» Personality:

Erebus doesn't seem to be able to fit with others too well, be it his dry, sarcastic sense of humour or his inability to hold casual conversation. He's often grumpy aside from making inappropriate jokes, almost always aimed to kick someone who's already down. He gets easily agitated and upset over small things and feels as if most other Pokemon are content with pretending he isn't there which serves to further agitate him but also allows him to act without getting to attached. He has a knack for lying at times and presenting himself as a completely different mon if he feels it will help him out in the long term so most of the time he pretends. This however doesn't come without its flaws as it leaves him mostly paranoid and once exposed.

At times he feels like an outcast, yet refuses to change his ways, often assuming everyone else expects too much of him and clinging to the past as an excuse. He will often complain about his state and loneliness yet will go to lengths to push away anyone who gets close to him, creating a viscous circle.

Erebus is known to manipulate others, slowly gaining their trust so he can make use of these persons as tools to use and dispose of later. He always tries to plan ahead in case things turn for the worst. All of this, however, is overshadowed by his cockiness and foul temper. He can easily be set off, most often by damaging his large and delicate ego, which in turn causes him to make mistakes.

Erebus knows a good ally when he works with one, and he values them greatly. Though he still retains some degree of care around everyone as he doesn't truly believe anyone would be his ally without looking to gain something from him, using himself as a rolemodel.

» Likes:
[ COOKING ] Sure, being a cook pretty much guarantees you're useless but the food is amazing. Erebus is a sucker for that.

[ SCENTS ] His enhanced sense of smell allows him to savor and enjoy his surrounding so he is often seen sniffling around.

[ RESPITE ] Sometimes Erebus feels the need to rest and he enjoys those periods of time. He loves sleeping, laying down and being generally useless all day.

[ NIGHTTIME ] Erebus is mostly nocturnal. He enjoys walking around during the night where he doesn't have to worry about most dangers of the day if he isn't hunting.

[ ELECTRICITY ] Something about lighting and electric types fascinates Erebus.

» Dislikes:

[ VAPOREONS ] They think they are better than him don't they? Big words coming from rejected mermaids. Nothing specific fuels his hate for his potential evolution. Not to his knowledge at least.

[ SURPRISE BATHS ] Have you ever seen an Eevee wet? Their fur just hangs from their bodies like badly glued rags. No one gets to see that.

[ LIMES ] Citrus fruit in general are something to be avoided, but limes take the prize when it comes to hate. Low quality stealth lemons.

[ TOUCHING] Erebus HATES being touched without permission, especially being petted like an animal unless it's someone he's fond of. He dislikes having his paws touched a lot.

[ HUNGER ] Starvation isn't fun for anyone, especially a malnourished Eevee.

[ FIRE ] Erebus isn't too fond of fire. He has no issue feeling warm or observing it, but if it's close to him it he freaks out which is never pleasant for any of the parties involved.

» History:

Erebus was born into the world by a Vaporeon, his father and an Eevee his mother. He never really knew why. He was simply alone when he hatched from his egg. As a young Eevee, he was forced to fend for himself. Being born alone and having lived alone, he was none too friendly, only forming relationships with a select few that approached him to extend the hand of friendship. Even so, being on his own was not something easy to overcome. He had the help of his few friends, and they managed to scavenge berries and fruit at the edge of the forest. When times were more desperate, Erebus would attempt to steal something from an unsuspecting shop or traveler. Not enough to hurt anyone, but just enough to get by.

One day, Erebus was sneaking through the pack of a traveling Charmeleon who was resting close by, searching for food. Unfortunately for the young Eevee, he wasn't exactly stealthy, causing the fire-type to wake up just as he was stealing a some berries from his sack. Arguing not being his strong point, Erebus panicked and attempted to flee by kicking some sand at the other pokemon, something that only served to anger the later who responded by firing a flamethrower in Erebus's general direction in blind rage as he tried to disappear between some trees before going off to rub the sand off his eyes, mumbling something under his breath.

The Eevee's heart pounded in his chest, the fire moving closer. Erebus realized that if he wanted to live, he would need to flee. And flee he did, prancing through the wood and avoiding the flames as fast as his legs could carry him until something fell down upon him with a sickening THUD, trapping his hind legs under a tree. The flamethrower had hit it, even though it hit a small area only, Erebus's small frame made it hard to flee fast enough. Despite the earth-shattering agony, he managed to pull his legs free and crawl away from the flames. The Eevee collapsed on the ground, pain wrenching through his wounds and into his heart.

It wasn't until the next day that Erebus was able to finally stand up, he still felt pain with every little step, but it was a start at the very least. It didn't look like many of the resident Pokemon had taken keen to the fire. Erebus was unsure if they knew that he was responsible for this chaos, so he decided to leave the ghost of a forest once and for all. Erebus is currently traveling to find a new home, although he never seems to enjoy being in one place for too long.

Erebus's life seemed to be reaching a stale period for now, getting adjusted to life and interacting with others. The burn marks all over his body now covered by a thick layer of fur concealed his rigid appearance to others. At some point in time he got a rather deep c on his left ear, a small chunk missing from it.

» Other:

Erebus has a chunk off his left ear missing since the fight against the Charmeleon and his hindlegs are burned, though the later isn't visible since his fur covers the area. His legs appear normal.

Erebus still sometimes feels pain from his wounds, specifically the burns he received. Due to that he sometimes cringes without apparent reason and sits by folding one of his legs to the side rather to relieve pressure on those areas.

Erebus dislikes it when people stare at his torn ear. He sometimes keeps it down to draw attention away from it.

Erebus adores hot springs, but he doesn't openly admit that oddly enough. The hot water helps him negate the pain of his burns, allowing him to enjoy life without pain briefly.

Erebus's claws are a bit larger than a regular Eevee's so he often keeps them sheathed.

Erebus has an irrational fear about being burned alive since the incident. He's careful around fire, but he still finds himself thrilled when watching it from afar.

Erebus can and will often store things in the scurf of his neck.

Erebus is capable of growing a winter coat during the winter to help him fend off the cold. His fur simply gets longer and more dense.

Erebus often licks his nose. He can't stand it being dry as not only does it limit his sense of smell, it also causes him great discomfort.

Sorry, your Character Bio cannot be approved due to the following reasons:

1.) ENERGY The number given is incorrect. Energy is your character's species base energy plus your character's level.

2.) MOVES You must list at what level a character learned its moves. If a move is marked with a "-" on Serebii, you may either mark it as "Level 1" or "Start" here. Eevee also does not learn Trump Card as an egg move.

3.) PERSONALITY "and once exposed others tend to dislike him," is worded in a way that appears like god-modding, please re-word this or remove it.

Edits to energy made. Personality edit made, despite the word 'tend' and the entire wording having no relevant impact in roleplay, leaving it entirely up to the player on how they react to the character as well as personality being mostly flavour text. Also, powerplaying involves combat mostly. Manipulation of information and character reactions is referred to as "metagaming" for future reference.
Moves edited to show the level obtained. Also, Eevee does learn trump card via breeding granted one of the parents is another Eevee, which as illustrated in my history, his mother is one. We go off of Serebii, and Trump Card is not listed as an egg move for Eevee as of Gen 6, please use Serebii instead of Bulbapedia. Bulbapedia does not make differences between the Generations, and as such outdated information may be presented. Eevee also learns Sand-attack at level 5, not at the beginning.
