| A hooded figure trudged through the muddy marsh, the bottom of its cloak partially sunk in the dank water. Every now and then it'd stop to look at the surrounding area. It's red eyes seemed to glow underneath the hood of its cloak. The marsh around it was filled with noise, despite the sun having set quite a while ago. The figure stood there as it listened to the different noises. Gurgles, croaks, and chirps (much like crickets), the marsh was like nature's orchestra.
The the hooded figure was not here to admire the music presented to it. Instead it was here looking for something a bit more physical. It trudged forward, adding the sloshing sound of its own feet moving through the muddy water of the marsh to its symphony.

The little Aron had been to this marsh before. It was... an experience, to say the least, but he still wasn't entirely happy about the way things turned out. There was no way he could consider himself exploration team material if he couldn't get through a place like this. Milt was determined to get through this dungeon. Maybe it wouldn't be able to go through all of it, seeing as he couldn't swim, and most of the water was deep enough to go over his head, but he would at least do the best he could.
Milt was prepared this time around though. He had a few items to help keep his energy up so he wouldn't get tired like last time. It was a good thing too, seeing as he wasn't alone. In the distance, Milt could make out a hooded figure, walking through the water. Were they friendly? Maybe the pokemon was an outlaw in hiding. That would explain the cloak. Curious, Milt decided to follow, keeping to the marsh grass and solid ground, only stepping into the water when it was absolutely necessary.

| The figure continued his way through the marsh, audibly breathing as he waded through the muddy waters. As he went, he came upon a deeper part of the swamp. Grabbing the bag he hold, the figure lifted it over his head as he walked chest deep in the water, his cloak trailing behind him like an inky shadow. Even after having evolved, he still couldn't believe how difficult simply traversing this marshland was. It was like trying to fight the ground and water pulling you in whichever direction they wished. | |

| Milt actually did a pretty good job of remaining silent, out of sight, and keeping up with the pokemon. His size was a huge help with that, only being a little more than a foot off the ground. He kept close until the marsh became deeper. With a quiet sigh, Milt was forced to stick to the land and shallow areas, making him veer away from the mysterious pokemon. He would occasionally lose sight of him between the swamp grass, but Milt was still able to follow him for the most part.

| Akuroma panted softly as he waded out of the water, his cloak drenched. The Gallade pulled the cloak off, tying it around his waist before he began to continue on, showing off his odd coloring of grey and gold. Now where to look for some potential prey, the Gallade thought to himself as he looked around, his white skin seeming to glow in the soft moonlight blanketing the marsh. - Dracorexion carried out 10 launched of one Cattail Marsh :

| Who was that pokemon? Milt had never seen one like that before, and was oblivious to how much of a threat the fighting-type was to him. Living almost his entire life in the Black Spear Mountain Range, the Aron didn't know much about other pokemon, save for the ones that lived there, and those who hired his father.
Milt just watched the pokemon, unsure of what he was up to, just standing around. He couldn't even read his expression, thanks to the terrain. He tried getting closer, moving silently through the marsh grass.

| Akuroma looked around and found himself a Greninja and two Froakie wandering about in the soft moonlight of the dungeon. Kneeling down, the Gallade stalked the water types, keeping himself under the shadow of the tail cattails. As he drew near, Akuroma spied a bag one of the Froakie were carrying. Akuroma smirked, keeping close to the trio as they moved along. When the Gallade felt he was close enough, he charged forward, snatching the bag from the Froakie and continuing to run. While he was wanting to battle the Greninja, he wanted to get to someplace more open, with less water to block him. The water types, however, weren't about to let him get away. Akuroma jumped sideways as a pair of Water Pulses slammed into the ground next to him. The Gallade used his long legs to his advantage, able to jump over logs and rocks with ease to try and slow down the pursuing Pokemon. | Milt's eyes went wide as he saw what happened. That pokemon was a thief! Heart pounding, the Aron did his best to keep up, while still avoiding deep water. Because of this, Milt quickly lost the group of pokemon, but he could still hear them for a bit longer, and tried to pick up the pace. He couldn't let that thief get away! He may not be an exploration team yet, but he could still do something! - TheRussBuss carried out 1 launched of one Cattail Marsh :

