Journeys and New Beginnings

Zorre shuddered, wet-cold-water falling from the sky, onto his wings and scythes. He sneezed, and then glared up at the sky, blinking as the water got into his eyes. His wings buzzed angrily, fluttering quickly in irritation. He was traveling to Grassveil Town, which he knew housed an Exploration Guild. He wanted to join an Exploration Team, so that he could learn and grow, and also help other pokemon all at the same time. But he wasn't there yet. This town was known as Rainfront Town, and he knew that he had a ways to go before he reached his destination.

Sosio nodded, understanding. When she learned about a Guild for flying types, she had to go there. Forming a team with another flying type would be awesome. She just had to find another one who wanted to form a team like herself.

The Fletchling hopped back, feathers ruffled at the loud roar of the sky, cracking and sending vibrations of sound throughout the clearing, echoing through doors. The patter of rain sounded more like the clapping of hooves on solid rock. The red and grey bird smoothed down her feathers and finished her sweet-tasting beverage, her cravings being washed away with the succulent liquid. She decided to hop down from her perch, walking up to the window to peer outside, seeing the overly wet dirt, rain drops seemingly big enough to drown a small pokemon. She trotted back over to her chair, realizing that they were going to have to stay until the rain passes.

Zorre shuddered. He closed the door and headed back towards the table, listening to the rain as it splattered against the roof and walls of the cafe. He looked in his empty bag and sighed. "Items, need I. Dungeons know of, you?" he asked the bird casually, wondering if she'd be willing to traverse a dungeon with him, but thinking that it would be unlikely due to her fear of him.

Sosio watched him walk back, asking her if she knew of any dungeoms to find items.
"Actually, yes. I'm headed just past here to Pricklemist Hill," she chirped, now comfortable around him. "However, I'm not so sure you'll be able to go to that dungeon if you're too low a level..."
The Fletchling was fairly sure the dungeon would be just as long and tough as Shadowhue Forest, but whether or not this pokemon could go relied entirely on how strong and enduring he was.
"As soon as this rain stops, you think you'll be up for the challenge?"
Sosio may have seemed entirely calm on the outside, but she was thrilled to be finally going somewhere new.

"Actually, yes. I'm headed just past here to Pricklemist Hill," Sosio chirped, seemingly now comfortable around him. "However, I'm not so sure you'll be able to go to that dungeon if you're too low a level... As soon as this rain stops, you think you'll be up for the challenge?" She asked him, a gleam in her eyes.

Zorre chuckled at the bird and nodded. "Challenge, good. Me, little challenges. Strong, am I," he boasted, swelling a little at the chest with pride.

"Wonderful!" She giggled at his strong self-esteem and confidence.
She then cocked her head, hearing the continuous droplets of rain outside falling at a slower tempo. The wing was whistling and howling, and leaves could be heard rustling. Dry leaves. Why leaves always stayed dry, Sosio's never knew. She hoped no trees were struck and burned down by lightening, the fire by which cannot even be extinguished by the heavy rain.

She hopped up, standing on her chair, giving a final gracious nod to the Bellossom before flitting once more to the window. It seemed the town's native pokemon had stayed outside the entire storm.
"Silly water types..." she gleamed. But now the storm had died down.
