Calling All The Monsters RP

((Free rp anyone can join but don't be stupid, get too far ahead of others in the rp, and don't bring in sudden dick monster alien invasion and such))

What defined a home? Was it where the heart was? No, shouldn't be thinking about this. It would just hurt my head again...what happened yesterday? OOOWWW ow my head! Why does this always happen to me? GAH OW MY HEAD!

Pain struck through the cranium of one of the occupants of the ship 1337-G1ad0s otherwise known as G1. This was the common occurrence of every morning, he would wake up to a splitting headache, the more he questioned it the more it hurt.

This occupant was aboard the G1, a paradise space cruiser. The cruiser contained a buffet, dorms, spa, anything for the variety of occupants aboard. The occupants were a variety of species, all of them being intelligent life forms with minds of their own and consciousness of their own. All may have been different, but all originated from one planet. The planet which is now, to their unknowing bliss, is destroyed.

The cruiser was a trap meant to contain the lifeforms of the occupants to their unknowing, and take them to a different planet and live on as an endangered species and recolonize for their own species. Who set the trap? Who knows? All that is known is that the pilot is in a deep frozen slumber and is only awoken by the ship for emergencies, until then it rides on full auto-pilot.

The occupant that this narrator is following, however, is the only one of his kind on the ship. This species technically has no gender, but has preferred to be referred to as a he before being entrapped in the ship, and can repopulate on their own. This reptilian subject suffers chronic headaches frequently, and seems to suffer an extreme lack of common sense and a case of the common stupidity. The only reason the species is even on the ship is due to the ability to think for themselves, otherwise the world would have rather it had been left for dead.

The occupant shook his head, trying to clear the migraine, before heading out of his dorm into the main hall of the ship. He stood on four legs, was capable of standing on two but his preference states having all legs on the ground. His head ornament consisted of horns and a skull that looked like he was just wearing it, but was actually attached to his body for head protection. The center of the skull has a small hole as if something had chipped it, it seemed to be healing up though. The "skull" had long horns that reached behind his ears, and his back held large spines that would be able to stretch straight up from their folded back position if he felt threatened. His tail contained a long blade like object as well, ideal for battle, but this character isn't exactly the fighting type at the moment. His color is grey and rather mundane if not for the black stripes and bands that coated his body.

His head still hurt, but by now he had become used to it. He would have to put up with it and try to socialize a bit. After all, he hadn't done anything but sit in his dorm and moan about headaches since the day of the launch of this cruise. He couldn't exactly remember if his species was the social type, but either way it didn't matter. He was him and they were them. He wanted to try to make some friends despite his likely intimidating look, so away he went!

-The headache and inability to remember stuff about much is significant to my character. They are not required and are important to my character for future building/revealing and shiz.
-If your species can only produce with the help of another, there WILL be another of the opposite gender of your species on the ship.
-All staff is automated, important living staff is in cryo freeze
-Ship does not tolerate harm to the endangered subjects, all who harm them are going to be tranq'd and contained until they cool down. Anyone who is not an endangered subject is NOT PROTECTED BY THIS RULE.

Why me it could of been anyone but it had to be me i could not just stay the way i am now it's like i'm not even human

As her eyes slowly open showing a small blank room she slowly gets up to a sitting position and grabs a small red jacket she throws it on and gets up walking out of the room and walks down the hallway, *so why are we here a better question would be where are we going, i've tried hacking the auto pilot but nothing whoever made it must of been the one who made me what i am now.*

the one talking about the ship was one of the only type on the ship, She was a type of cyborg, not like most of the life on this ship but unique for the trap the enhancements gave her strength and intellect over most of the species but she never really cared to learn about any of them. one downside to the enhancements was being sometimes the parts would stop functioning and she would have to repair them, she also has no link to most of her emotions.

