» Personality: In a few words, Leviathan is calm, optimistic, easily impressed, a bit of a loner and not especially bright. He likes to wander to new places and see new things, and as long as he can keep traveling, it’s rare to see him discontent with his life. He is somewhat greedy, and in the uncommon event that he’s traveling with others, he’ll probably try to hog all the items. He’ll stop if he’s called out on this, however. He’s fairly good company, rarely getting riled up about things and is friendly enough to other Pokemon. He doesn’t take most insults personally, and combined with the fact that he isn’t the sharpest tack in the box, he can be oblivious or just not care if someone’s teasing or insulting him.

» Likes:

Treasure - Levithan can be greedy at times, and ironically to how a Feebas is often referred to as a shabby Pokemon, he has an eye for things that are pretty or valuable.

Staying up late - He has something of an odd sleeping pattern, sometimes staying up the entire night, falling asleep in the early morning, and waking back up sometime in the afternoon. Not only does he prefer night to day, places are generally more quiet at night, and the Feebas tries to avoid too much company.

Traveling - Levithan likes to see new things, whether under the water or out of it. Because of this, he wants to evolve into a Milotic so he’d have a better chance of surviving on the surface and seeing what’s up there. He's caught glimpses of the surface before, but he's never seen what it's like too far inland for obvious reasons.

» Dislikes:
Large groups of Pokemon, such as in a town or city - He’s the type who feels uncomfortable around more than five or six Pokemon at once and tends to keep his distance from places like Grassveil and Rainfront. On the other hand, he’s social enough as long as the group isn’t too large, and like anyone, he needs to meet with others once in a while.

Being put on the spot, or being forced to make quick decisions - To put it bluntly, Levithan isn’t very good at thinking on his feet. In fact, he’s pretty horrible at it. Not only does he find it stressful, more often than not he’ll do something stupid if he doesn’t have at least a few seconds to think it over.

Leading - Simply put, he just isn’t much of a leader. He prefers to stick to the sidelines and help out by offering advice and suggestions, not helped by his lack of any attacking moves. Mainly because if he’s the leader, he’d feel responsible for every bad decision he makes and it would quickly grow stressful for him.

Being kept in one place - With his passion for wandering and traveling, Levithan hates having to stay in one place for too long. He begins feeling uncomfortable and antsy.

» History: The Feebas' history wasn't too eventful. He was raised by his mother, a Milotic, and his father, a Dewgong. He inherited Mirror Coat from his mother, who had learned it from her father, and it had been running in their family for generations before he had been born. Leviathan also had three siblings, one younger brother and sister, and one older sister. Like any siblings, they had their quarrels, but most were forgotten by the beginning of the next day.

The family was a nomadic one, never settling down in any town or Mystery Dungeon. It was here that Levithan picked up his passion for traveling, as it had been something he’d been doing all his life. They only stopped when one of them was either too injured to continue for a while, or too young and just learning how to swim. They had a few run-ins with outlaws and feral Pokemon, but both the Milotic and Dewgong were skilled fighters and would’ve laid down their lives to keep their children safe.

Eventually, Levitahan decided that he was old enough to take care of himself. He parted ways with his family and his siblings on good terms, agreeing to meet in the Coral Forest when the snow was just beginning to fall every year so they could see each other again. Initially he had intended to settle down somewhere, but old habits die hard. It wasn’t long until he continued to travel, and has ever since.
