| First topic message reminder :A marvelous welcome to all you wonderful people. You may be pondering what this strange box of words is all about. This is a revamp of the previous topic, found here, which is a revamp of another game. It has, like, 900 posts so you may not read it all. But that's okay. By why create a revamp of a revamp? Because I'm bored and you ask too many questions, that's why. As I was saying, this is the revamp of the previous topic. Some of you may have played it, but many of you have not. Which is one of the reasons you are able to read this. I was content with how well the previous topic went, but it started to lose steam, as many topics seem to do. To remedy such, I am creating this new topic to let some other people know about my game, and so we have some more hype. But what is the game, you ask with wistful eyes. Any more questions and I will bring out the wooden spoon. You say okay. The game is text based, as you would fully expect. I give you a situation and maybe some options, you say what you/your character would like to do, and I give you the outcome of such actions. Example: Wistuffly: You are both barricaded into the Spooky Diner. You need something sticky to put the final touches on the barricades. What will you do? Lola: I would like to squirrel the large amounts of gum under the table into my backpack. Joey: I will assist Lola with my spatula. Wistuffly says: Lola & Joey) With the help of the spatula, you both easily scrape off some gum under the tables. You both get Wads of Gum (3). And that's pretty much the entire game. Minus the Spooky Diners and gum spatuling. Is spatuling a word? No, the squiggle red lines tell me not. Regardless, I am using spatuling. So, if this or the previous topic remotely interested you, consider joining up. There aren't any sign ups, just enter an initial command and we will be good to go. UNLOCKS:Character CreationYou have two (2) points to allocate into the following attributes. The first point is the Primary point, the second being the Secondary point. The Primary point dictates which attribute will be the dominant attribute in your character. The Secondary point dictates which attribute will be the supporting attribute in your character. Each attribute may only have one point in it. Choose wisely.STRENGTH: CONSTITUTION: DEXTERITY: INTELLIGENCE: WISDOM: CHARISMA:- Example:
Primary: Strength Secondary: Charisma

| Estrios) You book it to the hills. The girl is snatched up, and that's all you see before stumbling into a bush.
Jayers) You manage to wriggle out of one of the chains. It doesn't serve you any good, as the figure is upon you. You get a good look at his face, only to see his is not man. Nor woman, for that matter. His face is metal, with screws and rivets dotted around. It seems to resemble something human, like a copy. It pulls you upside down, hanging from your feet. It then heaves you over the black horse, fastening a chain to the saddle. The metal faced being jumps on, and begins galloping to the outer forest with you slung over the saddle. | |

| Jayers) Oh great a fortress indeed. The robotic rider brings you up to the front of the ruins. A large rusted iron gates keeps you from the insides of the fortress. Not for long, however. The captor hops off the horse, rips the scrap metal blade from his back, and chops the gate open. With his free hand, he grabs and tosses you in. After you are inside, it closes the gate, and releases more chains from its hand. These chains bind the gate back together. With that, it hops back onto the horse and rides off.
You are now in the fortress ruins. Action?
Estrios) You find a pretty weak looking fishing rod by the docks. Flimsy Fishing rodacquired. | |

| *Table flip* As it seems that this game does not contain any items that are legitly made to be weapons, I guess I'll just stick with my hatchet and fishing rod.

| Estrios) I'm not going to give you the Staff of Permalong in the very first chapter of the game. People don't just keep a shot gun lying around. You find an old message in a bottle. The message is water logged and ruined, rendering it unreadable, so you use it to get some water. You catch a few fish with your flimsy fishing rod as well.
Jayers) You get up, wriggling off the last of the chains now that you have time. Taking a good look around, you are certainly in the ruins of a fortress. Bits of stone brick and cobblestone are scattered throughout the yard. Bits and pieces of old towers and bridges, to be precise. A gravel path leads deeper into the ruins, and seemingly to the doors of a cellar. Do you follow the path? | |

You begin walking up the forest path to the ruins. The dirt path has been overgrown from neglect. You can plainly see the ruins in the distance, and you approach them with haste. As you walk up to the front of the ruins, you can see that a gate keeps you from the insides of the fortress. The gate has been sealed by chains, much like the ones that the cloaked figure used. As you peer into the fortress grounds, you catch a glimpse of the stolen girl walk down into a cellar. The doors of the cellar shut behind her.
If you wish to enter the ruins, you must either break the chains that hold the gate, or find another way inside.
Jayers) You walk along the path to the cellar doors. You creak the heavy wooden doors open, to reveal a set of stairs. You take a couple steps down them, when suddenly the doors slam behind you. They seem to be wedged shut now. Do you continue down the stairs? | |