She rounded the corner hands never leaving her side rested on a small black object this was her weapon though fighting here was never really needed she always kept it on her just in case of something happening or just for some target practice

As she continued down the hall she could not shake the nightmare that held her in her sleep it was strange it must of been when she didn't have them but she could never recall her life without the enhancements it was like she was born with them, she had adjusted well with the parts she had on her body.

Upon awaking, she knew something was wrong. N'mine had a certain schedule, an order to the day she repeated from wake to sleep. Structure and order helped maintain a healthy lifestyle. And she had good instincts. One such instinct was that something was off about this whole voyage. She hadn't learned what, not being one to snoop around where she wasn't allowed. Its just... something really felt wrong here. As if there was some ulterior motive to this cruise. For example, her kind were ones to go too tech heavy. They were hunters and proud ones at that. When she was offered this trip, she took it out of curiosity than anything.

N'mine herself was a beautiful pale woman, human in appearance but with several differences. Her eyes were literally opal, her kind having gem colored eyes without exception. her hair was more akin to feathers, styled not unlike the headdress of a native american chief. And he had a short whip like tail right above her rump. Her outfit was a light streamlined hunting outfit, the stomach and sides cut to show skin and no sleeves. That was casual clothing for her kind. They valued function over fashion.

With still a feeling of something going wrong, N'mine exited her room and began looking around.

Had it not been for the movement occurring outside of his own room, the dark black creature resting in the very center of one of the various rooms on board of the ship may not have decided to move. There was a good reason for his kind to be on the ship, not that he knew. But with a species like his, there were resources to be gathered.

The shape sprawled out in the middle of the room had a dark, black color to it. His body structure was that of a quadruped, with the look of that of a wolf, or a big cat. However, there was no fur on him, his body was something different. It was made of rock, as all parts of his species were, his body specifically having the look of obsidian to it. The head of the creature had two slits carved where eyes would normally be found, an orange glow coming from it as if mimicking eyes. They weren't functional, however. No, the creature was able to navigate through echolocation, among other senses.

His head lifted up as the noises came from the hall, finally catching his attention. Something else seemed to be out there, and whether or not others had been before it, it was the first noise he had heard. He stood up and stretched out, the ball and socket joints of his legs able to be seen bending, part of the leg itself as opposed to being a part inside it. He stepped towards the door as his tail began to grow longer, it being a series of joints itself as it curled around him, the end of it fraying into five separate strands, able to be controlled individually.

Each piece gripped around the handle of the door and attempted to gently open it. Instead, the tail jerked back, very nearly throwing the door off of its hinges as it slammed into the wall. The creature didn't react to it with any surprise of sorts, instead retracting his tail back into a regular length, stepping out into the hallway. The only other creature in the hallway seemed to be something reptilian, moving on four legs with a skull like piece on the head. He simply turned his head, silently appearing as if he were looking over at the other with curiosity.

A humanoid creature wandered quietly along one of the vast, sterile halls of the ship she found herself on; her saffron orange skin standing out against her surroundings. Though she was female by the standards of her species, she lacked breasts that female humanoids would normally possess, her species having no use for them.
She seemed calm, perhaps overly so, but only because of the long, moth-like antennae positioned where human ears would normally be found on either side of her head, poking through her short, ginger hair. Their length made them adept at detecting the subtle movement and changes of that which was around her and allowed her to be acutely aware of when anything would draw close. In fact, she could sense other beings not far away along this hallway.

As she walked, she couldn't help but think back to the chain of events that had lead to her being on this vast ship. She'd been commissioned by the ship's creators to build one of the rarer and rather odd pieces of the ship, and though it was money in her pocket where she didn't often earn any in her newly nomadic lifestyle, she had found herself with an overwhelming curiosity about why they needed the commissioned piece of hardware in the first place. She had sneaked onto the ship whilst it was still docked, using her dragonfly-like wings to avoid any prying eyes by hiding from view, and proceeded to launch her own private investigation into it in the hope of satisfying her curiosity.

