| A pair of light green eyes blinked open and stared gently up at the wooden roof of their chosen resting place. There wasn't much else to see in the blackness, with the only light being a small sliver that filtered in through a crack in the wood. Nevertheless, Toriru Shiori couldn't help the small smile that spread across her features as she uncrossed her arms and shifted her position. She hadn't been found yet, which meant she could do some exploring on her own. Moving from where she was lying on her back with her feet pressed against the narrow walls of the box she had chosen as her hiding place, Shiori shifted to a crouch under the low wooden roof in order to have a better angle to push up at said 'roof' with one arm.
It had only been half a day or so ago, that Shiori had been wandering the busiest port of Reine Island...
The island was small, but that didnt stop large throngs of people from going about their daily business. As Shiori wandered along the docks of Reine Island, she could smell the delicate scents of cooking fish, as well as taste the salt of the ocean in the air. Sifting through the pockets of her pale blue jacket, Shiori wondered if she had enough beli to purchase some of that delicious smelling fish. There was nothing like fresh fish after all. Luckily, the money she'd gotten from lending a helping hand on the last ship she'd been on was more than enough to buy some food, and so Shiori sat at the small stall by the docks to enjoy her fish, not forgetting to thank the stall owner and praise his cooking. There really was nothing like fresh fish cooked on the docks. Shiori had been about to ask the cheerful man about the best fish to put in a spicy fish stew, when her ears picked up the subject of conversation of a duo that were passing by the stall.
"The Grand Line is still that far away?" A blonde haired man asked his friend, who had a nasty scar over his right eye that trailed over his nose before ending on his left cheek. The scarred man chuckled at the disappointment in the blonde's voice, clapping a hand on his shoulder.
"You should enjoy the peace whilst it lasts!" He laughed, "The Grand Line will run you ragged. It's a dangerous place." The young blonde's frown didn't leave his face as he replied, "But then why does everyone call it 'Paradise'?"
The older man with the scar burst out into a long, hearty laugh at the blonde's words, before their voices were lost in the crowds of Reine Island's port.
Shiori had wasted no time wolfing down the rest of her fish and yelling another thanks to the stall owner as she dashed off in the direction the duo had disappeared in. They weren't wearing navy uniforms, they'd been carrying various weaponry, and they were heading for the Grand Line, which suggested only one thing. "Pirates!" Shiori grinned to herself.
Shiori didn't have a ship of her own, and so for the time being she'd opted to use her 'skills' at stowing away on other ships to get her from place to place. Normally she'd find a way on board and hide until they were in open waters, at which point she'd explore the new ship before someone found her and then convince them to let her stay aboard rather than throw her off. Sometimes it was easy, sometimes it was a hard task that needed to be handled delicately. It all depended on the type of pirates. Luckily Shiori didn't mind swimming too much, and as long as she wasnt too far away from the port she'd left, she could make her way back towards the docks and try and find another ship. Or if the threat of being thrown overboard was too large, steal a rowing boat and row back.
These two pirates however, seemed like somewhat decent individuals. Shiori just hoped their captain was of the same attitude. You could never be sure after all.
Spotting the blonde haired man and the scarred man in the crowd, Shiori had followed them, watching as they stopped at a store to pick up some rum and sake before heading back to their ship.
The boat had a stag figurehead and Shiori had to admit that the antlers it possessed made it look rather formidable. The flag the ship was flying was black with a skull and crossbones, but the skull possessed the same antlers as the ship's figurehead.
Shiori had already decided that Reine Island was too small to find a crew of her own here, so someone else's ship would do just fine until she could acquire one. If the words of these pirates could be taken at face value, the entrance to the Grand Line was still weeks, if not months away anyway; plenty of time to find a ship of her own, and maybe even her own crew! Shiori's mind was so easily lead astray by thoughts and dreams of adventure ok the Grand Line, that she nearly missed her opportunity to sneak on board the deer-ship. The ship's crew had been noticably absent from the deck for the past few minutes and, upon realising this, Shiori took advantage of the gap in security to hop on board and duck through a few doors until she reached the cargo hold. Checking each of the various chests and boxes in the hold until she found one that was all but empty (if you ignored the few bottles of alcohol and a couple of bags of coins), Shiori clambered inside. It wasn't a tight squeeze and the young pirate-to-be had ample room to rearrange her position into something vaguely comfortable.
She had fallen asleep there, the comfort of the small space erasing any sense of danger that Shiori might have felt from hiding there as she waited for the ship to leave Reine Island.
The lid of the chest was opened just a crack but with practiced ease, making hardly a sound as Shiori's gaze scanned the area before her. Unfortunately what greeted her was nothing more than a stone wall, but there was still information to be gleaned from the sight. It definitely wasn't the same wall that she'd left behind when she'd first hidden in the wooden chest back in Reine Island's port, and Shiori couldn't help but wonder just how long she had been sleeping for. Peering over the edge of her box, Shiori noted that the other assorted boxes and crates laden with food and other stored goods were still here with her, but in a slightly different order to before.
Where on earth had the ship's stores been moved to?