| Akuroma looked back slightly, smirking as he saw the three Pokemon still chasing after him. He had to give it to them, they were persistent. However, the Gallade was planning on it. Akuroma began to slow his run slightly, letting the Water types gain on him. He then jumped forward, turning so that his feet landed on the side of a tree. Letting his body bend towards the tree, the Gallade used himself as a spring, launching back towards the Greninja and Froakie.
Akuroma swung his fist forward, electricity erupting from it as he slammed it into the Greninja's face. The water type flew backwards with Akuroma. The Gallade pushed downwards, slamming the Greninja into the ground before he slammed his feet into the Water type's chest and stomach, riding it several feet until they skid to a halt.

| On his way to the scene of the fight, Milt came across a Power Band, snagged on a low tree branch. It looked slightly weathered at the ends, but it was still wearable. Quickly, the Aron tied the fabric around his upper foreleg, like an armband, feeling a brief surge of strength. Once that was over, he hurried over to the scene of the fight. Milt arrived just in time to see Akuroma's Thunder Punch.
This pokemon was powerful, he could tell, maybe too powerful for him to take on, but... He couldn't just stand there! Conflicted, Milt could only watch the fight go on from the shadows.

| Akuroma walked off the Greninja, smirking at the Froakie. "You're next" the Gallade asked as he walked over to the Pokemon. However, the Gallade blinked, realizing one of the Froakie had disappeared. It was then that a Frogadier jumped out of the muddy ground behind the Gallade. Akuroma turned as he swung his fist out, only to have it frozen by the Fragadier's ice beam.
The Gallade growled, slamming his other fist into the ground, large pointed stones erupting out towards the Frogadier. The Water type jumped back, attempting to dodge the advancing Stone Edge attack. However, as it did so, Akuroma jumped over the stones, slamming his frozen fist into the Frogadier's head, the ice cracking until his hand broke through and slammed directly into the Water type.
(note that the Frogadier is not the one I rolled in the trawl orbs, I simply evolved the Froakie)

Milt had to admit he was impressed. This pokemon knew a variety of moves, but it didn't look like an electric-type or a rock-type. If anything it was probably a... The little Aron swallowed. Was... Was this pokemon a fighting-type? Not only were fighting type moves super effective against steel-types, but rock-types too, and Milt was both of those! He'd faint faster than he could blink if he got hit with one of those moves. But... he still didn't know if this pokemon knew ant fighting-type moves. It hadn't used any yet. The Aron grit his teeth and dragged his metal paw through the mud. Was there anythingthing he could do?
Of course there was! He could strike while the thief was focused on the Frogadier. Even if he could just land one attack, it could make all the difference. Milt's head began to glow blue as he rushed out from the tall grass. He'd throw everything he had into this one attack, and he could feel extra power course through him as the Power Band took affect. As he closed the gap between himself and the thief, Milt's entire body was covered in a blue and white aura, making it look like he was lit ablaze with a blue fire. He lunged and let out a lout cry as he aimed for the pokemon's side.

| Akuroma looked over as he saw an Aron charging at him. Why was such a small Pokemon wanting to try and attack him? The Gallade shrugged, turning towards the Steel type as his hand began to glow white. The Gallade waited for the Aron's approach before he chopped at the Aron, using his Brick Break to make sure the Pokemon wouldn't try attacking him again. It was high time that the Gallade made his leave. With Pokemon such as the Aron beginning to try and intervene, Akuroma would end up in a war of attrition, which even he couldn't last forever. | |

| Akuroma blinked, staring down at the now half buried Aron. One hit? Just one single hit was enough? The Steel type must have been incredibly under powered compared to the Gallade. Ah well, at least that gave him a moment to rest before more Pokemon tried to swarm him. Akuroma plopped down on a nearby stump, beginning to munch on a Sitrus berry.
Akuroma leaned back, remembering the time he once came here with Enzu. That felt so distant now, and Akuroma was sure the Pawniard wouldn't approve of the Gallade's new passion for stealing. Akuroma looked over at the unconscious Aron, "I'd wake up soon before you sink down into the water," the Gallade said before tossing the core of the Sitrus berry at the little Steel type.