Though her species was not one to wear clothing for modesty, having no sexual dimorphism between genders and thus not feeling the need to cover themselves unless it was for warmth or interest in the art itself, Taislyn wore a thin layer of clothing over her orange skin, the pockets of which had all manner of assorted parts and objects within them. When she had left her homeworld, wanting to see the universe, a friend of hers had designed them for her as a parting gift. However, she continued to go barefoot, her species having never needed shoes, and so had never concepted them.

Taislyn stopped all of a sudden when she heard the loud slamming of some sort of door, pausing to chuckle for a short moment after the surprise of the sound wore off. Even with the complex technology of the piece that she had been commissioned to build, this ship wasn't the most technologically advanced vessel she had ever been on if it couldn't employ a simple slamming prevention on whatever form of door it used. Suddenly feeling even more at home on the odd ship, she continued onward, heading towards where the loud noise had come from.

A low hiss emitted from the reptile as Rocky, what he had decided to call the strange wolf-cat-boulder-thing for now, seemed to have sent a door slamming open. The hiss was out of pure reaction instinct and he didn't mean to be intimidating, but the hiss was interrupted as another wave of pain overcame him. The hiss was cut short and the air expelled was taken back in as he gasped and held his head with one of his reptilian claws.

The headache soon passed and the creature looked to Rocky. He looked as if he were about to say something, but a sharp beep interrupted him and a voice sounded from various intercoms throughout the ship, "Hello! We are pleased to announce the buffet, spa, and other luxuries aboard the G1 is now open, thank you for flying with the 1337-g1ad0s, we hope you enjoy your stay!"

The buzzer beeped once more, signaling the end of the daily announcement. The reptile tilted his head, looking up at the intercom. This was a daily announcement to the ship, he had often heard it from his room, but he had always assumed it to be an actual person outside his door that was trying to get him to come out instead of spending the entire cruise being miserable in his room.

He looked back to Rocky, "Erm...Hi..." he spoke at last, not quite sure what to say.

Hearing the hiss as he had opened the door, he assumed that the creature in the hallway had been the one to cause it. There was no need to assume it to be hostile as of yet though, after all, the door had opened much harder then he had expected. Before he could say anything, the sound of the daily announcement cut him off. He circled around in place, as if trying to locate the source of the noise, unable to sense anything inside the hall besides the other creature and himself.

At first he had assumed the creature had been the one to say it to him, but as it spoke, he realized that the voices were different.
"The door was not supposed to open so loudly." He bluntly stated to the other in the hall, turning back to him and casually stepping closer, his movement clunky as one would expect from something that was primarily a rock.
"Hello. Do you know where we are, moaning hermit?" The creature asked, deciding it would be best to get his bearings before moving about the ship. He needed some way to refer to the creature before him, and all he knew was that the voice sounded similar to the one that occasionally woke him up with its moaning and complaining about being stuck in its room. Judging from how often this seemed to happen, he assumed the creature hadn't left much. Hence, a moaning hermit. Then again, the name sounded a bit long. He supposed just Hermit would suffice unless the creature had any objections.

Moaning Hermit? Why did Rocky just call him Hermit? Oh, right, names. How could he have forgotten about those things? It was something so simple and yet he had forgotten about it. So, was that his name? It had to be, what else would the creature refer to him as? Hermit. That was his name, he repeated it a few times within his head. It was getting easier and easier to forget things with these headaches, but they seemed to be calming down now that he was being distracted from them.

"What do you mean 'do I know where we are?' we're on the cruise aren't we? That luxury one?" Hermit spoke. Was Rocky having the same problems with the headaches as him? He didn't quite look like he had recently been in pain, then again Hermit likely didn't either except for signs of holding back a cringe as the pain attempted to remind him that it existed.

The reptile looked around, getting a good view of the area. It had a lot of metal walls in the hall, but they were decorated with an assortment of decor and furniture of different kinds. There were even a few pet-beds laying around. It certainly looked like a resort area...what else would it be?

