Arrived, at last [OPEN]

A small Treecko by the name of Kimori wandered through the city a little after lunchtime, her stomach rumbling rather loudly. She had just arrived to the town from a woods which most people labeled "Pecha Forest." Her hunger was evident as she looked from shop to shop to try and discern any cafe where she could eat. But... she quickly realized as she found and hurried to a "Feather Cafe," she had completely forgot that she had no Poke to spend. Kimori sighed in defeat, sitting at the nearest bench as she sat in miserable hunger.
After about thirty minutes or so, she got up and decided to explore the city for a little bit. Who knows, maybe she could even make a friend along the way! After another hour, she had seen(but only saw, she couldn't afford much else) all of what Grassveil had to offer. The only thing left was the guild, but she was going to wait until she found a partner to join it. That was her dream, in fact, joining an exploration team and finding magnificent things with her best friends. But that would have to wait until she found a good friend. A true friend.
The Treecko wandered over to the cafe once again, but the smells only made her hunger worse. She decided to walk away from that particular shop. As she did, she clenched her eyes shut, which naturally resulted in bumping into someone.
God, how embarrassing.

Zion was minding his own business, looking at Feather Cafe sadly. There was a sign that said, "Closed for renovations" and that was one of the best places to get pokepuffs. "Please open again soon" he thought to himself. As he was staring at the sign, he felt someone bump into him, sending him face first into the ground.

Triona was only passing through, the little espurr glancing to the area around her as she didn't seem to pay much attention to the pokemon that would pass by her or whatever the daily business was. She might have stood out for the fact that she was never actually SEEN there before. But as it was...she could easily have been over-looked to.

She stopped though outside this one shop..."The Feather Cafe" it read. Funny...another sign said "Closed for renovations"...what could a shop that sold feathers and sweets need renovations for? Or...was it just a polite way of saying they were not going to open again? Her mind was dwelling on these questions, paying no mind to the other espurr and treeko not far form her..

Kimori felt her face flush with embarrassment as she saw the poor Espurr fall flat on the ground. "Oh my god, are you alright?" She quickly lent a hand to help the fluffy Pokemon up from the ground. While doing so, she couldn't help but look around to see if anyone saw. She didn't really notice anyone that saw her, but what she did see was another Espurr. This other Pokemon seemed a bit out of place, even more so than usual. Because Espurrs were kinda rare around this area from what she gathered, and maybe it was the fact that that was the second Espurr she'd seen in one minute. But back to the current problem.
"God... I am so so sorry. Um... What's your name by the way? I'm Kimori." She gave an extremely awkward laugh.

Zion pushed himself up slowly and turned his head to look at the pokemon who had knocked into him. She was holding out her hand to help him and had said she was sorry. She had also asked for his name, saying that hers was Kimori. "Zion." He said shyly, as he quickly stood up and put a noticeable distance between himself, Kimori, and, as he checked, the other Espurr that was nearby. He then saw that his ribbon fell off and was right in front of Kimori. "What do I do? What do i do? What do I do?!" he frantically thought to himself, tempted to go nearer to retrieve it. He cursed his shyness for possibly the millionth time. He almost instantly forgot that he was knocked to the ground and was covered in dust, rocks and grass in his fur while his fur itself was sticking out every which way.

Eventually, her eyes glanced over to the other two pokemon...a treeko and another espurr. What was going on with hem? They both seem flustered...and the espurr was staring at the ribbon on the ground in front of the treeko. Did he want that ribbon and she didn't know he was to nervous to get it? At least...the look in his eyes gave off an air of nervousness. Or maybe it was shyness....Triona always had a hard time telling the difference between the two.

As it was...she edged a little closer to the two, her eyes looking between them and the ribbon...if he didn't get it...and the treeko was to talkative about how sorry she was..she could step in to get it. Or...maybe just help brush off all the dust and rocks in the espurr's fur.

The small Treecko looked at this Espurr, thinking that he could be either overly cautious or very very shy. She hoped it was the former, because then she could at least prove that she was no threat. He said his name was... Zion? She took a slow step towards Zion, almost stepping on the scarf. The scarf that she didn't exactly notice, or she would have given it to him.

"Hello, Zion! It's nice to meet you. I've never seen an Espurr in person before!"

