka huffed and turned to leave home yet again, despite it already being extremely late, when her sister jumped into her once more. However, this time it wasn't really an attack. "P-please don't leave! Don't go out tonight!", Ivirar begged. She didn't want her sister to leave tonight, she didn't want the things she'd seen to become reality. Krikka was mean but she was also Ivirar's sister, she didn't want her older sister to end up doing something so horrible!
Krikka pushed the younger eevee off of her with her front paws and stood back up before speaking, "Why would I want to stay here with you two?"
"Please, please don't go!", Ivirar pleaded.
"Why not? Give me one good reason.", Krikka questioned.
Ivirar didn't know how to respond. Her sister would just think she was crazy if she was completely honest and there was no lie in the world that could convince her sister to stay with them for an entire night. "I-I think you're gonna do something really bad tonight....", she finally answered, honestly.
"What's new?", was all Krikka said before leaving their home. She never came back. Ivirar's father tried to explain to her the next day that her sister wasn't coming home for a while, but she already knew what had happened. Her father just couldn't tell her that her sister had almost killed someone and was now wanted.
"Your sister.... she.... she isn't coming home for a while....", Drake tried to explain.
Ivirar sighed sadly and hesitantly replied, "....I know. She beat up that skitty, now she's in trouble...."
"How did you-"
"I saw it last night. I thought maybe I could stop her, but...." She trailed off as tears began to stream down her face. She was going to miss her sister, even though she couldn't remember Krikka ever doing anything nice for her. Her father wrapped one of his front legs around her to comfort her, which helped a little bit. He didn't really know how to process this information. His daughter could see the future? "You really are a gift from Arceus.... You're going to do great things, don't you ever forget that.", he told her.
Ivirar never did forget those words. In fact, she felt a moral obligation to live up to them. However, it seemed she had the same bad nature in her as her sister, which conflicted with her moral obligation. She could barely find enough reason to care to even want to do good things, let alone to actually DO things. In the end, she managed to be much better than her sister had been over-all, being kind and friendly to others, helping when no one else was around to do so, etc. It was still hard to find the motivation to do things, though.
Eventually, she decided to leave home. She wanted to spread the knowledge of Arceus that her father had taught her to others who needed it, to try and better her self overall and most importantly.... to find her sister. Her father gave her a charm necklace with the symbol of Arceus attached to it, hoping for it to protect her in her journeys.
» Other: She is on the younger spectrum.
Has a necklace with a charm in the shape of a circle with two half-circles surrounding it, connected by thin lines, like the ring depicted around Arceus' body. The charm is black. Reference picture - (given to her by her father.) Has the dimensional scream, though considers it to be a gift from Arceus.
Krikka's sister.
