New to town (Open)

Noel slowly makes her way around the town looking at sights around the area she then goes to a bench resting a little bit and talking aloud to herself "Man it's a hot one i'm happy Varda told me where the town was i most likely would of ended up in the river" the then leans backwards to the base going up and then lays down on the bench closing her eyes "well now that i'm in town i guess i don't have to worry about wild pokemon coming at me, Might as well finish up my nap" she then closes her eyes resting on the bench.

Grassveil...again...why Zera? Just why him?

This place was nothing but miserable laws and restrictions. He couldn't do as he pleased, and he couldn't even have a good brawl with someone without everyone within the next five mile radius coming to attention and breaking them up. He bet that even if the desire to fight was mutual they would still break it up. To him, this was the village of cowards, he always wanted to avoid being here. His nose always seemed to lead him right back here though, it irritated him. He had gone in unknowingly, paying more attention to his sniffer rather than his eyes, and found himself lost in the bustling streets. Great. Just, great. The houndour gave a huff of annoyance, a puff of smoke blowing from his nostrils and rising into the air slightly before disappearing.

It was just going to be a blast getting out of here...wasn't it?

Noel slowly tosses in the faint sleep she had her eyes open wide as she senses some aura coming from the crowed of people, She sits up staring at the crowd of people "dang to many to tell who it's coming from" she made note of the amount of hate coming from the crowed "who ever is in there must hate this place" She rolls her eyes and tries to fall asleep trying to ignore the amount of hate coming from the crowed the noise didn't help either.

Zera pushed his way past anybody who stood in his way, his negative feelings not bothering to hide from his face. Some pokemon who caught eyes with him looked away, he began to find it rather amusing. They were too weak to even look him in the eye! He smirked, deciding to have some fun with this as he began to catch the eyes of as many pokemon as possible, snickering in victory as they looked away. He had been on a streak, and caught sight of a riolu, and glared at him, hoping to continue to further his streak.

Noel's eyes open as she sits up she looks at the crowed in front of her then notices One pair of eyes staring at her they were full of so much hate but she didn't really care she stared right at him eyes not moving nor blinking looking into the eyes thinking it was some type of contest seeing who would look away first.

The riolu wouldn't look away, was it challenging him? Surely not in this environment, where fighting was likely to be outlawed, he wouldn't be surprised if it was. The hound's ears quickly pinned behind him and his hackles rose as his lips curled and a low growl emitted from his throat, his glare intensifying. He didn't care if fighting was outlawed in this area, if this riolu endangered his current self given as the strongest will in the area, he was going to show it who was stronger. He waited, giving the riolu one last chance to back off, the intent of fighting if the riolu did not look away clear in his eyes.

His confidence on whether or not he would beat the riolu was positive. It didn't look like it knew the fury of battling very much. The houndour's jaw crackled with electricity in excitement, this would be an easy win, if the riolu didn't back off.

Noel kept on staring, was this a custom in this village if it was it was strange i noticed some people looking away from him so was this a challenge to a fight? huh strange way to challenge well as mom said if someone challenges you should accept it but in town was it ok?

Noel notices as his his ears pin themselves behind his and she can hear the growl from here, was he trying to intimidate her well he looks like he know how to fight but does not know how to hide it like i do so this might be a easy win but i'm not sure fighting in town is accepted but if this was the custom Noel was not going to back down.

Accepted. The hound's snarl became louder and clearer, the electricity around his jaws cackled more and more, his move he knew from birth, Thunder Fang, activating. The pokemon around him cried out in surprise and backed away from the electricity. Zera renewed his snarl as loud as he could before charging, his blood pumping as he prepared himself for the thrill of the fight. He was eager to sink his jaws into the skin of the riolu, teach it who he was, and show it that he was on a different level of strength than this Riolu who had decided to accept his challenge by not looking away.

Noel looks in shock as the other pokemon were backing off, so this was not a custom huh, as the hound charges Noel quickly jumps off the bench she was sitting in the avoid the attack landing on the roof of a small shop, ok NOT a custom of the town guess it was a personal one well time to use to show that hound who's boss.

Miss, of course. To be expected since he was the first to attack and the riolu was prepared. It couldn't keep dodging forever though. The hound quickly spotted some rather convenient crates that made a staircase to the rooftops nearby, he leaped up and onto the roof of a store, his snarl still in place. The hound charged towards the Riolu once more, as it had wasted its time in doing nothing that he had the chance to restart his Thunder Fang. Zera's jaws coursed with electricity as his adrenaline sped him up and widened his eyes, the fight was on.

Noel takes a spit second to look at the area and moves quickly to the other side of the roof jumping to another stores roof, Ok let's just avoid fighting now see how he fights and look for a opening, she thinks while looking from the other roof eyes closed*

Avoiding again? Was this riolu too scared to take an attack or something? The hound halted, glaring at the riolu rather than charging once more. He parted his jaws wide as he used Ember, spitting small spheres of flames towards the riolu. As the embers rocketed towards the riolu, the hound leaped in the direction to the side of the riolu with thunder cackling in his fangs. The ember would prevent him from jumping to the left, along with the jump being too big to clear the gap to the next building due to the street being there, and to the right were jaws of electricity waiting to sink into the riolu.

Heh think he has me huh, she turns to the hound as he charges at her while flames come from the other side, She waits till the hound gets as close as she will let him feeling the lightning shock her body but pushes through the pain as she quickly turns around the hound going to his side her arm down almost touching the ground as she aims a punch towards his stomach

The punch hurt, yes, but the adrenaline had nullified the pain. The hound was in close now, his electric jaws turned to latch onto the riolu's ear, or what he thought was its ear since it was actually just an appendage. He was curious as to why the riolu didn't just use a fighting type move, surely it had to know SOMETHING that was fighting type. The hound's body turned quickly, the force of the punch sending him upwards a little, but the houndour latching on would likely result in pulling the bipedal appendage, and pulling him off the rooftop for a little. The hound would then attempt to throw the other canine onto the roof, and gore down on the riolu with his fangs and claws.

Aw man she thought knew holding backs bad, the hound turns to bite her so she quickly moves away to avoid a Wound, this guys out for blood i'd better end this fast ,once she is a little bit away she starts to put her arm to the ground again this time charging it as it glows with a white energy she starts off towards the hound