| Caim, the false Captain of the Argosy class Merchant ship that had brought them through to South Blue wasn't particularly that far away from her current position. He tried his best to recall what had lead up to this... why they had mistaken himself and the crew for Pirates... he had no clue. Caim quietly glanced around the cell and the surrounding area, looking for any weak points in the structure he could abuse to try and break out. The bars of the cell seemed to somehow resist his power where as the walls were too strong to be brought down.
He looked outside the cell next, seeing the large amount of cargo that had been dumped outside. He could clearly see the Sheathe for Murasame amongst it, merely thrown to the side, shown no respect. Caim was of course furious at how disrespectful they had been to the Meito, but he decided to save his anger for later. From his current position he was unable to see the Pirate girl amongst the cargo.
Seeing that there was nothing he could do at the moment he merely decided to begin mentally planning out how he would be able to escape. "I clearly won't be able to get out of the Cell itself before the time of Execution comes... I'll have to make my move when they plan on Transferring me to the Execution Grounds. I'll have to quickly acquire Murasame and take them down, and then find a way to free the rest... I can't just leave them behind to rot." Caim thought, doing his best to try and plan out a sensible method of escaping his fate... the major question was, what next? Would he truly be able to get out of the entire base?
That much Caim wasn't sure of, he knew he had to try though, he had to try in order to protect his crew, that was his duty, and he didn't intend on failing as long as he remained alive.

