Captain Soap's Super-Powered Army Sign-Ups

Hi! I'm Captain Soap! I'm here to enlist members for my super-powered army. Everyone starts at the lowest rank, except for Admins.

Plot:
Your job will be to clean up crime around the world. As a superhero in training, you will get lessons taught by me or a General (There are some NPC Generals that only a General and higher can control). I too still need to gain some powers from the Great One (The master of powers). At each rank you will get to have a certain amount of total powers. For example, a Trainee can only get one power (Doesn't matter because you will get to become a Privet when you get that power). There's a lot of crime in this world, so make sure you're up for the challenge. Sometimes there will be wars between villains and heroes. Always be ready for something to happen. That's all.

History: Captain Soap wanted to make an army to try to get most of the crime in the world gone. When he got his 5 powers from the Great One, he vowed that he shall stop crime in the world and give the chance to others too.
Appearance: Captain Soap is always in his blue uniform when in hero mode, and his regular clothes are classified. He has ice blue eyes and messy brown hair. He has a light skin color too.
Personality: Captain Soap is a very smart and very nice person. He has been that way since he can remember. He always wanted to do good in the world.

Admins automatically get to go to General status, unless they want to be on a different rank bellow General.

Rank Types:

Substantive or permanent rank is the fully paid and confirmed rank. A war substantive rank is a confirmed rank but only held for the duration of that war.

Acting rank is where the holder assumes the pay and allowances appropriate to the acting rank, but a higher commanding officer may revert the holder to previous rank held. This is normally for a short period of time while the permanent occupant of the office is absent.

Temporary rank usually granted for a specific task or mission. The holder holds the rank while occupying that position. Despite the name, temporary rank may be held for a considerable period of time, perhaps even years. In wartime, temporary ranks are often common.

Local rank is a form of temporary rank restricted to a specific location instead of a specific duty.

Brevet rank is a temporary rank, often honorary, without the pay and allowances appropriate to the rank. It was sometimes used by penurious governments to reduce costs.

Code Name (Choose something to do with you username/nickname): Maple
Gender: Female
Age: 14
History: Maple was born into your typical everyday suburban family in your typical everyday suburban home. She was always proud of her father, who was in the (normal) army, even though he was never home. She knew that he was fighting for peace, and wanted to grow up into someone who could do the same. However, less than a week before she turned fourteen her family got a phone call saying that her father had died. Hearing this made her desire to fight for peace even stronger.
Appearance: Maple has ginger hair tied up in a messy ponytail with uneven bangs, some of them partially covering her reddish brown eyes. Her build is slender, and slightly on the taller side, with lightly tanned skin. Due to being a trainee, her uniform is fairly simple, consisting of a white tank top and blue-ish gray capris. As a civillian she prefers t-shirts in farious shades of orange, and plain jeans. She always wears a white bat choker given to her by her late father.
Personality: Due to having a soldier as a father and role model, Maple grew up to be quite the tomboy. She has an obsession for justice, and would often fight bullies as a child. This has lead to her having a pretty rough attitude towards strangers, but she will instantly soften up and be a real "bro" towards anyone who is recognized as a good person. She takes on missions with great enthusiasm, and at times she can even be TOO enthusiastic. This is due to her fear of failing, and the consequenses thereof.
Reason For joining: Having a soldier for a father made her grow up fully aware of the world's chaotic state. That was what made her want to fight for peace, as written above. Once she heard about Captain Soap's army, she ran away from home. While knowing fully well that her mother would be heartbroken, she also knew that this was her way of aventing her father and fulfilling her goal.

Age : 25
History : Kira is the only daughter of a general of the international army. From a young age, she showed great interest in her blades and fighting but her father wouldn't allow her join the army. So, one night, the general's daughter fled away from her home and became a mercenary. Soon, Kira got obsessed in killing and eventually sought fights to suppress her hunger for killing. But everything changed. From a radio, the young lady heard that her father was murdered. The mercenary's rage was incredibly fierce, leaving destruction from where Kira had passed. But enough for crying. Collecting her pieces, she changed lifestyle. From the evil mercenary, she sought to join the army in memory of her father. And who knows? Maybe the retired-now mercenary find her father's murderers.
Appearance : Kira is very tall, with long red hair. The red haired girl also prefers to wear tight black clothes. Her blades have an S marked of them, in memory of her father Steven.
Personality : Kira has quiet a furious personality. Getting easily irritated, she always carries her blades, ready to defeat anyone who opposes her. She is also very brave and likes adventure and danger. Whatever she does, she does it with grace. Her signature move is called "the death dance" in which blades penetrate violently the opponents, while Kira spins around like dancing.
Reason for joining : the reason Kira claims to have joined is to fight and kill. The truth reason though, is to bring justice for her father and keep his name and myth alive. She cares not for the others. In fact, she will fight for justice of others only in order to remain in the army.

History: Star Warrior was in a coma since he was 13. In that coma, he had a dream about being a warrior. He slayed anyone who was his enemy. And anyone who did something unjust was his enemy. In the end, he defeated all of the unjust in the land and saved the people of the land. It was right then where he woke up. That was about a fortnight (2 weeks, but fortnight is so much cooler.) ago. Now, he's a part of the army, and ready to fight for justice.

Reason For joining: He wants to stop all of the evil in the world so that the dream he had when he was in a coma becomes reality.
