You approach a small store within the guild. A shiny Absol notices you and approaches the counter. The counter is actually a glass case which has an assortment of strange and rare items. The Absol greets you. She also points you towards an information board hanging on the wall. You begin to read...

{This is The Izumi Swap-Shop. There are quite a few things you can do here. Allow me to explain...
You can:
a. Swap what you have for something
or
b. Buy a rare item off of me.
or
c. Sell a rare item to me
or
d. Have a box appraised
or
e. Buy a box from me
OR
f. Sell a box to me

I will price items based off of their rarity. Items can be as rare as a rating of three points.
Ratings:
• =common: 150 poke
•• =rare: 250 poke
••• =extremely rare: 350 poke

If you are swapping an item, there is a flat rat of 50 poke. Thats all you pay. But, there is a restriction to the swaps: 
You can only swap for items that are of equal or lesser value then what you have to offer, and they have to be part of the same set. The extremely rare items can be traded for, but you must have certain specific items from the same set.

Appraisals will be 125 poke each. If you buy a box from me, it is 200 poke and you get a free appraisal with it

In terms of the items I will have:

I will be stocking whatever i can get my hands- err -paws on; be that through my adventures or by buying things off travelers.

Valen flew into the shop, holding a very unusual box that he had managed to retrieve from Shadowhue Forest in his claws. Finding a literal treasure box while exploring had been a dream come true for him. But of course, it wasn't that useful until Valen got what was inside somehow - and he had heard that this shop was the place to have treasure boxes opened.

"Hello, umm...Izumi?" Valen guessed from the name of the shop. "I have an Unusual Box. Please, can you open it? Thank you." Valen put the Unusual Box down.

(The Unusual Box has not been listed in my inventory as I have not had a chance in the thread I got it in to write out the actual post where Valen gets the box. However, it has been rolled here: https://pmd-roleplay.forumotion.org/t6120p15-spooky-scary-forests-catalyst-open#87501 in my (Shield's) post).

"Hi yes that's me," said the glass display case. Or, rather, the large quadruped wedged in between the second shelf and the bottom of the display case - not especially visible until one specifically looked for her. How such a large pokemon had crammed herself into such a small space was nigh unexplainable. "I'm cleaning out the case right now. My sister thinks she's funny when she draws skitties all over the glass in here. ...It's a long story don't ask."

Somehow, a paw worms it's way out and gestures to you. "It's nice to kind of meet you. I'm very stuck so just shove the box over the counter. I'll have to do it from here."

The box falls just slightly too far from the grasping paw.

"...rats."

Izumi, being an Absol of rather mundane talents, has to unlock the box by pathetically pawing at it until it is within reach of her claws for lockpicking. She manages to get it open and unceremoniously throws the contents up around you using sheer determination.

"Thanks for using my shop. Have a nice day." A white paw amiably waves you off before retracting itself back into the void. As you leave, you can see only a mass of white fur clogging up the bottom shelf.
