| Lapis really took her time with traveling. She was in no rush. Her parents wouldn't arrive at Rainfront for another month; she had plenty of time. As long as the Goomy made it to Grassveil and formed a team in time to greet their arrival, she was fine with however long it took her to make it there in the first place.
She began thinking about someone she had met earlier. Every time she set out, she met a kind pokemon of a species she'd never seen before, and none of the same. The last one she met claimed to be a rare one of his kind, a different sort of color. He said that others of his species weren't as light as he. What he said kind of made Lapis curious. She died herself blue, so did that make her any more special?

| Ramira had taken an official break from being in Shadowhue. There were too many things going on at once in there, and it was driving her mad. So she got out and went to Pecha instead. Because that seemed natural to her. 'Nothing wrong with switching dungeons,' She thought. 'Not like I'll meet a Haxorus or something.' The Zorua added thoughtfully. Not noticing the Goomy nearby as she entered, she continued to walk, cloak and scarf flowing gently in the breeze. | |

| Lapis snapped out of her thoughts as she noticed a fox-like pokemon go by. Immediately, she increased the rate at which her foot pushed her small round body across the earthy ground, leaving a small transparent blue trail behind her. Her attenae pressed against the back of her head in the effort. Although she couldn't match the speed of legged animals, she could really glide for a slug-like creature.

Ramira sniffed the air for a second, trying to catch a scent for berries, and found none. Walking onward, her blue fur shone in the sunlight that bursted through the canopy. 'Sometimes I hate how I stand out in the sunlight....' The shiny Zorua thought miserably. Being shiny meant extra attention, and 'mon following you. She shook her head absentmindedly, and sniffed the air again.

Lapis shook her head, whipping her antennae about. She stopped and looked up, seeing that the Pokemon was continuing on its trails, paying no attention to the Goomy. To her, it looked like it knew where it was going, unlike Lapis. She waved one of her hind antennae, trying to call the attention of the other present being. Her look then looked unpleased, so the membrane pokemon pushed her foot muscles downwards, forcing her body upwards into the air, repeating so and hoping to call the fox over.

Ramira finally turned around, seeing a Goomy before her. 'Again.. what I was silently complaining about 5 nanoseconds ago....' She thought. "Oh! Hi." The shiny Zorua said simply but kindly. Ramira didn't want to seem like a pick to the new 'mon. The only reason she knew it was a Goomy is because Serena had made her read a book with ALL (I mean literally all) the Pokemon in it,

Lapis halted her actions she used to call attention, and tried to catch up with her breath. "I am known as Lapis. Pleasure to meet you." She looked into the Pokemon's eyes respectively, but through the corners of her eyes, she observed what the Pokemon looked like, storing the appearance in her memory. She presumed at some point, she'd find out what kind of Pokemon this was, even without asking.
"My sincerest apologies for averting you from your tracking, but it seemed that you knew where you were going. On the contrary--I have no idea where I'm going. I don't suppose you could guide me to Grassveil, could you?"

| (I'm going to start using color dialogue. It's always fun.) "Pleasure to meet you, too. I could probably guide you there," Ramira said. Lapis was not one of the crazy 'mon, so she allowed her to stay near her. "Follow me. There's a shortcut through Pecha that I found just the other day." The Zorua motioned for Lapis to follow. The berry hunting could wait. "I'm Ramira, by the way." She added after a couple of seconds. Veering towards the left, she walked at a speed that Lapis could follow and not get lost. 'This will be easier for her," The Zorua thought kindly. 'She's the kind of Pokemon I can't bear getting teased, hurt, or ditched.' | |

