» Personality: A young innocent little ball of tissue, Shinka is very young, though not freshly hatched, he does not understand much of the world around him and is generally focused on 'Mammy', 'Spoop', 'Cupcake', and 'Cluckoo' and being around them, 'Mammy' most of all. He believes 'Mammy' to be his biological mother, completely ignoring the fact that 'Mammy' is not quite physically capable of being his mother. His dialogue can be a bit broken and mispronounced, and he has difficulty understanding big words. He is, quite literally, a child. The Goomy is a curious one, and when Mammy isn't around to keep his attention, he tends to wander off unless there's something else to keep his mind set to the spot.

» Likes:
Cupcakes - No this is not here simply because it's his favorite food. He has an unhealthy obsession with Cupcakes. He loves those things to death, whoever has the cupcake, is who he follows, not including 'Mammy'. He associates Cupcakes with Eevees, and usually either names them something cupcake related or asks them for cupcakes on the spot.

Family - Yes this is rather obvious choice, but the Goomy has an unhealthy obsession with family as well. He does not know his biological family, considering he wandered away when he was too young to remember, but considers 'Mammy', 'Spoop', 'Cupcake', and 'Cluckoo' to be his family...once again even though they are not physically capable of being a biological family. They are the first thing he follows...okay well second to cupcakes, but Mammy is still the supreme one to follow.

Anything that looks remotely like a Eevee - Fox, dog, and feline based pokemon or even pokemon that share similar traits with an eevee is pretty much as instant as Cupcakes when earning this little goomy's badge of trust. Due to the eevee he encountered early in his life, he feels that all that are like that eevee are similar to it.

» Dislikes:

Thunder - All of those days alone in the den have really gotten to him, he has no idea what this strange noise is, and freezes up upon hearing it or anything similar to it and may break down a tad bit.

Electric Pokemon - Although he has yet to encounter one in his life, when he does he will begin to associate them with the Thunder that the storms bring, causing rather large distrust and general fear of electric types that can make that noise. This goes hand in hand with the dislike above.

'Taffy's - Pokemon that act big and tough but are all talk and no bite. This nickname is given to those pokemon that are bullying or putting the Goomy down in any way. The name is an insult the goomy came up with, and generally sums up anyone who hurts his family. Yes, friends he doesn't care as much about as he really only knows family rather than friends.

Being Denied - The goomy often gives others nicknames instead of using their real names. He doesn't care if your name is Sally, Suzie, George, Itsanbul, or Hamlet von Extravier the III, if you've been named Cuppins you're going to be called Cuppins. When others do not like his nicknames given, he often gets rather upset since he devises names specifically for that pokemon.

» History:
Sired by a Seviper and born from a Goodra in Cattail Marsh, the Goomy hatched though it did not take long for the Goomy to wander away. Seriously, he had barely hatched and wandered off. Before he could die a horrible painful death due to being an infant out in the wild on his own, an Eevee had discovered him. It didn't live in the marsh, but it decided to take care of the young pokemon. It hid him away in some den, trying to find his parents while coming back to take care of it each day. Each day, it brought cupcakes, or poffins, or some kind of sweet that made the goomy adore the eevee.

After a few years, the eevee stopped coming back one day, having fallen terribly ill and came back once recovered to find that the goomy was gone. It had assumed the worst and thought the goomy was dead. Shinka did not know why, or even understand what it was doing in the first place. He just knew that the daily supply of cupcakes had vanished.

He wandered away from the den, traveling through the marsh until he came across a group of explorers. An Archeops, a Glaceon, an Eevee, and a Honchkrow, each of which he had dubbed "Mammy", "Spoop","Cupcake", and "Cluckoo". The archeops had realized that the goomy was rather young, and decided to take him with him to find his mother, however she was not found. The archeops felt a bit responsible for the Goomy, especially since he was absolutely attached and convinced that the archeops was his mother.

The archeops got the help of the others in the group, and they all decided to raise Shinka, giving him his name, meaning "Simple Life", which had been a mash-up of a title of a legend the honchkrow had heard from his travels.

Mammy = Acro the Archeops
Spoop = Sova the Glaceon
Cupcake = Keith the Eevee/Jolteon
Cluckoo = Linus the Honchkrow

Yes I have permission to connect these characters to the goomy as half are mine and Sova even assisted in making this character.

Due to being rather young, he has very little development and history as well.