Zion looked in alarm as Kimori and the Espurr came closer but resisted the urge to take a step back. Instead, he gathered his courage and slowly came up to Kimori, keeping a wary eye on the two other pokemon. Wen he was close enough, he grabbed his ribbon, shook it out, and wrapped it around his neck. I'll put it back on my tail later. He thought to himself. When he heard Kimori saying how it was nice to meet him and never seeing an Espurr in person before, he giggled a little, finding the circumstances a little funny. He then nodded in acknowledgement, took a step back, and turned to the other Espurr in the area. "What's your name?" his voice was quiet so he feared that the Espurr didn't hear him.

She watched the espurr pick up the ribbon...stopping as she glanced away. Well....at least hegot it on hisown. She would have turned to walk away....if she didn't hear a faint voice ask for her name. She stopped mid-turn to watchthe espurr....he was asking her of her name? All she did was approach a bit....perhaps that was her mistake. Eitherway....She turned back to face the two pokèmon, looking between them before her soft, sweet voice spoke, though it was so light it could easily be overlooked or not heard "Triona..."

She looked at the two Espurrs interact with each other. As she did, she noticed that she really couldn't tell them apart, except for Zion's ribbon. And, of course, this was because they were the same kind of Pokemon, so that was to be expected. Both of their voices were soft and quiet, but Kimori heard the female Espurr speak her name, Triona.

"Hello Triona. I'm Kimori." She introduced herself to Triona, hoping she wouldn't startle her with her loud-in-comparison voice.

Zion nodded at the soft name he heard come from the Espurr, then flinched a little hearing Kimori's loud voice right next to him, reminding him that he was a little too close for comfort with the Treeko. He placed a little more distance between them, not liking loud noises right next to his ear, and then said to Triona, "I'm Zion." He tried to speak a little louder than before but, even to his own ears, he failed miserably, the volume remaining almost the same. He then felt the rocks in his fur and attempted to get them out.

She nods to Kimori, not seeming to be the least bit bothered by her louder voice, unlike the male espurr beside her who seemed to retreat away from the sound. Her eyes looked to him next as he spoke his name...Zion. Kimori and Zion....both were nice names. Zion seemed to be physically trying to speak louder...but he just seemed to not be able to, or was too nervous to even do so. Was there something Kimori did? Did Triona do something?

Oh well..

When Zion began to try and get the rocks out of his fur...Triona decided to step over and begin to help. She knew how annoying rocks could be to get out...and was well practiced at getting them out. She figured that the least she could do is help get the rocks out so he would be more comfortable faster. Maybe that was why he was so quiet? Because he was uncomfortable? As it was...it was likely becoming more obvious that Triona was not shy or nervous in the least. Just...quiet.

Zion was too busy pulling a very stubborn rock out of his fur when Triona's paws were suddenly helping pull the rocks out. He was surprised but the help was not unwelcome. "Thanks." Zion had given up, for now, trying to speak louder. With the help of Triona's experienced paws, the rocks were removed at a fairly moderate pace. As Zion moved his paws upwards, he quickly dusted off his ears  and went to work pulling the smaller, but very uncomfortable, pebbles out of his long cheek fur. He was still a little tense being so close to other pokemon, but it wasn't as bad as before. "Maybe I could open up to them someday, If I ever see them again after today." He thought with a slight smile.

Kimori stood off awkwardly to one side, watching Triona help clean up Zion's fur. It was at this moment that she was intensely glad that she didn't have fur, as it seemed really hard to keep clean and untangle. She also decided that she would try to speak a little softer. Poor Zion seemed startled by her voice, which really wasn't very loud, but certainly was much louder than both Espurrs' voices. It was then that she remembered how hungry she was, an embarrassingly loud rumble coming from her stomach.

"Um...do any of you know where I can eat? For cheap? I'm.. Uh.. I'm really hungry. Sorry if I'm being rude..."
An awkward laugh.

Triona helped Zion clean his fur still, even at his cheek fur. There was likely the worst to get anything stuck in...as it seemed the long fur would easily get tangled in all sorts of directions if not careful. She found that out with a gummi the hard way...

When Kimori asked about food...Triona looked to her before back at the forest..she knew berries and other foods came from there, as she wasn't so interested in buying anything. In fact...she didn't have anything to buy WITH. It would do her no good anyways with how much she wanders...plus it wasn't like she would really want to speak to another pokemon about what she wanted to eat when she could easily just go find it.