| (11) ((Sweet! I discovered I like to use it ever since my first RP. It's been useful.)) Lapis nodded once. She disliked that her speed had to hold others back, so the Goomy desperately wished that her speed could increase somehow. If she met a Pokemon that could learn a speed-boosting move, that would be great. But alas, she had never met anyone like that, much less knew if such a move even existed. Lapis felt lucky to run into a Pokemon like this one. Finding some'mon who knew their way around, even with shortcuts, was rare yet useful. Lapis knew all and well that there are many types of Pokemon in this world, even some who would go out of their way solely to harm others. The Goomy, however, trusted this one quite a bit already, but was prepared in case a trap was ever set up. - aMEWzing carried out 1 launched of one Pecha Forest :

| Ramira smiled at her calmly. "It's ok that you're slow. I don't mind. We'll get there soon, anyway." The Zorua explained. This meeting hadn't been truely long, but not short either. Whatever the case, she liked Lapis as a friend. Good potential, nice personality.... Ramira could go on and on but didn't. | |

At Ramira's comment, the left half of Lapis's antennae raised, her always-squiggly mouth became flatter. How did this Pokemon know what I was thinking? Maybe her facial expressions might've given away the fact she didn't want to slow the other down, or maybe she was trying to go too hard to speed up. Then again, there were some Pokemon with special abilities, such as mind reading and the like. It would be a little creepy if this Pokemon could do so. The Goomy shook the thought aside.
"Well, I'm guessing Grassveil isn't too far away, then." She presumed with thought. "That makes things all the more easy for me."
There were benefits to taking one's time. A glimmer from under a tree attracted Lapis's attention. It shone like the Zorua's own blue fur did, but this was no Pokemon. The round object lay unmoving, placed neatly between roots of a tree--almost like a bowl to hold the item--and almost too well-placed to think it got there on its own. An orb can't just magically appear in a dungeon, after all. But from what the blue Goomy learned, it was that these items were for the taking, and she didn't have to worry about Pokemon going after for it; they would do that either way.
Due to her lack of arms, Lapis sort of absorbed the orb onto her body in order to pick it up, and kept it in her inventory. It might come handy in a later adventure.

| "Not too far now," Ramira noted. She noticed they hadn't been encountering any Pokemon whatsoever. 'That's weird.....' The Zorua thought. 'There should be more Pokemon around here...... That's fishy.' Then again, they were in a shortcut, so it wasn't likely since it wasn't well known to the dungeon-dwellers. | |

| Lapis flicked one of her hind antennae. Her goopy sculpted wings bobbed up and down with her movement. The Goomy looked about, seeing everything suspiciously. She wouldn't know what to do if any wild Pokemon approached her. It would be her first battle. The weak Dragon-type was lucky enough that her acquaintance didn't request a fight, because she was certain she would be doomed. There was no way she could possibly match up to anything. Lapis listened to what Ramira said, and she felt fortunate. Hopefully they could get in and out of their without a scratch on their bodies. 10-(roll) - aMEWzing carried out 2 launched of one Pecha Forest :

| Ramira had her nose to the ground, when suddenly it hit two berries; a Pecha berry and an Oran berry. She gasped. "Oh my god! I found two berries, like what I was looking for!" The Zorua managed to get them into her hood, which was flipped down onto her back like a sack at the moment. This would come in handy, so she'd be able to use these for something. Then she thought, 'Nah, I'll find my own.' So she handed them to Lapis. "Here."

| Lapis felt a jutter strike her mind. Lapis had spotted the two berries and was about to squirm towards them when the Zorua beat her to it. The Goomy was speechless, and hesitated to say anything. She could never even lightly explain she had spotted them first, or even, that she wanted them. Even the slightest bit of aggression, and Lapis would've requested she could have them.
But then, the strangest thing happened. The Pokemon just handed them to her. It must've known she found them first, because if that was the reason the fox was here, she wouldn't just give them away. Still, Lapis's mouth gaped. "Th--thanks..." She stuttered, looking down at the two berries and pressing her antennae against the back of her head. She was too stunned to refuse a gift like she usually does. Now she made sure that when she found such items again, she would give back what she so much 'owed'.