| Shiori wasn't the type to lay around and wait when she wanted to know something, and so quietly opened the lid of the chest fully. Luckily the box she was located in had been placed on top and so there was no resistance as she created enough space for her to deftly hop out from the box and take a quick look around.
She wasn't sure what she had expected, but she found herself face to face with a line of prison cells, multiple pirates being contained within. Spotting the one with blonde hair and the one with the scar across his face being contained in a cell opposite the goods that had been stored on their ship, Shiori grinned and walked over to them as if they were old friends.
"What happened to you guys. I thought you were heading for the Grand Line," she chuckled good naturedly. The pirates seemed confused at the girl's friendly tone, as well as the fact that she'd just clambered out of their own storage. Some of them seemed to frown at the mention of the Grand Line, their dreams having been ruined by their imprisonment. "How on earth did you get-?" The blonde began in a hushed whisper, before the scarred individual interrupted him, more pressing matters on his mind as an idea came to him. "Nevermind that Durian. Young lady, can you get us out of here?"
Sitting cross legged in front of their cell, Shiori seemed not to notice the man kept in a cell by himself next to the one that contained Durian and his friend, though a number of other pirates in the cells around her seemed to turn their attention towards her and the scarred man at his question.
"Where is this?" Shiori asked them, waving a hand to indicate the prison area around her, "And how did you guys get locked up?" Always one for a story, these were the first questions on the brunette's mind as she considered the man's request.
Hurriedly, the duo began to explain, believing that their chance for escape had just clambered out of a box in front of them. "Carat Isle's marine base. We were chased and caught by-" A look of vague disappointment flashed across Shiori's gaze as her eyes moved to settle on Durian, interrupting the older pirate's words. "Nope, he's not a great storyteller. How about you?" She asked, pointing to the blonde.
Durian's amber eyes glanced hesitantly from Shiori to his friend, and to the corridor where the guards would come and go on their patrol. The scarred man nudged him gently and whispered urgently, "C'mon Du. The lady wants to hear a story, and this might be our only way out of here."
With some 'ushering' motions from his other crew mates, and an audible sigh from Durian himself, the blonde cleared his throat. "Uhm... we were about 6 hours out from Reine Island, the sea was kinda choppy but we have the some of the best navigators so that wasn't a problem." At that, a few of the individuals in the cells puffed their chests out with pride at their comrade's words. "I was on deck, Ackee here was with me and we were enjoying some of the sake we'd bought back in Reineport when we hear our man Gregorio yelling from the crow's nest. The wind's picked up a bit since we left port so it was hard to hear him at first, but he was pointing in front of us. We follow his pointing and lo and behold, there in front of us is a marine ship. Quickly, everyone's on deck and trying to change our course. Me and Ackee were in charge of taking in the sail with some of the other guys and then we had to try and row our way out. We thought we were gonna get away, but the marine ship was faster since we're not really all that used to rowing. They chased us toward some other ship, bigger than ours, before they caught up and attacked us. We tried to defend the Roe, but without the captain's strength it didn't go so well." Ackee winced from beside Durian, his hand immediately reaching for a cutlass that was no longer present - confiscated by the navy after they'd taken him into custody. "After they swarmed the boats they threw most of our crew in their makeshift prison and stole our supplies - uh - which I assume you're already familiar with." He scratched the back of his head as he remembered how confused he was by the girl's presence in their stored goods, but deigned not to mention it for now in case it risked their only chance for escape. "Anyway we were transferred down here along with our stores when their ship reached Carat Isle. Mentioned something about it saving space by being down here for the time being."
Throughout the story, Shiori had been grinning and giving Durian all her attention, clinging on his every word but never interrupting his tale. At the end of his recounting of their experiences, she let her imagination run wild with the possibilities of it's ending. "Well, it would definitely be a more exciting story if you guys escaped," she smiled absentmindedly, not noticing the quiet echoes of footsteps moving towards the cells as the guards began their patrol again. But Shiori wasn't done asking questions. "What's your captain like? Why did you want to go to the Grand Line?"
At the latter question, a number of the pirates seemed eager to input their opinions as they began to describe their various dreams and reasons for wanting to go to the Grand Line. Shiori even got a few small tidbits about how much they looked up to their captain. These really weren't your stereotypical pirates who lived only to ruin the lives of others. They were similar to herself, living for the adventure. She could certainly respect that, she thought with a smile.
The rising level of voices seemed to draw the attention of the approaching guard, whose footsteps quickened at the change in attitude from the pirates.

| Caim was Admittedly a little surprised at the arrival of a Girl, well, not arrival, more so the revelation of her presence. Either way how she got here didn't matter, the chance that she'd be able to let everyone out was the matter of importance. Caim listened to the conversation regarding what had happened, at this point he understood they must have been pirates from the ship that had fled from the marines. "That explains the misunderstanding that occurred regarding our ship... the Marines apparently mistook the ship you found yourselves heading towards for your Mother Ship, your captain not being present must have reinforced that notion" Caim commented, figuring that it would have been relatively appropriate to do so.
He heard a comment about escape, which did partially feel reassuring, that might indicate that she would be letting himself and his crew out as well. However he also heard the sound of footsteps approaching... A patrol no doubt. "Everyone be quiet... Footsteps... Probably a guard patrol. They may have the keys, meaning if your friend here can deal with them we can get out of here." Caim spoke, trying to get straight to the point. Of course he could make use of the power of the Yowayowa Fruit to acquire the keys, it wouldn't be of much use to him from this angle and there would be no guarantee that he or his crew would be let out as well.