Pale? Check. Opal eyes? Check. Gem colored? Check. Feather hair? Check. Whip-tail? Check. That was exactly his type and kind. A man similar to N'mine's appearance except for differences in body shape and lack of a stealthy appearance to take on a more strong one had watched N'mine come out of the dorm. His feathers were a smooth raven-black, and his eyes an emerald green, he took a deep breath and began to approach the lady, hoping to befriend the first of his kind that he has spotted so far on this ship.

The luxury ship seemed to be the same to N'mine as she walked the halls, passing all the other occupants as she went. She wasn't the most social one around. True, there were times that she di engage others, but they tended to be the quiet type that were not easily excited. Those types were more pleasant to speak to in her opinion. They tended to stay at a more normal pace when talking and didn't go off on a strange tangent in the middle of conversation. She liked the level headed conversationalists.

When the male had approached N'mine, she recalled seeing him on the ship before. She had not really had any interest in speaking with him. She did not recognize him. That probably meant he was with a different group. Her kind didn't just group together. They had a sort of tribal community. Several tribes, each owning hunting grounds the others didn't go on. All tribes had a mark that was tattooed on the inside pal of their hands. Her's was a black skull with three red feathers on its head, located on her left hand. Everyone knew everyone in their tribes. So he must have been from a different tribe. She was silent as he approached.

"Obviously." He snorted, shaking his head slightly. "Unless of course, we somehow disembarked without either of us knowing it. Which I highly doubt. I meant where are we on this cruise?" The creature seemed to pivot in place once more, going in a circle before he turned back to Hermit.
"It feels like a hallway..." The one that had unknowingly been dubbed as Rocky surmised. About at that moment, he realized that he had only taken a few steps outside of his room. There was still plenty more of the ship to see, and it didn't seem like the moaning hermit had much more to contribute as far as directions went.
"Well, I think I will go look around the ship. Feel free to come or stay." He commented, turning away from Hermit and starting to walk down the hall. So far, he had no opinion either way on the creature he had talked to. There was no reason to dislike him, and no reason to be overly friendly either.

The announcement rang through the speakers that just happened to be right next to her frekin head "lovely" she says to herself as she walks through the seemingly endless hallway passing by some creatures along the way not really caring for what they were doing she had only one goal in mind she made her way to a small area on the ship unseen by all as she picks up a small laptop as she sets it down she puts a small cable and connects it to a plug in on the wall she then starts to type on the computer in a furious pace typing into it as screens flash with symbols faster then the eye can see as, it goes on for a while until she stops on a certain file looking through it as she continues to read the page then she leaves it at that as she gets up slowly puts the laptop away and starts off to her room as a alarm sounds as she books it to her room.

An alarm had been a silent one to the guests outside, but on the inside of the system, alarms were going crazy. The ship swiftly took action against the attack, able to block out the one controlling it within seconds before anything could be read. The attacker was quickly locked onto and the location was followed to their dorm, a panel in the ceiling suddenly removed itself and shot a dart at the cyborg. The dart then struck the skin and knocked the human unconscious. A mechanical hand entered the room and confiscated the laptop, along with a faint clicking sound as the door locked itself and a sign was placed onto the door that stated, "Detained Until further notice" with a rather overly-happy smile to the side of the sign before the mechanical hand returned to the ceiling with the laptop and the panel slid back into place.

"Uh...Hi!" the male spoke to N'mine, not posing himself to be quite as regal as the N'mine seemed to be presenting herself. He held up his tattoo'd hand, which seemed to lack an insignia at all, in the human's way of waving hello. He seemed to be a bit unsure of himself, but confident enough to approach N'mine.

"Oh! Uh, I guess..." Hermit spoke, following Rocky. They seemed to be heading towards the buffet, passing by few but various species. They seemed to be keeping to some kind of clique, like a group with tails similar to a feline's and those who seemed to have fur rather than scales or skin. The rather strange note struck Hermit, along with the acknowledgement of the detail came a surge of pain in his head once more. He forced himself to simply look in front of him and follow Rocky, not looking to the sides and exploring the place too much.
