Resident Evil RP

Raccoon City: A Midwestern town that houses one of the largest pharmaceutical corporations in the world, Umbrella. A perfectly normal town, until the summer of 1998. Bizarre cases of cannibalistic murders began to pop up in the surrounding mountains, killing campers and civilians in the area. The Police Department sent in the Special Tactics And Rescue Squad, or S.T.A.R.S., to deal with the problems. Bravo team was sent in first, and contact was lost. Then Alpha team was sent in. Only four people made it out, Chris Redfield, Alpha team’s marksman and ex-air force soldier, Barry Burton, Alpha team’s weapons expert, Rebecca Chambers, medic and only survivor of Bravo team, and Jill Valentine, a highly adept woman. Upon their return, they told the citizens that Umbrella was behind the affair, and that they had created a virus that could reanimate the dead and turn them into zombies. Nobody listened to them.
September 28th, 1998. The murders had started again, but nobody did anything about it. Chris, Barry and Rebecca left the city, while Jill stayed behind. But now, the virus has somehow been leaked in the city. Almost the entire population, animals and humans, have become zombies. The main exits to the city have been barricaded, so nothing can get out. All sorts of special forces groups have been sent in to “deal” with the situation. It doesn’t matter who you are though, for things are far worse then they seemed, survivor or trained soldier. There are larger things to worry about in the city, and everyone has one common goal, escape with your lives.

Your characters will probably have different goals, and personal things they need, but here are some basics for the groups:

U.S.S.: This is Umbrella’s special ops team, sent in to clean up the mess Umbrella’s created. They are aware of the virus, and their orders are to clean up the area and kill all survivors.
Spec Ops: This is the United States Special Forces, they are sent in to get proof on Umbrella’s involvement in the matters and if they can, rescue some survivors.
U.B.C.S.: This is Umbrella’s lower leveled team, and they don’t know anything about the virus or Umbrella, just the situation since they are hired mercenaries. Their orders are to rescue civilians and get rid of the zombies.
R.P.D.: The members of the Raccoon City Police Department. They are just like the survivors and know nothing about what's going on. They do have more combat experience though.
Survivors: The survivors are just people who were in the city at the time of the outbreak. They’re just trying to survive the whole outbreak and find a way out of the city for the most part.

Also, in this RP, there will be two scenarios. A and B. These will be happening at the same time, and maybe sometimes cross-over, but mainly in separate places. You can make up to two characters if you want.

[b]Inventory:[/b] (Please keep your inventory realistic. A civilian isn't going to have the best weaponry available and even soldiers most likely won't be going in with Rocket Launchers, especially if they don't know what to expect. Everyone gets eight inventory slots. Items are as follows:
1 slot-Ammunition, Handguns, Bowguns, Magnums, Shotguns, knives, first aid spray, herbs, lighter, lockpick, keys, etc..
2 slots-Machine Gun, Rocket Launcher, Swords, Crowbars, Pipes, Wrenches.