| The revelation of the lone man's role in the story of the pirate's capture only served the intrigue Shiori further. However she was quickly distracted by the answers to her questions being given from various pirates in the room. From her position cross legged on the floor of the prison area, Shiori turned to listen intently to each of their words, her smile only growing with each response.
Everyone fell abruptly silent as Caim alerted them to the presence of the approaching footsteps. Even Shiori hopped to her feet, quickly ducking behind one of the piles of the stores that had been taken from the Red Roe's hold.
Two guards rounded the corner and wandered up to the cells, checking that all the prisoners were accounted for. "What are you all so happy about?" One of them asked, having heard the cheerful tones of their voices as they'd been detailing their ambitions to the strange girl. Some shuffled awkwardly in their cells, as if realising how foolish it was to get excited about a dream that you could never accomplish from within prison. None seemed to intend on answering until they realised the guards weren't going to leave until they did. "Nothing. We were reminiscing," the scarred man, Ackee, finally replied with a glare.
"Well you can do plenty of reminiscing in Impel Down after your captain has been executed. So quiet down," the guard frowned.
Shiori vaguely listened to the exchange from behind the boxes, but the marine guards didn't get to say much more as she used one of the boxes in front of her to propel herself towards the first guard. As she somersaulted towards them, Shiori used the skills her mentors had taught her to manipulate the water in the air and generate a powerful wave that impacted the guard's back along with her feet, sending him crashing stomach first into the kairoseki bars of the cells in front of him before he slid to the ground, winded.
Landing neatly on her feet, Shiori turned her attention back to the second guard who was drawing the gun he kept at his side. In seconds, she had darted towards him. A gunshot rang out, the guard attempting to defend himself. The shot had intended to be a killing shot, and as such, in her mind's eye, Shiori had detected this. Dodging to the side just in the nick of time, the bullet merely shaved the ends off a few of her hairs before she roundhouse kicked the second guard into the wall with the same wave of manipulated water that had taken out the first guard.
One of the pirates in the cells opposite the fight flinched as the bullet embedded itself in the wall beside him, realising how close to killing him it had been.
Shiori turned to the pirate, who had paled considerably, with an apologetic smile on her face. "Sorry! I didn't know he'd have a gun," she apologised before hopping over to Caim's cell and grinning at the man inside. "Thanks for the warning there, mister. Who're you?" She asked, genuinely curious about the man. He hadn't needed to warn her; she could have probably taken care of the guards warning or no warning, but he had still chosen to do so and as such Shiori was grateful.
(*Note: I decided to name their ship the Red Roe. Just making that clear xD)

| Caim merely sat back and watched at how well she dealt with the duo of Guards with relative ease, without even utilizing a weapon what so ever. He had actually taken advantage of the situation, having utilized the powers of the Yowayowa Fruit to take away the winded Guards Flintlock, pulling it through the bars. Caim carefully examined the weapon... it seemed to be of a design that he had not encountered before. From what he could tell it appeared to be a .44 Flintlock Revolver with capacity for rapid fire, something that certainly could be of use, resulting in him putting it away in an internal pocket of his jacket.
When the girl came over to his Cell and spoke towards him, Caim merely nodded at first in response to her thanks. "Thyodor Caim, I worked as the Helmsman for the trading ship the Marines mistook for a Pirate vessel and wielder of Murasame, one of the twenty one O Wazamono grade swords" Caim answered, giving as sensible an answer as possible, wanting to provide as much of a reason for being let out as he could, he figured the mention of being a Meito wielder would help.

| "What does O Wazamono mean?," asked Shiori, her head tilting ever so slightly to the side out of curiosity, before quicky shaking her head and realising there were more pressing questions she should be asking.
"If you're just a merchant helmsman and not a pirate, then why didn't you tell the marines? You wouldn't be here if they knew you were innocent. Where's your captain?" She asked him, her curious green gaze watching for his reactions and answers to her questions.
The pirates in the other cells had remained silent. It was accurate to assume that they hadn't expected such a display of strength from the stranger, no less a teenager, and a girl at that. Some were stunned into silence, whilst others watched, quietly paying attention whilst Shiori conversed with Caim, hoping the helmsman would bring them closer to getting let out of their prison.
Shiori herself had temporarily forgotten about her commitment to letting them out of the cells and was instead intent on knowing more about this man. He hadn't spoken up like some of the other prisoners when she'd asked about the Grand Line, and so this culminated into a final question, not missing a beat between her former questions and this last one. "Why should I free you?"
The girl's green eyes bore into Caim as she waited for his answers, waiting to pass her personal judgement on the helmsman as she had already done on the pirates locked in the adjacent cells. Something in her gut told her this man was someone to be trusted, which only served to make her all the more curious about him.

| She wasn't aware of the grades of Meito? That was something that should not have surprised Caim, considering her lack of a sword what so ever. He quickly understood that it wasn't time for that as she moved on to the next question. "They wouldn't listen... They planned to execute the him, something I could not allow... The marines believe that in truth I am the captain, I could not just allow them to murder an innocent with children and a family" He answered, showing how far he was willing to go to protect his crew, regardless of the danger.
Her next questions was why should she free him... Now what would be the most appropriate response at this moment in time... That was the major question. He could have just taken the keys with his Power but that would probably have been a major negative... And yet what was there he could tell her? In the end he merely let off a sigh... He'd decided on having to bring out some information he had originally not intended to share. Unlike the people here, I wield the power of a Devil Fruit, one that would make escaping by sea or land much easier. I wield the power of telekinesis over inanimate objects, including Cannon and Flintlock fire. I also still have people that I need to protect... I'd rather die than stand aside and watch as the innocent members of the crew suffer when there is a possibility that I can ensure they escape from this" Caim responded, his logic was actually quite sensible here as he was giving a major point which could influence the choice.

| Shiori's expression remained stoic, her eyes glued to Caim until he finished speaking, at which point her expression slowly broadened into a cheerful grin.
"Alright then," she smiled. "Oh, but one condition," she added as she took a step back from Caim's cell, "You totally have to show me those powers at some point. Deal?"
With that she leaped forward and launched a water powered kick at the cell's lock. Blinking as the stone absorbed the shock without a scratch, Shiori chuckled. "Sea stone. I guess I should'a known. Ah well."
With a shrug she instead turned to rifle through the pockets of the guards she had made quick work of previously. She found the keys on the guy who had nearly blown her head to pieces and held them up with a cheerful smile. The pirates in the surrounding cells let out a cheer at the acquisition of the keys and Shiori made her way back to the cells, unlocking Caim's first before moving on to unlock the others.
With a collective whoop of joy, the pirates made their way out if their cells, stretching their limbs and clapping hands on Shiori's shoulder in thanks to the youngster who had freed them. "Not bad for a girl," commented the scarred man as he and his blonde friend stepped out of their cell, "But what I still don't understand is how you got into our stuff in the first place..."
Shiori chuckled at the thought and reached up reflexively to her ponytail and the ribbon that kept her hair there, "Uh, about that..." With a small shake of his head, Ackee burst out into a hearty laugh much like the one Shiori had first heard back in Reine Island's port. "I'm sure no one will mind. You saved our asses just now after all. What's your name?"
Before Shiori could answer, the distinct ringing sound of a den den mushi could be heard, causing majority of the pirates to quiet down once again. The ringing was coming from the pocket of the marine guard that Caim had stolen the gun from.

| So it had worked in his favour, admitting his Telekinetic capacity, that much was most certainly a great start. As she let him out of his Cell Caim nodded out of appreciation before heading out of the Cell, towards the cargo that had been left there. His immediate reaction was to pick up Murasame's Sheath, inspecting it for any damage caused by those idiotic Marines. All seemed well so he drew the Blade from it's Sheath, now examining the Sword itself for damage caused by them.
Once again all seemed well, a good sign... If they had caused damage to his Meito things would not be pretty to say the least. "It would be dishonourable to not do so considering you let me out, so yes, it's a deal" Caim spoke in order to respond to her original question, having delayed it due to wanting to check his equipment first. When he heard what he assumed was a Den Den Mushi ring He understood what he had to do, he'd have to answer it in the guards place.
Quietly he took the small Den Den Mushi from one of the Unconcious Guards and answered appropriately, trying to make it seem as if he really was the guard, and for the moment it seemed to be working. "We need you to secure the prison as soon as possible, We have a pirate ship heading towards the Base, seeming to be of the same affiliation of the previously captured Vessel, coming to free them no doubt" A Marine spoke via the Den Den Mushi, to be met with a simple affirmative by Caim.
When the Marine hung up Caim looked back to the pirates, this was going perfectly. "Pirates are heading this way, we can make use of the confusion to get out of here much easier now considering they will be focusing most of their Resources on defending against the oncoming enemy. That or once we are well enough equipped we can join the conflict in order to catch the Marines in a Pincer movement, your call, although I'd suggest the former." Caim said towards the group, trying to keep the options sensible regarding the current situation.

| The uneasy silence that had settled amongst the pirates at the ringing sounds had quickly subsided and their voices rang out in cheers once again as they listened to the words coming from the yellow skinned den den mushi.
"The captain has come to save us!" Called out one of the pirates in his glee, throwing an arm around his closest comrade.
Shiori couldn't help but grin and join in with their impromptu celebration. The joy that the Stag Pirates were experiencing knowing that they were safe with their captain approaching was becoming rather contagious as the brunette found herself dancing and whooping along with Durian and other members of the crew as if she had always been a part of them. It didnt seem to cross their minds that other guards or passing marines might hear them if they continued to be as loud as they were.
Before anyone else could make a comment or suggestion pertaining to Caim's two suggested plans, Ackee had raised an arm, throwing his fist in the air. "We're not just gonna leave our comrades to fight this battle alone!" He called out, hoping to get a rise of agreement out of his ship mates. He needn't have worried, as nearly everyone was of similar mind, despite how easy it would be to slip away and escape whilst most of the marines stationed in the base were called to defend the island from the main forces of the priates.
One of the more hesitant individuals coughed as if clearing their throat, attempting to draw everyone else's attention. "That's all very well, but how are we going to fight without our weapons?" The nervous pirate asked, twiddling his thumbs. He didn't like being in the spotlight, the centre of everyone's attention, but felt that it was an important enough point to be brought up before they rushed into something they regretted. Murmurs of realisation seemed to spread through the crew, even Ackee reaching for his absent cutlass once again before speaking up to re-instill the courage into his friends.
"Our weapons are around here somewhere! We'll just have to take them back!" he grinned, a determined look in his brown eyes. The scarred man certainly had some charisma to be able to lead his fellow pirates in their time of need, and Shiori found herself grinning along with the various strangers, an arm looped around Durian's shoulders from where they had danced in celebration of the news of their captain's arrival.
"I'll help you find your weapons!" she promised with a wide smile, unlooping her arm from the blonde's shoulders as he did the same from hers. The pirates seemed somewhat glad that she had offered her help, especially since some of them couldn't fight at all until their regained their weaponry, though the young teenager was more than happy to offer her services in the name of adventure.
Shiori then turned to Caim, curious to his intentions. "You coming too, Caim?" she asked, realising that the helmsman didn't have much of a commitment to these pirates other than the small deal he had made with Shiori a few minutes previous.

| Caim found himself letting off a slight chuckle due to the celebratory reaction the pirates had let off in response to the knowledge of more pirates heading this way, it was relatively understandable if not a little premature. Caim admittedly did not join in with the celebration, trying to remain focused on the fact that they were still in a marine base and most of them lacked any form of armament whatsoever. Caim couldn't claim to be hugely surprised that the pirates wanted to join the battle, but when it was spoken that they lacked weaponry, Caim merely nodded.
"It does make sense that they would have confiscated your Weaponry, leaving a bunch of swords with pirates probably would not be the safest thing they could do. Either way... if you wish to fight you will have to make Use of what we can Acquire... Decide amongst yourselves who would be best suited for the first weapon, These two won't need them anytime soon" Caim commented, motioning to the two unconscious Marines as he did so to emphasize his point. It seemed as if he had not even needed to speak due to the response of them wanting to take their weapons back, that much he understood, but how did they intend to do so?
When the Girl that had broken the group out spoke of assisting and then asked Caim if he would as well, he took a moment to decide. "The Ships Crew were not down here... I have to find them and I believe providing what assistance I can while looking for them would be sensible, I'll provide what help I can. Now then, if I may make a suggestion, it may be best to split up into two groups to expand our search area, meaning that we should in the very least split those who can fight effectively right now equally between those groups. Since I have my Meito with me I can assist with one group where as your friend here who still hasn't introduced herself can assist the other Caim answered, once again proposing a plan of action that could be taken, running around like headless Chickens would do nothing but cause ones own demise, that much could not be afforded.

| Durian wandered over to the second fallen guard and scooped up his weapon, searching his unconscious form for any ammunition that might come in handy before turning back to the main group.
"Oi, Kian," he called, before throwing the gun towards the nervous looking individual from before, "You should take it. You're our best shot after all." The man caught it with surprising ease despite how he fumbled with it once he realised the role that placed him in. He was silent for a moment, letting Caim and the others talk amongst themselves.
Shiori absentmindedly patted the sides of her pale blue coat, checking that her precious throwing knives were still with her. Feeling the metal against her, she nodded quietly to herself, feeling secure now that she had confirmed that fact.
At Caim's last few words, Shiori found herself distracted from her thoughts with a chuckle, a small apology rolling from her lips. "Sorry about that!" She chuckled, "Toriru Shiori. Pleased to meet you all!" Durian and Ackee formally introduced themselves too before a small voice sounded once again.
"Um, pardon me for intruding again," Kian spoke up, this time diverting his eyes to the new revolver in his hands, "But isn't it a bit reckless to split what little fighting forces we have when we have no idea what were getting into." He paused, referring to Caim's suggested plan, before quickly adding, "Not that I don't think your friends should be rescued," he waved his hands in front of himself as if trying to make that absolutely clear, "I just don't want any of us to get hurt or recaptured because we didn't think it through."

| For the moment during which they were acquiring a weapon similar to the one Caim had collected, Caim was completely silent, trying to recall any possible information regarding the layout of the structure. He was unable to recall anything major, although it didn't matter right now. He merely gave a nod towards the Girl as she spoke...Toriru Shiori... A name he had never heard before. He also quietly listened as one mentioned that his suggested plan of action could be viewed as reckless... if it was any other situation Caim would have agreed.
"It could be considered reckless, however in this situation not as much. The Marines will be focused primarilly on defending against the incoming assault from the sea... Not from within. We have the advantage of the element of surprise, they have no clue that we are free... We should make as good use of it as we can. If we split into two groups we can strike two locations simultaneously, meaning the enemy will be split three ways, most likely spread thin between trying to defend key internal positions and against the Sea bound strike. In other words, we will have to fight less opponents than if we all moved as one large group and we will be less susceptible to being surrounded" Caim spoke in order to respond, completely understanding how it was so reckless, but also explaining how it was a good option to take at this moment in time.

| Kian fell silent with a small nod. It appeared that Caim's explanation satisfied him and his doubts, at least enough to go along with his plan. Ackee turned to Caim and clapped a hand on his shoulder with a grin. "You've got hell of a head on your shoulders. I doubt any of us would have even considered that," he praised the helmsman before releasing Caim's shoulder and returning back to the crew, calling for anyone who could fight without a weapon to step forward.
Shiori glanced from Kian, to Ackee before her green gaze finally rested on Caim once again. The smile that tugged at her features refused to leave as she stood watching events unfold around her.
As the Stag Pirates finally seemed to organise themselves into two groups; Durian with Caim and Ackee and Kian in Shiori's group, the tawny haired girl finally called out, causing the general chatter to fall silent.
"Alright everyone! What are we waiting for? Let's go!" She grinned, causing the crew to cheer once again (or maybe it was more of a battle cry?) before they all moved to leave, heading down the only direction that was available with the promise of freedom - and no doubt a heartfelt reunion with their captain - should they succeed.
Shiori kept herself close to the front of the throng of pirates-plus-one-helmsman as they made their way along the now empty cell block and prison corridor, toward what they would later discover was the guard post. There were six guards in total, already alert and waiting for them due to the group's unmistakably loud footsteps. They had first been alerted when they had tried to raise their friends on the den den mushi, but no one had picked up. The large number of footsteps trampling down the echoing, underground corridors towards them only served to confirm the prisoners' escape. The guards were poised with their weapons directed to the oncoming pirates, three with slender swords, two with loaded guns as they tried to uphold the justice that their organisation so craved. The final guard, standing taller and bulkier than the others, possessed no weapon except his fists and cracked his knuckles with a bloodthirsty grin.
Kian made to aim his newly gained revolver as pirate and marine moved to collide in the narrow passageway, but Shiori held out her arm to indicate for him to stop. Flashing him a small smile she turned her attention back to the guards. "Don't waste the bullets," she murmured gently, preparing to move as she spotted one of the opposing gun wielders readying to pull the trigger. The three swordsmen also began to quicken their advance, believing themselves to hold an advantage over the weaponless pirates.
